Lets give him the benefit of the doubt and say Josh used/took over his account without permission.   He can publicly state that hear or GH to try and convince people hes not an active part of this fast collapsing scam.

Its a long shot but id sure as shit claim it in cyberlizards position and never be seen on HT again.  $150 a week isnt worth jail time for actively being part of said scam.

Edit: Never mind he basically admitted to it on GH before i posted.  So hes officially actively a scamming scumbag supporting Josh.  I even think they are starting to have problems with this over at GH which is his mouthpiece.  Hes trying to shut down the Paycoin thread on GH too suggesting they come here instead.  But at least its a strong suggestion rather than a wildly swinging banhammer.

@cyberlizard This directly contradicts what @gawceo has previously stated regarding coinfire investigations. If the "honor program" actually moves forward under SEC approval then it seems that this could be a landmark ruling that makes crypto-currencie's not "property" but" investment vehicle's".
Let's say the law firm does nor approve with the way the program is currently laid out specially with the wording. However, I said what was to say about it on HT and I wont discuss it here.

This is GH and not HT and I'm tired of coming ehre to read about HT while the stuff GH is actually working on is totally disregarded. I couldn't care less if the honor program goes through or not or if everyone gets $20 or not. At the same time "if" Paybase had launched as planned and "if" it had released a debit card that I could have gotten also here in the EU then yes, I might have put some coins into stake and would most likely regret it now. However, a coin needs to be usable for me or it's just a commodity so unless I can use a coin or want to support a specific coin there is no reason for me to hold or stake it. And since Paycoin didn't fulfill any of those points I never held on to mine.

I use Bitcoin, always have and always will.

I would hazard to say that it is mostly P & D now, where the "P" comes from traders getting back in at lows, and HT devotees, and the "D" are just the traders.

Oh of course it's P&D time, 50% value dump in less than 30 minutes? My bots are going mad

Nope (tbf, this may vary by jurisdiction).  If an attorney provides confidential legal advice (in the form of an opinion letter for instance) and if the client then reveals that confidential advice with a third party (shares the opinion letter), the privilege can be waived as to that subject matter (document).
