The MMQ uses a standard computer PSU for its power via a 4 pin molex connector, not from the USB port. I had mine hooked up to a netbook running windows 7 before I got it running on my pi. Speeds are similar.

Damn, I just typed up a long response and it didnt post...
Basically Im not pointing out faults in that post, just stating my experience with it on the RPi vs windows. Didnt mean to piss in anyones Cheerios.
I dont have such problems anymore since i installed Lazarus-extension for FF. With it you can resurrect old form-entries you entered. Its automatically saving them in the background while typing so you can get all the data back. Comes handy with some broken forumscripts...

Is a netbook capable while using ethernet? I think those use like 40W or less.
My netbook works great.

I'm assuming any USB hub will work... well almost linux does not like certain kinds of usb hubs especially hubs that do not have an external power source.

I know pushing that button might make it gone forever (network problems help greatly to develop this habit).

@kakobrekla... yes, normally, but i saw scripts that simply deleted all content after going back. @runeks... yes, thats a possible way. I did it before too. But unfortunately it happens i forgot. And that were the times when it was on of "these forums"... Plus CTRL-C doesnt protect you from browser- or even computercrash...

Hi cablepair, I made an order about 30 hours ago, and have yet to receive any indication that the order has gone through. Would appreciate your help to look into this matter. Thank you. I started a thread in the newbies forum as well but I can provide additional details in PM if you require. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=109314.0Regards, C

I would shoot Tom a PM here or simply contact him via other means available via phone 315-514-0269, email (probably the quickest, contact@btcfpga.com) via skype (btcwebhost) or on Freenode irc in #btcfpga. I had some concerns earlier and contacted him via e-mail and he responded within a few hours so I would suggest that first.

What about transactions that occurred during the period when bitpay was having trouble communicating with the new SSL certs on your servers? My order confirmation still has not shown up in my account.

bASIC product details do not mention power supply, only DC barrel connector in the specs. So do i need to acquire separately a power supply and connector?
Or is there even the barrel connector supplied with the device so i can easily hook it up to any power supply providing sufficient 12VDC?
It would be really nice if bASIC is just as finished product as BFLs are, ie. everything supplied in a case + fans, just plug it in.
