Isn't "cash flow" a euphemism for "we're broke as a joke but need to dump a few XPY to retain Dan because SEC"?

The guy asks for the money upfront this being unusual josh questions then understands that the guy needs to be sure that he {josh} is solid on the sec thing.

There is a lot of details that need to be worked out if you want to do something like that. A single date is too specific, you need to use date ranges probably. What constitutes an arrest? If he's arrested for domestic violence or DUI, does that count? How do we know if the arrest is real, what is the source to verify that? What is the deadline and what happens if there is no arrest by then? Etc.
