Like i said many times, great development team, great future, but they really are in lack of social media, updates etc.
Been like that for ages. Also i cant understand why they can not just update people with there progress.

We dont need it will be launches at xxxxx , but they can give details like what stage they are in, plans etc.
Specialy if your already months late.

They're usually good announcing all news related to Factom via their social pages. Then they raise full their goal to a +$29 million valuation and go silent? Makes no sense at all really. Nothing on their social pages and no press releases on Coindesk or other outlets. Now that I can agree is poor work. The question is why?

Yup it makes no sense. But the selling pressure has been decreasing everyday. Once there was good news it went from 400K to 600K, now it's almost back to 400K again. The only thing that remains to be seen now is if the market accurately reacts and prices in the recent developments or not.

Stronger hands take over, also i think that Factom is beeing manipulated a lot with 100 btc can you can force the market a dirrection.

Also i think a lot of the sells last few days were from people who wanted to invest in factom and sold coins for that.

Since factom is a private company, are they applying for patents on any innovations they are making on the current blockchain technology or are other companies free to copy their innovations? I feel this is important for investors to know before they invest in the company or factoids the currency.

If they have patents and their innovation are useful than we are taking about a billion dollar company, if it's open free for all to copy and use, I think in terms of financial returns for investors might not be much. The company could still be a success but chances for exponential growth might be less.

Lol dont expect any answers here i can tell you that already, mostly Tempus is more helpfull then the whole Factom team all together.

"Honest and transparency" yet they don't have a blockchain explorer, they don't inform us how much they sell and how and when they sell it. They obfuscate their code so that it will be hard for someone else to copy and they offer no easy way to store FCTs for users.

The latter 2 I don't care as much about. But the blockchain explorer? The transparency of FCTs they hold and sell? Now that's a concern when 100 BTCs are repeatedly dumped on markets straight into buy orders.
