Best share is meaningless. It's a random number. Unless it's a block, then ... it's good

Quick question....
At what point does Dust Payments get sent out? Is it weekly or monthly?
Someday in the distant future. or even few day later... if you have "dust problems" ...i propose to mini for me...so I send you your satoshi in advance... kano saying here: if you have mined more than $1 you can hope a soon payout... I'm pretty sure Kano said to NOT expect dust payments any time soon. I have almost $3 in dust accrued, I wouldn't even bring up dust payments until your dust balance was around ~0.1btc, that's getting "significant". I'm hypothesizing that when Kano writes the code for daily payments that will set up some framework that can be built upon later to handle dust. I think there are bigger fish to fry at the moment.

I don't plan to beg or pester about it....I just didn't see any docs about it and was curious. Thanks to all who contributed to my question.

Block 398239 is still in the confirming stage, after 101 confirms this will turn to matured status and then kano will manually send the payments to everyone at his earliest convenience e.g. when he wakes or he might wait a little bit if another block is close to maturing so he would process both payments at same time.

There are a fair number of these questions re reward payouts...understandably, if one is also fairly new to pool mining. IMHO, kano.is is one place you don't need to worry about reward payouts. They'll get there. Patience. Kano is "Master and Commander..." and he's on the far side of the world to most of us (not me, but I'm plunk in the middle of the Pacific about 5,000 km from Adelaide). If you have problems with your configurations, you can get decent and reliable advice via here, or the newer support thread. Mine on.

I have a little more than 300 more GH on the pool while I burn in test a miner repair.
The repaste of the second blade in my previously sick SP20 was successful (+>200GH on blade 1 and +>100GH on blade 2). The second blade didn't go as good as the first (I didn't get a back ASIC hit a remarkable 749 like I did on the first blade), but what I did get is more than reasonable. For the first time ever this miner can hit 1609GH in a 24C room which makes it one of my better performing SP20 miners. I think I would have gotten even more out of it except a couple of the DC/DC converters are running high in amps. Those ASICs, despite not being at full temperature, are hitting a "DC limit" wall in the 710 neighborhood. I notice that SP20s tend to throw more DCl as they age and this one has quite a long history (I got it from eBay and I'm probably the fourth owner based on the stack of shipping labels).
Too bad I'll be retiring this one soon due to diff increases. It's my first and only block finder.

Well With that block, I'll do a ckpool restart (not ckdb) There's an update with ckpool to fix a memory leak and it would be ideal to do that shortly. CKPool restart will be in 30 minutes when the minute hand next hits 30. Most (over 99%) of miners just see it as a reconnect in cgminer - so most shouldn't failover.

Total users and workers is already back to the count before the restart - so all went OK. Hash rate takes a while to recover the value.

All of my S7s are mining at Kano, never failed over since the pool restart.
