@bensam1231 you might want to contact @jyap on BCT or twitter. he is dev of JBS coin & very knowledgeable person. He might not develop your coin but he sure can help with little bits & advice if he has time. You can also join JBS slack here http://slack.getjumbucks.com/. Its a nice place to hangout & its open to all, just ask for an invite. I hope this helps Regards Sam

There are parts of this forum I never see or visit though. Some Black Friday 970:s arrived today. Nice but ROI in 2~ years for cryptos is bad gamja... I hope there weren't tons of people that did this. BTW out of all the cards I've run, those MSI cards with those white coolers reallllly suck dick for cooling. They're made extremely cheap and suck at dissipating heat (I'd rate them below EVGA coolers). I'm not sure about the red or the green variants which look beefier, but the whites with the cheaper cooler definitely throttle very easily.

Rig: Asrock H81 Celeron G1820 8Gb ram (16gb virtual memory set) Silverstone Strider 1200w v2 3xMSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Tiger OC Powered USB Risers SSD Hard Drive
Stock clocks: 1102/1753 sp-MOD 1.5.74
You might want to try an older version of the sp-mod to get the optimal speed for your cards.. Release 63 might be 0.8% faster in lyra2v2

I'm not sure about the red or the green variants which look beefier, but the whites with the cheaper cooler definitely throttle very easily. I got these for 290 bucks each on Black Friday. Strix 970s where sold at the same price but where sold out before i could order, thats why i bought the MSI cards. I hope that profits will go back up a little to shorten the ROI. I runt the cards at stock speeds until the profits go up a bit so i have no problem with keeping them cool. why do you use SSD? Why not? It's well suited for a mining rig as it draws less power.

I thought that it maybe improves hashrate it increases initial cost and i think selecting better cpu has more advantages by the way Cryptozillah has plenty of SSD and at least he doesn't pay for hard drives.

Increase virtual memory. Control Panel - System - Advance System settings - Advanced - Performance or you need to reduce your instance variable (the -i 23.85) keep lowering it until u don't get the error. or increasing your on-board ram to at least 16 GB. your page file, (virtual memory should never be lower than 1.5 times the on board ram) and that means that if you go past 1/2 of the size of the hard drive you will start to slow down the hash rate.

Yeah they are pretty cheap these days. I have 32GB/64GB drives in all rigs. The disks are reused from older gpu rigs i built a few years ago.

Is it stable? Other users report that they can't get their 750ti cards to overclock more than 1360 without crashing. I guess it's because the asic quality of the chip, or the cooler. Factory overclocked card seems to be the best, but they are more expensive.

I have now upgraded the project to cuda 7.5
Submitted some adjustments and quark +300KHASH on the gtx 970.
It will take some time to repair the lost hashrate since the compiler has changed.
x11,x13,x15 is down. lyra2v2 is down.
