The only thing I can conclude from all of this is that some serious shit is going on. These are heavy weight manoeuvrings for a street urchin called Homero Garza. If he was left to his own devices, this would have all been over the second the SEC's papers went out. I have to think that it is between Homero and Uncle Stu. If you look in the SEC's case, they painfully avoided saying who the 'relative' of so and so was that was duped i.e. painfully avoided mentioning Uncle Stu and moreso Cantor. I'm thinking Uncle Stu will do whatever it takes and costs to ensure his name his families name, his kids name and most importantly Cantor's name is not dragged through this. But wow, if so, Homero for sure holds something incredibly complicated over Uncle Stu's head.... ...or should that be under his apron.....

Due to raping Homero as a kid, Stu will soon lose his business, money, sec licence, family and freedom. But he'll get Homero all to himself when they're both in prison together ❤

Always found this to be very telling. Always struck me as that they went out of their way not to mention Uncle Stu name(s), which they didn't have to do. I can almost see him or them or their lawyer saying we'll cooperate provided you don't say our family name etc. Which then coupled with the idea that Uncle Stu is in fact paying the legal bill for Homero, would make him a hostile witness. If so they would stick it to him and broadcast the Fraser name loud and clear if they could. 33. For example, on or about May 23, 2014, Garza participated in an interview with a reporter for Cryptocoinsnews.com, during which he convinced a family member of a GAW Miners’ investor to pretend that ZenMiner was that person’s company and idea. At the time of the interview, Garza expected that the reporter would publish a story containing the misrepresentations that ZenMiner was an entity separate from GAW Miners. That story was published on or about May 23, 2014. page 9/23 https://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2015/comp23415.pdf

And Lyin' Scott Fargo:
"I spoke on the phone with Thomas Fraser of Zenminer, Josh Garza, and Rami Abramov of GAWMiners for an hour."
What a coincidence, they all used the same office phone!
Way to pound the pavement there, Ace Reporter. /S

Trouble is, Homero has already incriminated himself on the securities issue: http://blogs.wsj.com/moneybeat/2014/12/01/bitbeat-under-fire-gaw-miners-ceo-garza-takes-on-his-critics/Mr. Garza said GAW follows meticulous compliance and record-keeping to ensure it can’t be charged by the Securities and Exchange Commission with selling unregistered securities. “If one cent of our payout (to customers) comes from anything other than mining, it is a security,” he said. So he can't possibly plead ignorance on the subject of whether he knowingly issued an illegal security.

well they clearly state its sponsored so not sure what you want in a capitalistic society. omitting sponsoring would be unethical tho (which happened in GAW's case)

All these sites do is publish nonsense that people pay them to. anyone not smart enough to figure that out is so dumb that they are going to lose their money anyway. Just stop going to these sites.

Some more sealing going on. At least the SEC is opposing the obstructions, maybe we'll see some action soon™. 03/29/2016 MOTION to Seal opposition to extend time to respond to complaint by Securities and Exchange Commission. (Shields, Kathleen)

They "clearly state its sponsored" at the end of the article. I'll tell you what I want: websites that sell ads, not articles.
