1001  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cock fight game on: December 18, 2022, 11:57:42 PM
I don't have any idea yet if they must need to have a paper to make a casual play of cock fighting.

For a casual or small time, pastime, or between just friends or a known person, they can do cockfighting without the need for any paper or documents.

For legally operated cockfighting arenas where fights happened regularly like an everyday operation, those cocks should be registered with their official breeders. They can't just go there and put their cocks on the fight to earn money.

Since it's business, the organizers are paying taxes, as usual, that's why authorities shut down those operations that are running under the shadows.
1002  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why every casino got bad habits? on: December 18, 2022, 11:48:56 PM
This is also true.I have been playing in the major casinos from at least 3 years or maybe 4 don't remember that well know and never I had a problem with them, this because I keep reading their ToS before joining and also I am very careful to read all the terms and conditions to their bonuses or challenges that they are offering.

Actually, even if it's not a habit for everyone to read TOS, as long as "we know the drill" expect that we won't experience such problems while playing on that said site. What are those "drills" I'm referring to? Should be basic and have no need to detail.

The only time I really read seriously the content of a Terms and Conditions (of course I read the basics) are those involved and related in the site's promotions and bonuses. That's because, obviously, it's associated with mandatory requirements (wagering requirements) and restrictions that we need to fully understand.
1003  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are we ever going to see this on gambling platforms some day. on: December 17, 2022, 11:45:30 PM
Is there any fighting game like Mortal Kombat where you challenge gamers around the world taking a bet? I don't want to take bet on Mike Tyson or Joshua I want gaming by one self, I believe this is less dependant on Luck, this requires more skill than mere luck.

I do think none as that kind of game is always subject to fairness. We don't know if we are battling against a real human.

If you want that kind of gambling, found a game related to that and opened a challenge here.

The same as what I did before on the game, Mobile Legends, where I found challenges here with staked money.
1004  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: December 17, 2022, 11:43:04 PM
The chance of twisting the fate is really tough, I can say they can, if they are facing an ordinary team from this league but they are not.

That's the reality that SMB is facing now. We can't just say it will be the same scenario when Alaska before put them in a 3-1 lead but they were able to bounce back. The Bay Area Dragons are obviously different from that Alaska team.

Regardless, I believed that SMB won't surely allow being swept by a foreign team.

Sorry to say that their import is really not that tough even in eliminations. In Game 2, it's only JuneMar Fajardo who prevents being overpowered by the Dragons' defense even with how hard they defended him, unlike those SMB shooters that didn't find a way to get back on track, especially their import.
1005  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Running a casino during crypto crash on: December 17, 2022, 11:36:08 PM
The money we deposit on casino is the money we intend to lose but I don't know for what other think about it since maybe some newbie think that this is investment money where they can multiply their asset and which is bad mindset since in gambling we all know that this is pure luck especially if we are dealing in luck based games.

As far as reading back where the topic of deposit can be considered as an investment started, I think that's not what the whole thing is all about. I didn't read somewhere that someone considered depositing money in a casino as an investment in the first place, are there really people who will think that?

Although targeting profits, it's obvious that deposits we made in casinos can't act in the same way as we put money on the usual investment.

If someone thinks that way, they need to be put on a serious learning.
1006  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 17, 2022, 11:29:42 PM
I think the big story from the last Lakers game is LeBron scoring over 30 for his 3rd straight game.  The first old guy to do that since Michael Jordan twenty years ago.  Westbrook played great also though.  It's almost like the Lakers are starting to get it together and might find themselves in the postseason this year.

And with that 30 points production from LeBron James last night's win against the Denver Nuggets, he's now 765 points short of passing Kareem Abdul Jabar on being the top NBA All-Time scoring leader. Not a big deal for others especially for his critics but that is something difficult to achieve even with an intentional stat-padding on every game.

Also agree that they are now starting getting a in good rhythm unlike during their early games that they can really be considered as a flop team.

That win last night without Anthony Davis is something of good progress and development on the team as they lose a player with an average of 30 PPG there but they were able to fill that gap against a good team. If they will continue on that good progress, they will soon be able to climb the standing.
1007  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How are Online casino's and sports betting platforms coping? on: December 17, 2022, 11:21:44 PM
They usually reduce costs, fewer promotions and lower bonuses for users. For example, two big gambling platforms I usually play have been done this a few months ago. They have decreased monthly bonuses by at least 30%, IIRC. The main issue is both parties suffer from a such decision that should be done to survive in this business mode, IMO.

Can you mention these 2 big gambling platforms?

Do they actually really say that they are decreasing the monthly bonuses because of financial-related problems?

If that is so, isn't it will result in a much worst situation since their users might think that these platforms are not worthy to put trust in anymore as they are close to facing a financial struggle that might lead to closing the platform?
1008  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunters, how much you really earned in the last two years? on: December 17, 2022, 11:09:05 PM

I believed there are projects that are still worth it during the last 2 years but we really need to hear some feedback from those active bounty hunters themselves. Or maybe those popular bounty managers have information on whether their hold projects began to establish a good run when listed on the market.

But one thing is for sure, gone are those days when even a project has no good use case always reaching its hard-cap targets.

However, it's a good thing that their hype is gone since it also lessens the activities of those sh*t owners and developers.
1009  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What is Airdrop in Crypto? on: December 17, 2022, 11:04:18 PM
I am being serious, who hunts airdrops in this time when you have so many signature campaigns to go into and bounties if you are so desperate to get some shitcoins.

Outside the forum or those who are not much lurking here are those who still joined the airdrop.

Airdrops related to doing a project's testnet are one of the most popular airdrops today that started from not being hyped but because some of the projects that did this make sounds in the crypto-world, the hyped was started to create awareness.

Now up to users if they will put an effort into joining those or not.
1010  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: December 16, 2022, 11:51:54 PM

Paul Butler reaches the point that he wants to take a shot to throw a series of multiple punches but is afraid and hesitant to do that as that will open his defense and Inoue can quickly look at that. For a boxer to feel that hesitation, shows us that Butler and Inoue do have a distant gap in terms of everything. I also hoped those who expect some upsets here should now understand that it's not just about popularity but technically speaking, Inoue has the clear upper hand on this match.

We will now wait for Naoya Inoue's next goal and he's expected to move up after his big achievement on the Bantamweight.

Locking the thread now.
1011  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why every casino got bad habits? on: December 16, 2022, 11:46:50 PM
Why they can't operate without having any issues?

There's no perfect business in every field and industry. What's the problem with that if in the first place, the companies are settling the issues?

If those issues are not being addressed properly, then that's the time we can call that company a shi*ty one. Also depends on the issues as sometimes, complaints about casinos don't have enough basis to prove the site's crappy service.

Might be better if you point out some specific threads as examples.
1012  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Demo Account, Should Not Be Related To A Real Account on: December 16, 2022, 11:42:34 PM
But when we are faced with real trading, psychology begins to be burdened because there is money at stake,

Since it's now real trades and real money is now at risk, that affects the person's serious approach different from what they experienced during demo trading.

The enjoyment, comfort, and risk-free experience in demo trading are not present now in real trades that's why new traders began not focusing on their goals.

They should think that trading is not that easy to do but on the bright side, can deal with the right strategy as long they are serious about building a good trading experience. Losing is part of the game and even professional ones still lose today. What matter there is, they learn after losses and try to minimize it as they progress.
1013  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: December 16, 2022, 11:37:37 PM
Dragon might sweep SMB or maybe SMB may comeback and try to force the series to another game.

I do think that the Beermen can force and extend another series on Sunday but to expect them to win the series is something really tough.

SMB shows their real strength in Game 1 but still, they lose, and with that, the Dragons realized what needs to be done in Game 2. They were able to limit the offense of those SMB sharpshooters and just try to keep it that way the whole game.

It would be a good achievement and big recognition to the entire PBA community if SMB will still be able to pass the Dragons here in Semis.
1014  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 16, 2022, 11:29:12 PM
I actually think they will be fine without steph.  Think they will gel as a team and Poole will step up.  Gonna take the Poole over in points props most games.  He is going to get a ton of shots and defenses will focus on klay.

The Golden State Warriors should try to fill Steph Curry's 30 PPG and take note that it's always a consistent performance for him.

It's also worth noting that even though Curry does some monster stats per game, the Warriors sometimes still lose.

Let's see the adjustment of their players, especially those who enjoy and signed a big contract with the team during the off-season. Smiley
1015  Economy / Gambling / Re: Researching for Upcoming Game on: December 16, 2022, 11:15:41 PM
- What are some current pain points in the crypto gaming/gambling space for players?
- What would you like to see?
- What makes one game fun to play -- more so than other competitors that have similar games

I think these kinds of questions should already be a basic thing for gambling owners that wants to establish a gambling site as long as those involved in running it are knowledgeable already about anything related to gambling.

The ones that need to be taken care of are those feedback and reviews once the site now started operation.

Though to give some main concerns, crypto-gamblers don't like the idea of mandatory KYC and obviously, deposits and withdrawals should be smooth. The assigned forum representatives should also be dedicated to their work here and always keep in touch with the community.

1017  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is your local game includes in online casino ? on: December 15, 2022, 11:53:04 PM
In my country especially in the western part where this game was originated, during festivals or traditional events, this game is used for an open gamble as a means of entertainment to the people. An amount will be paid by the participants in other to participate in the game,at the end of the game the winner will be given a huge sum of money and he will be respected by everyone.

We called that game here in our country "sungka". A famous traditional past-time game here. But if applied to gambling, I found it not interesting.

Never seen that game too on casino platforms as that is competition between two "real-players".

You will play against a robot or AI here if included in online casinos.
1018  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Better Ways To Manage Energy Consumption For Casino Centers. on: December 15, 2022, 11:50:30 PM
What are some better ways to manage energy consumption for casinos in these economic recession times?

Trust the casino's respective operation managers or persons specified in that field to work on how to manage energy consumption.

For sure, that concern is always part of the main things to be looked at.

Since most here are not involved in the casino operation, most responses we can read here is just an observation based on our own knowledge.
1019  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is There Any Crypto Casino With An In-built Mini Crypto Exchange? on: December 15, 2022, 11:43:17 PM

I think if there's a coin exchange conservation directly on the gambling site, it will affect the number of coin reserves per coin wallet if there will be a massive conversion that will take place not unless the gambling site will put a limit on it per user. Especially, if the rates are good, that might be taken advantage of by some users that won't actually play on that site but rather just enjoy the good exchange rates.

That also requires other work for gambling sites since, in the first place, they should prioritize only their gambling side operation and nothing else.

What's also the use of allowing and supporting different coin deposits on their platforms, if at the end, they will allow their users to exchange it on other coins? The best thing would be, just deposit what you think is the good coin to be used.

Another important example is my current signature Ad payer, am paid bitcoin into my stake.com account, there are times I wish to gamble with part of my earning but wished there was a way to convert that bitcoin to usdt so that I know exactly the amount (in usd) am wagering away.

Wallet Settings > Display in Fiat

That example seems not also make sense to me since that's the payment system of the signature campaign you have joined and you agree with it.
1020  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This forum looks more like Altcoin Price Discussion on: December 15, 2022, 11:34:33 PM
I wish there was something similar for altcoins, where no price or investment discussion was allowed...

Do you mean the altcoin's technical side? Therefore, just tuned-in on their respective threads for updates or what so. There are lots of altcoins around that you can't expect to have a dedicated section just for its technical side.

Since there are lots of altcoins, you will really see discussions related to price or investment, and that includes predictions and speculations.

Can you share some of those threads that you think are not appropriate in this section?
