Excuse me! May someone tell me why Josh has to flee the country? If he did scam, how did he do it?

please see previous 1k posts
If it was supposed to happen to any scammer, %90 of members here in this site should have fled their countries.  Grin

If you have a point you might want to make it soon (TM) before some less tolerant members pick you apart over the next 50 pages.
Well. I guess if I change the word "members" to "Devs" no one will do it. How about that?

WTF is that even supposed to mean?

Can you or can you not formulate a coherent post here? It's fine if you can't, Dave won't mind sharing his cardboard palace with you.
Who the hell is Dave? I am saying 90% of coin developers (devs) are scammer. Is it hard to understand?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

There is some extreme Co-Intelpro happening with this scam, so please weigh that into judging how people treat folks showing up in this thread with ambiguous statements.

B+ for technology, C- for pricing so far.

It's an interesting effort but I'm waiting to see what Hashnest is going to do with the S5 thing that's been sitting dormant on their home page for a while now. Somehow I doubt that reselling Bitmain's hosting can beat Bitmain's own offer.

Looks like a joke to me.

Here's what I've gathered so far:

- They are all unqualified to run any sort of cloudmining company.
- They are collecting money before owning any hashing power. (I ask for a mining address and cryberlizard shows me an address that hasn't touched any coins)
- They will rent and resell Bitmains cloudmining eventually/hopefully (why would anyone buy from them instead of directly from Bitmain??)
- They will be operating anonymously.
- They are throwing in gimmicks left and right. (free staking anyone?)

Overall I'd rate this:

Legitimacy: D-
Offer: F- (worse deal than amhash's offering 3 months ago)

So 1/5 of the mining securities are owned by the "company", another 1/5 of the securities "allocated or sold" to staff members, and the rest of the securities are sold. Neat.

Doesn't seem like they're verifying where people live (like the US, for example)  Huh

Hey, amhash is still the best paying cloud (not that it's saying much when there's like 2 legitimate contenders) out there despite their antique hardware Smiley

Here's cyberdexters response:

Quote
we fund the staking wallets ourselves and pass the staking rewards on to our members. Anything else would make it an "investment by the users that pays interest" which we have no plans in doing since this would make GHcoin a security.

So basically it's not a security according to his made up definition.

Quote
You are aware that we are not a cloud mining company, don't you? We're a community driven project who has decided to take mining into their own hands so that we the community control the power, own the hardware and have control over it. What more do you want?

And although it's a group of people coming together to operate a business, it's totally not a company.

Seems they have some top notch lawyers over there.
