I don't think the situation is how you think as OP was online a couple of hours ago and made a bid in forum ad auction.I think it's the time zones but it is disappointing though.

The person that controls the fortunejack account and the one that handle support email could be not the same person so fortunejack is not aware of the complaint in this thread. So far it seems the btc withdrawals has been solved but the ltc withdrawal is still pending right now but it will be solved as well eventually

For the bolded part ,I don't have a reason nor evidence do deny that,But getting to conclusion without any evidence is not a wise decision either.As for the inclined phrase I think you are an addict cause no-body(grown-up) in their right brain would do such a thing or get affected by those win's.

they paid a guy i dont renember about 80btc if im not wrong (yeah it took couple days untill they verify all bets) but he got it i dont think they will deny your payout of 600ltc (4.72btc at this moment) its maybe just too big amount for their hot wallet

Stop talking about it like you are the guy who won. For all we know it could be a story made up by FJ to grab more players.
Their major pot winners have not changed in 3 days which leads me to believe either they dont have many big players if any at all.
Also, when looking at my own profile it shows my biggest bet as 0.0005645 wtv btc and that's not even close.
Seem like there are other issues going on behind the scenes.

Yes it is automatic and some may not realize it but if you look at the info from the promotions then you will notice that it has been creditted but you need to wager before getting some of it. The good thing about this is your deposit is not locked on the site so you can always withdraw your deposit but you will lose the first deposit bonus

Just now I checked in my pc and it looks normal to me. I even logged in and visited few pages all are quite as usual. May be you can try to restart you pc and try to enter once again see any difference. Mostly something not correct at your end otherwise we also should face same issue.
