Criminal Code of Canada

346. Extortion

346. (1) Every one commits extortion who, without reasonable justification or excuse and with intent to obtain anything, by threats, accusations, menaces or violence induces or attempts to induce any person, whether or not he is the person threatened, accused or menaced or to whom violence is shown, to do anything or cause anything to be done.

Extortion

(1.1) Every person who commits extortion is guilty of an indictable offence and liable

(a) if a restricted firearm or prohibited firearm is used in the commission of the offence or if any firearm is used in the commission of the offence and the offence is committed for the benefit of, at the direction of, or in association with, a criminal organization, to imprisonment for life and to a minimum punishment of imprisonment for a term of

(i) in the case of a first offence, five years, and

(ii) in the case of a second or subsequent offence, seven years;

(a.1) in any other case where a firearm is used in the commission of the offence, to imprisonment for life and to a minimum punishment of imprisonment for a term of four years; and

(b) in any other case, to imprisonment for life.

Subsequent offences

(1.2) In determining, for the purpose of paragraph (1.1)(a), whether a convicted person has committed a second or subsequent offence, if the person was earlier convicted of any of the following offences, that offence is to be considered as an earlier offence:

(a) an offence under this section;

(b) an offence under subsection 85(1) or (2) or section 244 or 244.2; or

(c) an offence under section 220, 236, 239, 272 or 273, subsection 279(1) or section 279.1 or 344 if a firearm was used in the commission of the offence.

However, an earlier offence shall not be taken into account if 10 years have elapsed between the day on which the person was convicted of the earlier offence and the day on which the person was convicted of the offence for which sentence is being imposed, not taking into account any time in custody.

Sequence of convictions only

(1.3) For the purposes of subsection (1.2), the only question to be considered is the sequence of convictions and no consideration shall be given to the sequence of commission of offences or whether any offence occurred before or after any conviction.

Saving

(2) A threat to institute civil proceedings is not a threat for the purposes of this section.

Now its on, and I WILL defend Zimebeck.  Was hoping Bob wouldnt start the free advertising train until I had V2 ready (should be a few more days) - this will do though.

Bob did the same thing to me.  Had me develop a coin, rather than pursue development he wanted to crush it and turn it into a Scam ICO.  I told him to FUCK OFF literally.  About 100 people know this and will vouch for me.

The chart's dont lie, who do you think was saving the coin at 8k sat for 1 month straight while bob dumped the shit out of it.  It was me.

BitSwift is alive and well now that this scammer fuck head isnt in it.

Zimebeck is innocent.  Bob is a dipshit.

Bobs plan, hire a Dev.. make them do the work, pretend its going to be something, get it to ATH, dump into his "group" move along, let the coin die.  All investors money, lost.

Glad I was around to save everyone from your dirty trash.

Let the truth be told.

-BitSwift

Fuck off.. bitswift is a scam too... you have no devs, no dev skills and no ico money!!! Care to share with everyone how the ICO funds got split up???

I've got 3 devs so far, im talking to a 4th. Finding good ones for a good price aint easy.

As for my BTC, considering Steven wants it to be long term and the offer was up front. That is what was paid to do work.

Pretty small amount considering this.

Do you work for free at your job?

I dont think so.

You got nothing but  big head, a few btc, a shit load of bay and some serious haters... Funny thing is.. My inbox has been blowing up with offers to hjelp market othercoins.

I can imagine the emails read lke this this:

Dear Bob,

Please help us. Stay the fuck away from our coins you virus!

Someone call the authorities in Canada and get the piece of shit behind bars before he steals from innocent people again.

Forgive my petulance and oft-times, I fear, ill-founded criticisms, and forgive me that I have, by this time, made your eyes and head ache with my long letter. But I cannot forgo hastily the pleasure and pride of thus conversing with you.

Wahtever Bob.

The world knows who you are.

The world will choose who to believe now.

I can say with 100% certainty that they wont believe a word you or Gekko say cause you both prove yourselves to be doochebags human beings.  Liars. scammers. fakes. criminals.

Adios Amigos.  Enjoy your time in the Kingston Prison.

I will wave as I drive by on my trip to Tim Hortons each morning.

Smiley

He knows he needs newbs buying into his persona of someone that is larger than life.  He knows he needs to look tough so all of those in his group that are too afraid won't ever leave. A dog against a corner.
