The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

MoneyBookers no longer has a method for US based merchants to fund their account.
Until MoneyBookers provides us with a usable funding option we will no longer be able to offer MoneyBooker payouts.
I would like to emphasise that we have paid out every MoneyBooker order to date without issue.  No orders already placed were affected by this change.

Our maximum payout is based on available funds.  Our funds are currently low.  We should have more funds available later today or tomorrow.

The max of $25.24 is somewhat confusing I think I will modify the code to simply say "no payout available" when funds are below $100.00

GRRR, twice now no funds available for a very insignificant amount.

Would it be better to try and do this during business hours? Unsure wat time of day it was the first time. All I can seem to remember was the price being nearly $15/coin.

Thanks for the response D & T

Maybe TC forgot to update the "Funding Status" or does the "cash deposit at local branch" option fall under the status of

"Bank  Funds high (max payout available)"

Statement from Tangible Cryptography LLC regarding the bitfloor hack:

We at Tangible Cryptography are saddened and disappointed by the news that the Bitfloor exchange has been hacked.   Bitfloor has been a great partner for us providing excellent liquidity for our excess coins and providing unmatched speed when processing USD transfers.  As one of the largest traders on bitfloor, Tangible Cryptography had a significant amount of funds both in dollars and bitcoins on the exchange at the time of the hack.  The amount of funds on the exchange was higher than normal due to the long holiday weekend.  Tangible Cryptography has a risk mitigation plan in place, and in accordance with that plan our capital on deposit with bitfloor was limited to ensure the company would be able to continue operations and meet obligations in the event that funds are lost or frozen.  This same risk mitigation plan is used to limit our exposure to all third parties to ensure the survivability of our operation in the event of lost or delayed funds.

The hack reaffirms our belief that the cold wallet and batch payout system remains the payout mechanism for our company. We would like to take this opportunity to point out to potential clients that we only accept bitcoin sales we can promptly fulfill.  This limits the amount of client funds that are at risk, and ensures that no hack or other loss can prevent us from paying all clients in full.   There may be a reduction in available funds over the coming days due to the reduction in working capital.  We are actively working to increase our capital reserves to ensure we can meet the needs of our clients.

This temporary reduction in working capital will not prevent making the scheduled interest payments to creditors on our lines of credit.  Creditors who have concerns should contact management for revised income statements and balance sheets.

Thank You

Tangible Cryptography Staff

Update 09/05/2012 12:09 EST.

Connectivity to FastCash4Bitcoin restored.
However it looks like we are going to need to invest in some anti DDOS protection.
