Is there any official date when the swap will be over? It maybe reasonable to set such a date as now, most of the interested users already exchanged their coins and FindYouCoin is no longer available at c-cex.

I'll go ahead and put 03/01/2015 as the ending date (MM/DD/YYYY). so is the first post updated with this new wallet? why this new wallet is 0.9.3.0 version like the old one? please guys always ALWAYS say the old version and the new one at the first post of this thread so ppl will not be confused, if you are the new "dev" just say it too, please. The OP is updated with the wallet, and you can check your version by running the command "getinfo" in the debug window. The protocol should say 90021 if it is the new wallet. In regards to me being the "new "dev,"" I have always managed the wallet side of this coin to help the community. However, its still undecided who will take over as lead - no one has PM'd me yet.

Just sent the rest of the exchange requests. One week left to trade FindYouCoin -> FindCoin.
Hopefully we can come to a consensus about how development should be operating after the network fork goes through. I have restarted DenKoma's VPS which still seems to be paid off and set it up on the updated protocol (it is a seed node), therefore making sure everyone will have connection when the network forks on Saturday.

No, definitely not. You must update your wallet as soon as possible or you will end up on the wrong chain, just replace your wallet with the one in the OP before Saturday. The link points to the folder it is hosted on, containing the different wallets in a menu.

As always before any upgrades, backup your wallet first. In this case the update is pretty simple, as it is a "soft fork" (as opposed to hard fork where you have to download the new blockchain from the very beginning). That means all you need to do in this case, is to download the new version of the wallet and start it instead of the old one. The new wallet will use the blockchain files you have downloaded so far, and will use the wallet you had so far - you should see your balance immediately after opening new wallet. That is it.

here I have another story to investigate by FindCoin community: user of this forum bitspender has scammed other users trading with him. Don't know if anyone in this thread also happened to trade with him, in any case be very careful Here are the details: Well guys I was going to try and help XDE get off the ground. But unfortunately I made the mistake and trusted someone that was apart of this community. I along with a couple more people was approached by Bitspender to buy coins. I have done deals in the past with Bitspender and found him to be a trust worthy person. Well it seems like I was wrong. He offered to buy 5 XDE from me. I sent him 2 1/2 XDE first in good faith. As I have don't several nice size deals with him without any problems. Sometimes he would send me coins out of the blue. Just out of friendship. I've purchased XDE from him before as well. Bitspender informed me that his phone was damaged and he couldn't send me the BTC right away but it should be fixed the following day. I knew he claimed to have had phone trouble for over a week now. But prior to sending the coins a day earlier. Bitspender informed the Trollbox at CCEX that his phone would be fixed the following day. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I haven't nor have the other people heard from Bitspender in 5 days. He used to login CCEX daily even though his phone was damaged. But as of today no one has heard nor seen him. He replied to a message I sent him about 4 days ago. The XDE trade deal has been a week.
I was hoping to send my son to music school off XDE. But I will have to do it some other way. I really liked and trusted Bitspender and hope he does the right thing and atleast refund my XDE. But I highly doubt that will happen now. This is a lesson learned from me. I was always taught to treat people like you would want to be treated. I guess some wasn't raised that way...
