i was able to reach 33 sol per 1070, without any oc, i dunno why but when i underclock mem i get higher hash, tdp is at 50% pretty much like when i mine lbry, core is 0% How many cards and which miner? 6 x 1070 x 33H/s = 198H/s, miner is the one of nicehash 3a, just need some tweak depend on your gpu My 2x 750ti cards this 4 core computer are doing 40 sols .. so 6 x 750ti x 20sols/s = 120 sols/s. one 750Ti give only 10 sols , and 20 sols give your CPU

Took from zcash forum:
zawy For whatever technical reason, the benchmark on alpha Zcash was also 1 "iteration" per 2 solves. So there's a reason. Also, the bitcointalk guy who promised 120 So/s for a 1070 and posted images showing 140 Sol/s also showed "6 H/s" (which is what nheqminer called it in v0.1 instead of I/s). That 120 Sol per 6 H indicated he did not know what he was doing and is why he has not released. Then came the scammer to this web site saying 120 sol/s for a 980ti who had I=Sol which also implied something was amiss. And even claymore initially claiming 100 Sol/s might have been caused by a similar confusion, indicating he has not done any deep mining optimization other than copying silent army.

6 iterations per second CAN lead to 140 sol/s. Just run multiple nonces per iteration. It all depends on how you define an "iteration".

(well, last week). i could have done 10 sol/s per card that would be 300 Sol/s with the 750Ti's alone

For Zcash nheqminer... Has anyone found an intensity control for GPU usage? I need to actually use some of the computers I run nheqminer on and I can't because it just slams the GPU to max.

+1 for this But seriously, I'm salivating at the thought of a proper nvidia miner for zcash, I wish you the best of luck! And if you need testers, I'm your man!

Thanks to all those who explained why they prefer Claymore/Windows over silentarmy/Linux.
To rednoW who said "And Claymore is faster, especially on Tahiti" -> this is not true, silentarmy matches or surpasses Claymore even on Tahiti (especially when taking into account its 2.5% dev fee).
Anyway it is apparent to me that many features (temp/fan monitoring, pool failover, Windows support, etc) are what you guys want in a miner. So I will take this into consideration to prioritize my future developments. But on the other I agree with the 80/20 rule: like Bitcoin in its early GPU mining days, it seems 80% of the hashrate comes from 20% of people who operate large Linux mining farms, while 20% of the hashrate is from 80% of people who operate smaller hobbyist Windows mining farms.
So if i get you right, you'd rather be pragmatic and benevolent to the 80% of miners who run 20% of the hashrate, instead of just feeding the 20% who already own 80% of the hash rate?

Would be nice if someone made a fee based Nvidia miner for Zcash or Zcoin. I've been back on Ethereum since Saturday... It's silly, since launch of Pascal there really hasn't been any optimized miners for it besides Lbry and that died out shortly there after as Wolf made a comparable miner for ancient AMD stuff.
I have $400 GPUs that make as much as $200 ones. I can't even buy software to make it better. It's not like it's too expensive, it just doesn't fucking exist so I don't even have the option to buy it.
Like that 10% miner that was taken down. It offered 50sol on a 1070 and a 10% dev fee, so 45. Still better then what we're working with, but people axed it right away.

That miner is still in out there and will be improved upon. Check the zcash forum for a link.

Made that correction for you. I guess it is safe to say they didn't change the world of mining.

LBRY is +14% today with sp-mod private #3 you make $2,4 a day with the gtx 1070 (300MHASH) $3.2 on the gtx 1080 (400MHASH)
You should mine and donate so I can release #4 with more hash and bugfixes...

Made that correction for you. I guess it is safe to say they didn't change the world of mining. 280s aren't making as much as 470s, not close. I can get as much hash out of my 1070s as a 480 comparable to Ethereum, 470 is the better deal though. Yeah dude, not going to happen. That's what the dev fee was for. That being said, Epsylons earn just as much except for 970s... On top of that, Lbry isn't making as much as Ethereum is right now. It hasn't for a long time. I can use Genoil's with a memory OC or Claymores for a extra $.2 per card.
