Well you might have another bunch to harass I suggest that people look at the GHX asset. It seems to now be losing money however if you look at the Nice Hash payout they should be in profit, so either incompetence or not the hashing power they state.
This was already explained. We are currently low on hashrate due to a combination of dead units and selling S5s to then turn around and buy S7s to stay relevant..... https://forum.gethashing.com/t/ghcoin-payouts-discussion-thread/1165/2731?u=thepeddlerAlso I'm not sure if folks can see the farm stats with the below link, but if you can you will see we are around 300 TH at the moment (and also fixed an API issue to antpool yesterday which is why the graphs were flatlined for awhile......) You obviously did not actually look at the actual nicehash payout, but instead estimated based on 385TH to come to your conclusion. The info on updating the farm has been known for awhile and is all in the linked thread somewhere. https://cloud.gethashing.com/?_=#ghfarm-Edit- Please don't judge based on my post count. I rarely come to play over here. Maybe if you get used to come over, you'll get used how to answer to questions instead of answering without to answer. I lost again my free time in reading links that you posted. You were asked there so many times about exact number on miners, .... . I could not really see answers to these questions. Can you explain again what was going on with your team/s and who is doing what? I agree to the statement that it looks pretty incompetent what happens there, do you agree?

This thread has slowed down a bit. If you're looking for a new puzzle, I believe I've found Satoshi's hacker. Check out my previous two posts on this forum, I'm interested in your feedback.

The exact number of miners fluctuates as we sell S5s and purchase S7s. A list of S7s to date were given in the thread and = 33 either onsite, shipped from bitmain, or waiting to be shipped. More are ordered ever few days. The total S5 count changes daily since we are actively selling them, which is why we focus more on the total hashrate which was stated to be running around 300 TH. I do not understand how that does not answer the question? We are low on hashrate to the expected 385 TH because of the way we are upgrading the hardware. There is no mystery there As for the team, we decided to continue waiting on posting information until the transition of a core team member is complete.

Bit of activity with our Hero Homero: Wednesday, January 27, 2016
13 order Order on Motion for Default Entry 55(a) Wed 3:06 PM ORDER granting10 Motion for Default Entry 55(a) Motion for default judgment due by 2/26/2016. A Motion for Default Judgment pursuant to FRCP 55(b) shall be filed or this action will be dismissed by the Clerk pursuant to FRCP 41(a).. Signed by Clerk on 1/27/2016. (Oliver, T.)
12 motion Extension of Time Wed 11:56 AM Consent MOTION for Extension of Time until March 2, 2016 to Answer1 Complaint by Homero Joshua Garza. (Grudberg, Michael)
11 notice Notice of Appearance Wed 11:44 AM NOTICE of Appearance by Michael Grudberg on behalf of Homero Joshua Garza (Grudberg, Michael)
Not clear to me what any of it means, quick checking suggests as follows: Civil Procedure Rule 55: Default
(a) Entry. When a party against whom a judgment for affirmative relief is sought has failed to plead or otherwise defend as provided by these rules and that fact is made to appear by affidavit or otherwise, the clerk shall enter his default. Wild guess based on Homero's past legal expertise being to simply ignore the big bad boogeyman in the hopes it goes away? has failed to plead or otherwise defend Did he stick his fingers in his ears and whimper under his covers 'la lalalala la la la lala ....please go away...please go away' New lawyer / law firm: http://www.ballardspahr.com/people/attorneys/grudberg-michael.aspxNope same law firm new or different lawyer. http://www.ballardspahr.com/people/attorneys/peerce-marjorie.aspxProbably got sick of trying to untangle his bullshit weave and foisted him off onto ole Michael there...

Damage limitation. They get to keep tabs on exactly what Garza is saying, or not saying, regarding the likelihood of being able to spin the crimes as unintentional business errors and dodge the law entirely or, if the shit is really hitting the fan hard and Cantor looks like it could be exposed for any wrongdoing, to instruct their lawyers to throw Homero, Carlos and anybody else non-Cantor under the bus. Homero probably thinks he's managed to scam himself some free lawyering. He's too busy patting himself on the back for being so clever that he can't see that his legal team are there for Cantor, not him.

Remember that video clip where Homero is gifting the car to Uncle Stu with the "Garza" plates still attached? LMFAO. If anybody can dig that clip out it would be great.

Anyone get this email? I want to know who the fuck this guy is and how he has my email address. SEC - GAW Case Details
Clinton Chevrier <ckchevrier@gmail.com>Hello Everyone, As you may have heard there have been some very unsettling developments with regarding to GAW (Joshua Garza) as per the below links. ttps://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2015/comp23415.pdf http://www.coindesk.com/gaw-faces-ponzi-scheme-charges-from-sec/ https://www.sec.gov/news/pressrelease/2015-271.html http://blogs.wsj.com/moneybeat/2015/12/01/josh-garza-gaw-miner-charged-by-sec-in-ponzi-scheme/I've recently been in touch with the SEC Boston office regarding this case their phone number is (617) 573-8900 if you wish to reach out to them yourself. At this point I am waiting to hear back from the direct contact at the Boston office as she is away at this time but once I hear back I'll let you know more. In the meantime I've had great success with another crypto-currency that I would highly recommend you take a look at if you are still interested in pursuing such opportunities. Personally I started with this company in Sep 2015 and already my initial $100.00 Euros I put in as a trial, has turned into $388 EUR as of about 10 days ago. This company is as solid as they come and already they are breaking records left right and centre. I researching this company for months before I put a single dollar into it. If you'd like to know more I encourage you to click the link below. http://discover.digicoinpro.com/ckchevrierCheers, Clinton
