This better suits in the Reputation section
I think this as a wrong way of using trust by the way. But trust system is not moderated and you would be at a better chance to remove the neg by PMing Last of the V8sI personally think the negative trust is unwanted for such issues.

Mr. TECSHARE, I respect most of your thoughts about decentralization of the trust system and also honour your efforts in making Bitcointalk a better place to go around. Today, I was just going through the trust system working history and I found it to be in action Mostly in the Marketplace section from 2013 IMO announced here. And while going through it, I was shocked to see your name on the initial pages in 2013, and to guess what was you talking about, it's original quote stands here. Is anyone else concerned that this system's may make it a lot easier for malicious parties to regulate, abuse, or target some of the most active members of the Bitcoin economy by turning it into an easy to use exportable database available to the public? I was shocked to see you firm on your motive's from such a long time, I just don't remember what was I working on in 2013 by the way! ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) I would just like to take this opportunity to honor your work of spreading ways to make the system work better. Hats off to you!
I think this is the oldest trace I found about your "Walk Down Memory Lane" and would look good in the OP for sure.

Can a neutral trust rating be considered fair when someone bought something from me?
I think trust rating, was solely designed by theymos to be mostly used in the Marketplace section. You could trace back the announcement by theymos as Marketplace trust. As its main purpose was about how a person is while dealing with funds, and if a person has any successful trade and other person pays promptly, both of them should positive trust each other, as its a sign of both letting others know we had a successful trade. Trust should be more intense in the Marketplace section of the forum, and its is the same now, so I think it's nothing wrong in positive trusting a person who risked some money in a deal even if it's not too much it still like risking a sum.

I am sure that there are threads about how wonderful litecoin is and how it is leading the BTC price because it is likely going to pump more because its halvening comes first.. blah blah blah..
I guess Litecoin is inspired from Bitcoin nothing else.

The spammers are getting higher level, there are many other peoples pretending to be Minerjones. I came across a whole fake channel promoting the fake escrow. Fake Telegram channel handle: @minerjoness Spammer telegram handle: @minerjohes While Minerjones real telegram handle is @minerjones.

why not opening post only for legendary as there is a lot of legendary ranked people?
It's not like, there are lot of legendary but if a campaign gets higher level participants at lower rate, it's good for them. Any camping has a fixed budget and if it puts all the legendary positions eligible it would have to increase the budget too for no reason as they are already getting legendaries at lower pay rates. I think accepting higher ranked people instead of exact rank is nothing but only the exploitation of lower ranked people.
Yes, it can exploit some opportunities for lower level members, but a person who runs a campaign and pays funds from his pocket would never consider this, he would rather go with accepting higher positions for lower rank pay rates.
okay, now If I agree with you so are you go to school and admit class one(1) it is like you? I think your answer may be not because you are an adult man, so why you like class one(1) position?
No one would force you to got to class one (1) if you are an adult, and it goes same here no one would force a legendary to join a member level position, its totally there choice and some of them happily accepted lower spots.

Selection of participants fully depends on the bounty manager. It's up to him if he wants to consider a higher level account for a lower level postion in his campaign.
As per I think its a smart way of selecting participants, if there are no eligible participants for a lower level posting in signature campaign than it is better to hire a higher level at same payment rates. Some of the advantages accepting higher level accounts are.
1. firstly its good for the project as they will get advertised by a higher level member at lower rates.
2. Helps bounty manager to fill up all the position if there are not much eligible participants for a specific rank.
3. Gives opportunity to some members who, don't get a spot in higher level position. ( its better than nothing )
4. Better alterative to hiring a spammer.
By considering some of the above reasons, it's rather a good approach to consider a higher level participate for a lower level spot.

Hello Everyone. I am a Bitcointalk account Trader and staff member of forum
You claim you are a staff member here and don't know some of the basic info related to the forum activity notification duration. Pretty strange! For a month? As a month passed and it's still on my many accounts. ![Angry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/angry.gif) Putting a list of all those accounts would surely help here.

Alright lol I guess the real question was what do they mean, if anything?
I believe this could explain it better ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) I believe that the making of the hats started from the mid-October series of posts; however, I believe that some of the hat discussion was inspired from 1) HairyMclairy's assertion that he would eat his hat (which was more than a year ago.. can't recall exactly), 2) BlindMayor (which is now seemingly channeled through Rosewater Foundation) asserting that there would be some benefits for WO participants to give up their pants to BM (which was around the time of the Bcash forkening - I believe after the forkening, perhaps?), and of course, some ongoing playing on the clothing and hat themes with 3) Micpeep frequently posting his various bitcoin related hats (including the bear and bullhats) that seemed to had caused some envy (bitcoin related bull/bear hats were being posted by micpeep for the past 6 months or so)

I think its related to most of the posters in the Wall Of Observers thread. I have observed many users wearing similar hat avatars in the thread.

If a user finding sending smerits to posts in different languages, what does this mean?
This does mean he is using a Google Translator and is doing good job meriting the worthy posts OR just abusing merits by awarding them to alts. You can detect a merit abusers by checking the quality of the post he merited. If the posts he merits are not upto the mark of merit deserving in some sense than it could be pointed as a merit abuse. But if a person is trying to prompt genuine discussion by awarding merits to quality content in different language sub-boards we rather need to encourage it. how to investigate it?
Most probably my checking the quality of the merited posts and previous merit connections of the account. how/where to report it?
You could report it here itself by adding the profile link of the users and the merit transactions which you think are suspicions to the OP.

4. I've made a calculator for Tron village as well as for Clash Royale and I guess it's not biased from my standpoint.
Creating Profit calculators for ponzi schemes does not prove you were just working with math or you care about the community in anyway because there is no profit from such fake projects at the first place. It just looks like a big joke. Clash Royale Tron is in no way related or endorsed by the real mobile gaming Giant Supercell, which has its game named "Clash Royal". I usually play that game, it's pretty good by the way. But I was shocked to see a crypto project running under the same name. Clash Royale Tron have also copied the original Clash Royal logo, and some shitty peoples are still promoting the project on YouTube which is more worst for sure.
shamelessly copied the names and design from the very famous "Clash of Clan" game.
There is already a interrelated game developed by SuperCell company named "Clash Royal" inspired from "Clash Of Clans" and this ponzi project have copied it's working and designs from the real "Clash Royal" which looks like a stupid scam in my opinion.

Yes, this are just shit experiments which never work. If you were a early BTC faucet collector you would have earned a decent amount from them at the time of hype but for now they are just a big time waste in my opinion. 33.33 hours of my life per week for $0.7 ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif) You could just earn more funds, buy applying for one time registration airdrops in the Bounties altcoin section. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)
