Greetings to you! I don't know the answer to your question as I've never flashed my S7's from the firmware they came with. I think the general rule of thumb is 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it". Many people have bricked their S7's by flashing it. Not all, but a lot. Then you will most likely have to send it back to the factory for repair. Now if you're having problems, that's a different story and an option. Additionally, you will get better answers in the hardware thread where this question should likely reside. I'm ready for a block party after-party today. So far we're off to a slow start. But that could change on a dime! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Come on down, Blocks!!! ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

Perhaps you mean Awesome Miner? I have that, they want $50 for ten miners. I know there is one that is free that works well.

Not a windows app per se. If you're any good with servers this is easy to get running http://cryptoglance.info/(and it has a standalone windows option).
