I'm sorry to read here so much looser comment about the bitcrystals price.
Bitcrystals price matter, is a vital part for the whole project.
About 25.000.000 bcy ar in the EdS portfolios and those token are sounds money to pay development, new features, contract, hardware.
Lot of people here are Belivers not investors , I read a lot of nonsense about how fantastic will be the game in the future, so fantastic that bcy price doesn't matter.
What if somenting goes wrong?
What If EDS will need additional resources to correct some seriuos issue?
Do you realize that the EDS's 25.000.000bcy Worth about nothing because THERE IS NO MARKET that want buy those damn token.
So price matter, and most of the price liquidity matter.
As many other blockchain projects there isn't any ready product here, but I can assure you that SoG is one of the most concrete project ready to do real business in a matter of months (not year).
So why market is not buying in?
My answer is : comunication and marketing.
Currently i'm working with Ronny Boesing on a Open Ledger project, Ronny is not an engenieer, he is a marketing guy, and so i KNOW that marketing in the crypto ecosystem works and is quite cheap.
It work because now we are in the middle of the blockchain bubble so, Hype, PR, bitcointalk campaigns, are worth the effort.
So please, price matter. And marketing is needed NOW
p.s. for example, every damn week, there is an article talking about Open Ledger, ICOO, Bitteaser, guess why? Do you think we are lucky?
Guys you can keep saying BCY are the most important thing all you want, the team stated what they want to do and how.
If you keep talking about this you are not going to change their mind. What you are doing is pissing people of. So give it a break for fcuck sake!
OpenLedger is paying a PR company for their articles they are not coming out just because they are brilliant, because they are not!
These PR companies cost money, about 12K a month. And the results are pretty mediocre. A waste of money in my opinion for what you get.
I've seen very few articles about OpenLedger to be honest, I saw way more articles about SoG than that!
I rather SoG spends their money in development and I'm sure they have had someone helping them out on the marketing/PR side.
The other thing you should know is that when a blog writes about a project they are not going to write about them the next week.
Most of the bitcoin blogs have covered SoG several times, I'm sure when something newsworthy comes out they'll cover them again.
Nobody is forcing you guys to be around and not sure how u suddenly turn so avid on the BCY front.
Can't believe you guys don't realize what's going on with alts right now, since the beginning of the year actually...
This is all going to stop soon enough and all alts will go back to where they were previously: nowhere.
Only the few that have an use, a valuable product may grab some speculative attention.
Do you seriously think that EDS's future is based on the 25 million BCY they hold?
Are you aware that they had a game release previous to SoG and they raised VC funds in the past, I do believe they have investors outside the crypto space interested too.
The only ones that are worried are the few of you that keep mentioning BCY are important.
Don't get me wrong they are important but there are other ways that a project can support itself.
The originality of SoG together with the roadmap, the community support, the possibility of working with All4Games are all things that will make a difference when the time comes.
