A newb question: How do you withhold a block intentionally? by skipping a specific share that was locally verified to be the solution of the current block?
I could tell you the details, but then I'd have to kill you ...

I use to rent 2-4ph on nicehash. throwing all of it at ck solo pool. I don't dare anymore, wonder if I hit any blocks that were withheld? I'll never know.

I use to rent 2-4ph on nicehash. throwing all of it at ck solo pool. I don't dare anymore, wonder if I hit any blocks that were withheld? I'll never know. I did exactly the same but my rented hashrate was much lower. Now I do it only once a week as a personal lottery and use MRR instead of Not-So-Nice Hash. Never heard of such issues at MRR, but may be I just haven't searched the board too much. May be it's also just a waste of money, i'm not sure now. Block by 16hNunxPK! This is his 2nd Kano block and our 5th of the day! Green is Good! Never loved green color more than when mining at kanoPool. when I left home there were 3 of them. Now when i'm back home there are 5. Should go out tonight again to have some more)))

Damn it, I had my miners down from yesterday afternoon until this morning. I still made something because of my 5ND, but only about half of what I normally do. I've started the miners back up and hope it does not rain today! Good job on the blocks! Let's make more!

I've started the miners back up and hope it does not rain today! Good job on the blocks! Let's make more! why is it raining all the time at your location? does the local power company shutdown power during heavy rain? I live in the western North Carolina mountains and thunderstorms pop up at a moments notice during the spring and summer because of daytime heating and cool air flowing over and around the mountains. No, it's not necessarily (always) a power issue, it's an issue for me because I use fans to suck in cool outside air directly onto my miners and with the heavy rain, the fans tend to suck in raindrops as well. As you know, raindrops and miners don't mix. So if the weather radar shows rain/thunderstorms heading my way or the hourly forecast indicates rain in a time period I will be away from home, I would rather be safe than sorry and shut down my miners and close the windows in the "coin room".

Yes I do need something like that and I have thought long and hard about trying to install something like it. But I don't own the property and I'm not allowed to install anything to the outside of the premises. I would certainly receive a letter from the property managers saying it must be removed. Then they would probably bill me for any screw holes on the side of the house. Unfortunately. My options are limited.

Two things for my bucket list... 1) I haven't found a block since 2009...that would be nice. 2) Put my grubby little fingers on an A7. Love to see blocks in the pipe.
