First time user.

Placed my (Paypal) order in the wee hrs. this morning and woke up with money in my account@ 9:30AM.

I am wondering if your 4 processing times each day are on the clock chime quadrants (9-12-3-6) ?
(sorry if I missed the info posted somewhere)

Would come in handy knowing this if we found ourselves in a time constraint.

VERY PLEASED and will no doubt return.

 Grin  Grin  Grin

Thanks for the feedback.

We don't have a fixed schedule but generally speaking we make a payment "in the morning", "around noon", "in the evening", and "last call".  As a small startup, with partners who have other jobs and duties, I am reluctant to state an exact payout schedule but we aim for 08:00, 12:00, 19:00, 01:00.

We look for ways to make this (and other payout) information more clear to our valued clients.  As our transaction volume grows we are looking into hiring an employee to handle payouts and customer support.  This would allow a more fixed schedule with shorter intervals.

Cross posted here because it may be useful to other clients.

Are you able to offer a payout option to my existing netspend reloadable prepaid visa

Does netspend allows you to load it from ACH (Direct Deposit)?  If you login to your prepaid card's online account you may see an option for funding by ACH (Direct Deposit).  If you do we just need the routing #, account #, and bank name (may not be NetSpend).

I do have an option for direct deposit. It doesn't state anywhere that it is ACH direct deposit. once I am on that page though it shows the following

R/T (Routing) # : (9 digit number) Account # : (14 digit number)

It does not name any bank though. Does this sound like the same thing? Acceptable?

EDIT: just found this in fine print on that same page.

NetSpend Visa® Prepaid Cards are issued by MetaBank™, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. NetSpend is an authorized Independent Sales Organization of MetaBank. Use of card subject to funds availability. Transaction fees, terms and conditions apply. See Cardholder Agreement for complete details.

So I guess the bank name would be MetaBank?

Yes.  Routing #, Account#, and Bank (MetaBank).  That is all the info we need.  I recognize MetaBank so either they are the bank behind other prepaid cards or we already have clients who have cashed out to NetSpend.

Bad news is we just ran out of fund in bank funding account.  We "may" have more tomorrow if not it won't be until Monday.

Yes although we are doing higher volume and running out less.

Today was a challenge.  We did take a loss on a few trades.

A cashiers check has the money already removed from your account and cannot bounce.

Assuming it is not forged.

edit: I'm not saying FC4B forges checks. I just wanted to be clear.

Hi,

Do you send cheques by mail to Canada.

We don't currently but could if there is enough interest.  The fee for postage would be slightly higher.  Remember these are checks in USD drawn on a US bank, not sure what difficulties or cost there would be in cashing them in Canada.

Thanks for the reply.

Canadian banks accept US dollar cheques without any problems, they only give you a slight worse conversion rate.  I've deposited rebate cheques that I get in US dollars without any issues.

Also, a lot of Canadians have US dollar bank accounts for doing business across the border.
