Pools are down currently. Yes you can mine with AMD cards when the POW resumes, check the OP for the Smelter miner, it's the fastes publicly available miner for AMD cards atm (should work with 270x,280x,290x and the 78xx series, etc)

Suprnova will be up once everything is ok, it had the most hash before the pause.
