It is interesting. No one is trading it on Bittrex. No single trade in 2 hours
It seems like trading XPY on Bittrex is stuck. You cannot Buy or Sell. f you will notice on cryptsy, XPY is gaining back confidence at current price of 0.0055 btc per XPY. I believe the reason the market froze is the anti-fraud program on Bittrex kicked in. They are committed to raising the bar against scam coins:  Wow an actual exchange that is actively trying to protect the community and not allow scam coins to operate? If I trade, I would use them for sure. |

The Reaper yes this is for real. You purchase a one or two year subscription for the reloadable card. Then, in about 30 days when cards are live, you can buy the loading of the card. either 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 0r 900 loading. There is a 10% fee when loading the card. We handle the exchange of your alt to usd. The loading of it on the debit card and mailing it to you. it will be like any other debit card with phone support and all. It's a scam. (likely to recoup their xpy/hashstaker losses) In chat I asked the reaper where they are registered, he said Washington. I say they need to be registered in all states they do business in, he changes his mind and says "We are actually registered in all 50 states". Then he says "We created cryptoprepaid because we were tired of waiting for GAW's debit cards." As if creating an entire business and getting licensed in all 50 states is something that happens overnight. |

So the tldr for today seems to be: - Mr.Garza took the coward's way out, waiting until late in the day to make a terse post about "regulatory delays".
- A good point was made by many posters - the delay should have been clear on Friday, govt doesn't work weekends.
- XPY price crashed from 0.008 to 0.004, now settling around 0.006 BTC.
- HT is boiling but it likely will pass as it has in the past, with even fewer thinking members remaining.
- Kudos to CoinFire
 for giving Mr.Garza the "SEC" excuse that he can use as long as he needs to. - There is likely some development or at least design going on for the buyback, but why is the 3rd-party vault in Paybase? Rhetorical question, don't bother.
