So Exodus release means wallet AND shapeshift integration in march because it's a requirement to be accepted as an asset? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Factom s already on shapeshift, that works without issues. Yes, Exodus should be any day now. |

I can confirm new binaries appear to have stabilized the chain. Wallet is working very nicely as well. Thumbs up to the Factom devs.
I've had the new chain working for approx 36 hours without a glitch and shifting coins around addresses created with different seeds. It all looks very good.
There are a number of companies POC in sandboxes at the moment, so this should mean some of them can move to the live chain. This should mean M2 is up and running provided the syncing of the chain holds.

In what category coin promotes itself? 2, What new features this coin creates? How is it unique? 3, Are promises kept by devs? 4, Are features on roadmap delivered regularly? 5, What is overall state of development? 6, Can I find somewhere number of daily transactions? Hi sorry for the late respond just watch this video and you will understand how Factom is a game changer based on blockchain tech. Well about the promises they late a litlle but the system is functional and the only may be big problem is there is no user-friendly wallet. I am waiting for Exodus guys to finish Beta testing. The man from previous posts s right, Etherum and Dash would kick ass with this info by now 10x. Factom, if you guys re in IT only and to your job well, FFS, hire a marketing team to support you. You cannot expect news about you to get spread by itself. NEWS mean NEW CLIENTS. Clients mean money. |

If the ETF should get approval it's very likely that Bitcoin will shoot up and it's also likely that Alt's will lose first calculated in Bitcoin. It's unlikely that it will be much in Dollar. More important: Over Bitcoin there will come so much more money into the whole market that it would be nearly a safe bet that at least the value of quality projects like Factom will increase significantly just because of that. With other words: A Bitcoin-hype could lead to a short-term decrease in Factom but for mid-term it already would be a pro. Plus: There won't be a Bitcoin-hype without a crash at a certain point. And than a lot of money would go right into quality-alts and Factom is not only one of them but undervalued in comparison. Long Story short: A) If the ETF won't be approved it's very likely that Bitcoin will go down as reaction and Factom would react with "up". B) If the ETHF should get approval Factom might lose in short-term but most likely not much in Dollar. Mid-Term it would be a safe bet that it would benefit a lot. Conclusion: Factom is the better and safer bet, because it would benefit of both scenarios. |

They got money, got government projects, have a good job and they don't care about capitalisation. They care about the use of Factom. The more it will be used the more Entry Credits will be bought. The more EC's are bought, the more Factoids are burned through conversion into EC's. The more Factoids are burned, the higher the price needs to be. Conclusion: As long as they care about the system and the business-side (those who will use it), they care about the price. Marketing for the Factoid-market would hurt their credibility since it would give the impression as if they would want to make money by selling Factoids. B) If the ETHF should get approval Factom might lose in short-term but most likely not much in Dollar. Mid-Term it would be a safe bet that it would benefit a lot. Many traiders will exit into btc and the price might go down in dollar. For short-term it could be true. But if you look back into end of 2013. While Bitcoin was still on the rise, others also started to rise (litecoin for example) and started to explode once Bitcoin came down. Litecoin went up from $1 to over $30. Conclusion: Factom is the better and safer bet, because it would benefit of both scenarios. I sold my fct for 0.0036 btc. Then bought for 0.0032. There's 0.0025 btc per fct now. It doesn't seem like "safe bet". I don't say "safe bet". Nothing is a safe bet. But in comparison to the uncertainty about the ETF and the scaling-problem and blocksize-war, nobody but ETF-Insiders can now what will happen next. And if the ETF should be approved and Bitcoin would hype, it's safe to say that the mempool will explode with the price. The next drama is a safe prediction. In comparison with Bitcoin, and if we don't focus on short-term-reactions on the market but midterm and longterm, I consider Factom as a much safer and better Investment while Bitcoin feels more like playing roulette. |
