i didn't notice this until AFTER I'd sent some bitcoins to mtgox

if i had sent them to btc-e instead, i could have sold them for ~8.40 and then transferred that money to mtgox =/

I just looked it up: The Bastard sold ~280k USD. That was a very thinly bolstered order book indeed, especially with a lack of strong walls up (I think by that time only walls totalling 10k BTC or so on the BUY side.)

b4 the crash i sold a few on vitrex, and immediately  placed a bid 30cents lower , then 1 hour later mtgox CRASH

i know btccharts is down, but my sierrafeed is still running - we're currently at about 7.93 USD on mtgox. ...that was a big sell.
