He just started angry and annoyed because waiting for long , that's normal to a person who just played first time in bitcoin gambling website. He started worry will not receive the winning funds. Every other major sites got their own rules and so is fortunejack , their rules are clear that it will be send to him after 10 working days so fortunejack can check his winning. If he did nothing wrong then there is no reason to not wait for 10 days for this huge winning because in the end he will get it

I also agree 10 business days is awful long time. NO more than 48 hours should be needed to connect with your live game provider to authenticate and verify the win.
