The ability is coded into the wallet already, I'm just making use of it, BlackCoin and many other CryptoCurrencies could do the same. The negative hours is actually a bug and goes away on it's own, lol

cgminer is for mining a Proof of Work Coin, PayCon is a Proof of Stake only Coin that pays a static Proof of Stake reward of 30 Coins per Block.
