snip
I was referring to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=857670.msg10742449#msg10742449

Quote
Once the fraud is complete and the now bankrupt corporation is collapsing it is discarded, along with any liability.

I still don't see how that could mean something other how I interpreted it, but if he wants to he can clarify what he meant by that.

Wake up ikeboy, he said financial liability

Criminal is always personal anyway

It's quite interesting to debate what he meant when he's shown no interest in doing so, but let's try.

The post itself doesn't make clear what kind of liability, but let's take your assumption.

My rebuttal showed that the owner can be liable financially. The top of the site I linked to says

Quote
When You Might Be Personally Liable for LLC or Corporate Debt
Sometimes, you can become personally liable for the debt of your corporation or LLC.

That sure sounds like financial liability to me.

Can you give a source which says that the owner are not responsible for financial liabilities in cases of fraud?

Where was there a confirmation? Did I miss something?

Yes, you missed thousands of e-mails GAW graciously let us read and archive for a few hours. Please read all that has been archived and report back what you think. And I think I speak for most here when I say that we don't want to see you post anything until then.

Let me clear this up, someone bought the domain, Homero leased it from them

I thought it was bought on escrow.  They have to keep paying on time or they loose the domain and the money they already paid for it.

Yes. Why is there even a discussion about it. They did not pay $1 million, that was a pointless PR stunt. That was clear back then and it's confirmed now.

Where was there a confirmation? Did I miss something?

What you need to understand is that the goal of the main characters on here is to drive the price down, they will not listen to anything else other than the the stories that they themselves have confirmed and the rest they make up...To make it clear you will not get any sense out of any of them. .Professional detractors..

I believe the terms of the domain purchase were 200,000 down balance 25,000 per month. Something that he certainly is not going to throw away at this point in time.

The only other the important things are being paid from the dumping, like Homero's salary, his house rental in the US, his chalet rental in Europe, his wife's subscription to "naughty toys and cloths dot com" most certainly the new new team of lawyers, the 'in-house' lawyer etc. etc.

Unnecessary things like 70,000 per month for PR remain unpaid .. oh look a live billing account

https://wisepr.freshbooks.com/view/JNzPcFrg5ean8Ai

Bills for custom signs, billing for designing floors for gyms, customer refunds for PNG's etc etc

All trivial shit which doesn't really have to be paid from the dumping, isn't being paid.

Again just the important things like his salary, the roofs over his head and absolutely the lawyers to keep everyone at bay.

70,000 per month for a cheezoid professional bullshit spin doctor? What do you suppose the retainer per month is on the best and brightest lawyers that might be out there who can continue to keep those roofs over his head and that salary rolling in while he eats sprouts in Brussels?

Wow, even the invoices details are public.... Only one invoice is unpaid (could be any reason), the rest is paid, like yesterdays payment. I don't see an issue, except for Wise PR making these things public available.

Did someone archive all of them? I tried to get an archive, but I only saw individual emails here and there, not everything that was leaked. Could you point me to a complete archive if there was one?

Edit: or the specific emails you're referring to?

No, sorry. You're gonna have to do your own legwork on that one. There are some links and torrents in this thread.

Spell checking Garza's emails and posts ? @ $1 per correction and the retainer probably doesnt cut it. No wonder they increased it from 15K to 20K per month Wink

Actually I think Wise PR is scamming him  Grin

Invoice 486 includes invoice 473 and a late fee, so he's being double-billed. The outstanding balance is 15k but it's showing 30k.

And the 15k is for:

Quote
GAW Miner PR Retainer

Monthly retainer for all communications and social media related communications consulting services related to and conducted on behalf of GAW Miners, Inc. by WISE Public Relations, Inc.(January 2015)

Monitoring Service Fee

Monthly media monitoring service fee (proportional) for comprehensive PR & Social Media measurement, analysis & reporting via 3rd party platforms - i.e. Engagor & TrendKite

So basically looks like flat rate and there are no new bills since Jan 2.

Hi Homero. Spent some BTC on an account I see. Seller would not even take XPY. Such fail!

Anyone who has raised children knows about the "why?" stage right after they start to talk and get in a mode of saying "Why?" to everything you say, not understanding what you said in the first place and not being able to comprehend in the slightest your answers. No matter what you say they respond with "Why?". All they want to do is engage your attention. ikeboy's trolling/thread derailment/ fact obfuscation technique is real similar to this and every bit as intelligent.

All of my posts are simply statements of my own personal opinions based on available information and pondering what might be possible considering human nature, with the goal of finding truth and preventing fraud. Please look at all of the facts and theories and put your thinking cap on to draw your own conclusions. If you feel that I have made a false statement or have been unnecessarily derogatory, I encourage you to please point it out, and if proven correct and/or reasonable I will remedy it. ~ Paul Revere
