Funny how Cyberlizard's SEC Communitcation Confirmation post got edited by the CEO to remove mention of the SEC among other things:

I'm sure the GAW faithful will still claim Coin Fire lies and keep sending DDOS attacks at us. Since we got our site moved over CloudFlare logs are showing nonstop DDOS attacks against us still and our WordFence logs show thousands of attempted login attempts every hour. Thousands upon thousands.
so they found some hackers that would accept XPY?Huh? or maybe thats why joshie "shut down" mining. so he can mine some BTC because the hackers dont want poocoin.

Sweet!  I love it when people jeopardize the attorney-client privilege.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=857670.msg10331147#msg10331147

Forced them to change the wording removing seeing emails etc. effect was immediately after that was posted.  Homero without a doubt sits here F5'ing to "see what they are saying about him". Paranoid punk.

Only the attorney has an obligation of confidentiality under attorney/client privilege. The client or his associates can divulge whatever they wish. Whether such disclosures are advisable is another matter.

Funny how Cyberlizard's SEC Communitcation Confirmation post got edited by the CEO to remove mention of the SEC among other things:

Cyberlizard then edited again to cover that up and make the post even less incriminating.

Hes a good puppet these days isnt he.

Amazing what some people will do for $150 a week.

Whores have more morals.  At least they only fuck the person paying them.
Cybersnake is going down in the fire and his soul will never recover

Lets give him the benefit of the doubt and say Josh used/took over his account without permission.   He can publicly state that hear or GH to try and convince people hes not an active part of this fast collapsing scam.

Its a long shot but id sure as shit claim it in cyberlizards position and never be seen on HT again.  $150 a week isnt worth jail time for actively being part of said scam.

Edit: Never mind he basically admitted to it on GH before i posted.  So hes officially actively a scamming scumbag supporting Josh.  I even think they are starting to have problems with this over at GH which is his mouthpiece.  Hes trying to shut down the Paycoin thread on GH too suggesting they come here instead.  But at least its a strong suggestion rather than a wildly swinging banhammer.

But im guessing that aint far off to be honest as people are not taking his suggestion.

That or he just does a panic shutdown of GH when the scam finally collapses planning to take all that proof of dissent down too?  Hope people with morals have backups

BUT he wants you to believe that he has no vested interest in anything GAW. As if he's in this only for $150/week. What a lying piece of shit scumbag.

@cyberlizard This directly contradicts what @gawceo has previously stated regarding coinfire investigations. If the "honor program" actually moves forward under SEC approval then it seems that this could be a landmark ruling that makes crypto-currencie's not "property" but" investment vehicle's".
Let's say the law firm does nor approve with the way the program is currently laid out specially with the wording. However, I said what was to say about it on HT and I wont discuss it here.

This is GH and not HT and I'm tired of coming ehre to read about HT while the stuff GH is actually working on is totally disregarded. I couldn't care less if the honor program goes through or not or if everyone gets $20 or not. GAW / ZC was over for me when it became clear that primes wouldn't be mining the PoW phase and I never cared about locking up any coins in any stakers on whatever payment processing platform.

This thread was meant as a discussion about XPY like any other alt-coin. The thread on BCtalk is long enough and contains a ton of info. If people just come here to repeat themselves again with what they say on BCtalk then they should stay there.

At the same time "if" Paybase had launched as planned and "if" it had released a debit card that I could have gotten also here in the EU then yes, I might have put some coins into stake and would most likely regret it now. However, a coin needs to be usable for me or it's just a commodity so unless I can use a coin or want to support a specific coin there is no reason for me to hold or stake it. And since Paycoin didn't fulfill any of those points I never held on to mine.

I use Bitcoin, always have and always will.

I would hazard to say that it is mostly P & D now, where the "P" comes from traders getting back in at lows, and HT devotees, and the "D" are just the traders.

Oh of course it's P&D time, 50% value dump in less than 30 minutes? My bots are going mad

Pretty damn tough to trade Paycoin if you don't have any. At least now we know absolutely, that he has been a part of pumping and dumping Paycoin all along and being a mod on HT, quieting anyone he could and hyping Paycoin, makes him as guilty as Josh.

Nope (tbf, this may vary by jurisdiction).  If an attorney provides confidential legal advice (in the form of an opinion letter for instance) and if the client then reveals that confidential advice with a third party (shares the opinion letter), the privilege can be waived as to that subject matter (document). Here's a simple run down: http://www.northwestern.edu/general-counsel/faqs/privilege.html

It seems like trading XPY on Bittrex is stuck. You cannot Buy or Sell.
f you will notice on cryptsy, XPY is gaining back confidence at current price of 0.0055 btc per XPY.

I believe the reason the market froze is the anti-fraud program on Bittrex kicked in. They are committed to raising the bar against scam coins:

Funny do these retards really think just because they delete or edit the content on their forum that it is really gone.
Really sooooo many various people are actively backing up all the BS and changes.
Is it possible that they actually have no real understanding of how client server computing works?

I think we should throw a party when the thread hits 1000 pages!!!!
