I'm getting 50-54 sol/s with my 2x 970 evga ssc.
Any idea what a Strix 1070/1080 are achieving?
1070 is doing around 32 Sol/s, 1080 is very close to what 1070 can do at the moment...

ATM: this miner is fastest for r9 380 with 4GB, 2x instanes are doing over 30sol/s matching nv 1070 speed this works with 1070 (-cd) but same speed about 30ss My 380's are doing average 17 sol/s , 2 instance same/worse. 270x280x also 16-17sol/ average.

If you have a 4 core cpu.. you should get 19 sol/s. Thanks for the tip, 19 sol/s per card would be a major boost and make it one of the more energy efficient cards around. Are you running them in a 6 card rig? 19 sol per card for 750ti now ?

I'm not a big fish or a dev so I can't affect anything. Just have to wait and see. Ergo, no rush. Edit: all i have is two cards which i intend to upgrade whether they mine well or not. Just seeing if its worth the 1070 or 1080 from a mining perspective.

Hah... From my perspective
There's your problem. Markets, and market participants don't care about 'your perspective'. It's bottom line. Anyone who has participated in NYSE big board, CBOE options/futures, PINK/OTC learns early on: you have no friends here, there are no do-overs, no handouts, no freebies. And I get it, I'm all left in my politics and happy to see collectives form in a more open crypto world -- I'll even support that ideology over the lone cash-cow producer model -- but I'm not going to cry and whine about a market participant's choices. Jeesus, that's just fucking embarrassing. No way. It's here, I have it, or it's not, I don't. Next. Good for you, you took less then half a cherry picked sentence completely out of context. Saying 'period' or 'bottom line' means exactly nothing to me when you can't even look at the entirety of a sentence, let alone the paragraph it's held in. No one is asking for a freebie, no one is asking for a do over. You don't get 'anything', once again quoting all of half of one sentence. I at no point have asked for ANYTHING free here. I don't mind having a product to pay for. Matter of a fact, if you spent any amount of time doing 'hard work' in your time here by searching the thread, you would know that's definitely not been my ethos at all. Rather you need a product to pay for before you can actually do so. Or does hardwork only apply to others and not yourself? Before you hit 'next' maybe you should spend some 'time' learning WTF you're talking about. Looking at your account you're a eth-baby, born early this year, registered for all of a couple months after Ethereum started drying out and you were forced to leave your cradle. I'll forgive your ignorance this once as you have basically no experience and spend the entire time operating on assumptions. Here, lets add the rest of it back and look at how stupid what you said was after you decided to take just a half of a sentence out of what I wrote: That's a load of manure. Grow up. Be a realist. Quit whining. Code your own miner.
Hah... From my perspective you're really the one that needs to grow the fuck up. People work different jobs dude. The answer to needing something in life isn't do what someone else does or leave. We have a society based around currency for a reason, because you can't always do what someone else does in any meaningful capacity without spending a inordinate amount of time doing it. Specialized jobs and all that jazz. So you pay people for their time. Next time you need to see a doctor, visit google and figure it out yourself. I'm sure you'll be able to do the same thing. Dumbass.

When all else fails, attack the guy making the argument. The problem is that's known as an argument ad hominem. It's a form of illogical debate used when the author is out of responses. Others have stated support for dj's decision. I may be a lot of things, but who or what I am has no bearing on the matter of whining about another person's decision to sell what they created to a buyer of their choosing. Being upset about it is understandable, but complaining about it's not.

Being upset about it is understandable, but complaining about it's not. No shit and what were you doing when assuming I just want free things? I like how you just completely ignored the entirety of my argument and picked one sentence out again, that's called a 'straw man' and the second time you've done that. Making it seem like the entirety of my argument is just this one cherry picked sentence. That's also putting aside that's almost a 100% admission that I was right and you have absolutely no experience when it comes to cryptos. XD There are definitely a lot of people here that don't support DJs decision (weird how you're talking as if you know what everyone thinks now)... Myself included and you can definitely hate someone for their life choices dude. Lets take that logic for a stroll. If someone kills a bunch of people can you hate them for their decisions? If someone lies profusely about something can you hate them for their decisions? If someone loses a bunch of people money either who are very affluent or a bunch of poor people, can you hate them for their decisions? The answer is yes. Just because someone does something concerning money doesn't mean you can't hate them, can't want it to be different, and definitely doesn't mean you have the option to do exactly what they're doing in any meaningful capacity. Oh and for acting logically condescending I like that you slipped in a 'umad bro' there. Despite however classy you try to sound you're still just a normal disgusting human.

LOL - I am getting squeezed out of zcash - - just bought (12) evga 1070's and thought I would kill zcash for a while with them. I am lucky to make $40/day at the moment and now it looks as if daily profit will continue to drop. Shoulda, coulda, woulda gone with AMD. I am a lover of Nvidia though. I will be willing to donate for a better Nvidia miner if anyone wants to organize one or crowdfund. Hell I would be happy right now with a match on the 50s/s. I would like better but beggars can't be choosers.

But 1 ZEC is now below 1 BTC and dropping. (The price has dropped 20% the last 24 hours) The coins you mine today might drop 20% tomorrow.

It's still 3x more then what we were making a month ago. Too bad DJM didn't actually crowd source his miner. We'll have to wait and see what other developers come up with. Although based on what that other user said a couple pages back, the whole thing could've been a rouse and the speeds weren't remotely verifiable.

Maybe this was the case with djm's version. But I strongly believe that gtx1070 is capable to do more then 50 ... much more ...

Yesterday I tested the silent army solver on the 1060 3gb. it does 16sol/s.
