Glad to see that findcoin devs are getting busy with the plans ahead. Pls post the twitter for findcoin here and we will help out in the distributing about the coin.
@FindCoinz is the official twitter profile. We should get busy tweeting about Findcoin.

Sorry for dumb question....but: what's the safest way to update my wallet without risking to lose the coins I have in it?

You just run the new wallet version instead of old one; your coins are in your wallet.dat, and it's not affected by wallet versions (stored in different place).

Make a copy of wallet.dat file in other directory using Copy\Paste. Delete all in your Findcoin directory without wallet.dat and run new wallet(qt). That's it!

Wow dev is back , I was sure this coin is going to be very useful and strong in near future. I am so happy that dev has posted many replies.

Hi guys, DenKoma has been out of contact for a week now, e1ghtSpace and I are still here. I decided to go ahead and release the new wallets (optional update): https://mega.co.nz/#F!LQNjwbCY!dWsYEWoNawg1RFABhJ96NQWhat's New: -CPU usage fixed -IRC chat added -Traditional GUI option added (run wallet with -traditional and you will be able to use the traditional layout instead, this is useful for low res displays) Super POS blocks will be added in soon, once we finish the voting process. sorry if you already write it but i cant find the answer to my question, is this a mandatory updated? ohh i just saw that is the same version -> FindCoin version 0.9.3.0 so we should update our wallets just if we want all those fix yes? but not mandatory?

Yes mate. It even says that it is optional, not mandatory. I did update because the old wallet used to run up to 30-40% of cpu usage. Now it doesn't go over 10ish%

Without having to manually delete any file or folder? Yes, you don't need to delete anything; just run new wallet from any folder where you have downloaded it. If you still feel unsafe - just backup your wallet.dat from your User\AppData\Roaming\FindCoin folder and run new client

Without having to manually delete any file or folder? I renamed the old Find qt to _old to have it just in case, and ran the new one. No need for anything else.

Hi there, I am always watching this topic and I am very happy to see that the coin is well developed. I want to compile the wallet from source and enable the traditional gui for default. Can you help me with some guides? Thanks you so much! P/s: Posted on the findcoin forum also

Many people dumped their coin and they will see this now . There is no sense to dump coins those you got for free. Find will show some difference and progress.
