He's not going to Miami.  That is unless everyone, including his "legal team" are complete fools.  Perkins Coie, which isn't some low budget firm is going to be there.  Anyone with any sense, and yes, i do believe that there is at least one person within the GAW sphere (employee, investor, or hired counsel) who is going to say f**k no your dumb ass is not going to Miami.  He's now becoming a liability (if he hasn't been already) to all of his coworkers and investors.  There is no way he's going to be in Miami...

But if he is, it will be fun as hell to watch.

It's a bit awkward seeing that Paybase is a "PREMIERE SPONSOR" for the Miami thing. I'm rooting for him to go. Let's put those investor dollars to good use - more publicity for this clusterfuck.

Class Action needs to be vetted before anyone should send their private information blindly to any gmail accounts. Suggest Scott be introduced to the lawyer, ensure all is in order with the lawyer and the initiator before sending anything to anyone blindly.

CryptoCoinsNews and GAW Miners Sitting in a Tree… K I S S I N G.

How CryptoCoinNews is directly involved in the GAW Scam. SOME of the photographic and archived evidence that CCN is a shill for the scam.

Arbitrage and the fact that people are a bit more distrustful of paybase because sales and withdraws were being denied above 40 XPY as some were complaining.

I will post more information hopefully tomorrow as I have another meeting with the lawyer. I will also be posting the same information on gawgate.com please sign up there as well

Please re-post in all available forums
I am still in Vegas for CES, but am trying to add content to GAWGate.com as I have the free time (late night work here). Please feel free to use the existing forum there for the class action home base if needed. I only request any requests for donations be delayed until the legal counsel and all parties are vetted.

Scott-

Edit: Sorry; I missed your last comment. See you on GAWGate.com.

Yeah there is alot of archived material i want to get that in one place for the lawyer people don't not have to donate

Working on it.  Back at work now so it's harder for me to keep up and get everything added, but if you private message me with archives I will get added to the spreadsheet.

Honestly, that's exactly what needs to happen.  If the business is truly legitimate then an investigation will show that because there seems to be a LOT of scrubbing going on inside GAW's sphere of influence that indicates otherwise.

If I were a CEO and I were running a legitimate business that was being accused of fraud/scamming/etc I would welcome an investigation and open everything up to show that I wasn't running a scam... and that it was only a massive debacle...  But that's me...

So he bought a new car a few months ago, msrp is $58,000 http://www.chevrolet.com/corvette-stingray-convertible.html. Wonder if it's true that he sold the Ferraris?

Has anyone ever thought that maybe he doesn't own any Ferraris?  Maybe he just posed in front of some that were owned by a friend or in-law family member?

Some of the scumbags helping with the promotion there as Hashtalk

were bragging about their fancy cars. Guess the Ferraris were part

of that pissing contest.

I do believe he said somewhere that he sold them to put the money into GAW.  Screenshot post was put somewhere but I don't remember where but that would show that he claims that he owned them.
