Almost got another one 10 minutes ago ... so close Smiley
Code:
[2016-08-18 00:56:31.057+10] Share ok Diff 98.7% (214619925872/217375482757.2) --- Pool 63612613591.0 63.6G 29.26%

we could have used a few petahash to push that block thru...  Huh
Nah, nothing could push that through Tongue
It wasn't a block.
Just close to being one, 98.7% close.

But WHMining sorted that out anyway Smiley
With a Juvia block Cheesy

So close but no cigar.... 1 or 2 Ph nowadays is so "small" in the BTC mining world.

I wonder why Juvia and her minions hasn't checked in yet for a block or two this past weeks... Cry

She got the last one  Grin

6xzkj juvia    Aug‑17 16:20:21

thanks for the consolation HerbPean....

I was wondering about my own Juvia miners.... they got 2 quick blocks 28th, 29th July.... but after that they have been sleeping on the job  Grin

I have been mining for like more then 2 years, I was very small at first then now I have like 65TH. Never solved a block.

My ant-furnance was solo mining  when the diff was 40G and hit a 20G (with just about 400GH). That's my the closest call that I know of.

I rented a few times 250th-1P and still nothing Tongue

off topic, using keepkey
Does this thing tumble?
I sent 2 btc to coinbase and the entire contents were sent, 2btc to coinbase and 4 btc to another btc address( I guess another keep key one)
keepkey says the right final balance but the blockchain has the remainder in two different addresses, one the main original one.
Makes it a pain to see the total on the blockchain.

I think I fingered it out. I finally got a copy of the .img file from Canaan (they're apparently making changes to their site). I'd just never had to make a boot SD card in Ubuntu before...duh.

Anyway, what I'm finding is to just get the card formatted and mounted, then use sudo dd to write the image file to the card.

If anyone knows different, maybe PM me. It's my first A6; if this one works out, I'll do one more for home and then hope they release a "newer better".

Wow...quick. Thank you again. Shows ya how old I am...I'm quite aware of RPi, it's etiology, etc. but just never had occasion to do anything with one. Also dunno why I didn't come across the .org site in searches...more French press (or PepsiMax), I guess.

That should do it. Mine on!  Cool

I was out and working on my phone or I would have put more detail for you. From your past posts I figured that would be enough for you to know what to do anyways Smiley

Thats the main site for the foundation so lots of documentation on there.

ouch.

Is the amount showing in your Keepkey device correct?  I think what you are seeing is the BTC trail that led up to all of the transactions that you've accumulated to get to the 2BTC.

ouch that always sucks , back when i had bfl 60's i had removed the end plates to quiet them down , stuck a finger in the fan by accident boy did that hurt and left a nice deep cut

We have similar issues here with geckos...they're endemic, and love the heat etc. of electronics. I use a square of fiberglass screen held in place by running the corner fan screws through the fabric...no glue or anything. Works for geckos and, I imagine, for small fingers.  Kiss

oh man.... that's bad... those delta fans, I think their blades are made of steel... no kids should be even near 10metres off these miners.

and it spins very fast, it could be worst, but gladly she's ok playing again all over the house.
She uses the hot air from the Sp20 to dry her toys haha.
The ant is off right now, tomorrow I will put it on a higher shelf.

Mine on folks!

Blockchain showed 7btc in keep key main to start, keep key said 6btc
Sent 2btc to coinbase, 4 BTC went to change address. 1btc stayed in main address.
Keepkey now says 4btc which is the amount in the change address.
The other 1btc in the keep key main address on the Blockchain is not showing on the keepkey

Installed Bitcoin core, downloading the Blockchain. Will give that wallet a spin.
