1081  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: February 16, 2020, 04:34:07 AM
That's why the upcoming season is a great opportunity for SMB to silence the critics that they are just relying on Fajardo every All-Filipino Cup.
They realy need to, because if they miss this time most of basketball fans out there will really think the same thing. They really need to prove that SMB is not all about Abay Grin.
But roster basis if we compare to all teams, SMB is still on top. They have the most powerhouse cast in their roster lineup in the league. I don't see Fajardo's absence as a disadvantage too but it opens a more competitive match which the majority here wants.
Yeah, no doubt that their roster is pretty good. They have good gunners in the outside, good ball handlers and good forwards; what I'm only worrying about is that can they balance the harmony of their team without their legit Center? Let' see. Now they are vulnerable in the paint, for sure other teams will take advantage of it thus they should brace themselves Smiley.
1082  Economy / Economics / Re: How a Global Epidemic is helping counties see the bigger picture on: February 15, 2020, 02:14:24 PM
You know Corona Virus is something that is showing motality rate even more than the SARS.
But in between all this economic, social , political crisis one can notice how it's integrating Nations together.
Sounds and looks great every time countries help one another in times of catastrophe isn't it? It also melts my heart to see the unitu and love we show to one another however it's also sad at the same time because it seems that we wait for such events first before doing such act of kindness. It's like "You're okay, I'm okay, so f*ck off" but when one is hurt the other say "Let me help you". Love and care should not only give when someone need it, it should be given to anyone, anytime and anywhere Smiley. If our world will run like this then for sure each one of us will have a joyful life.
1083  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: February 15, 2020, 10:26:44 AM
The only 1 who was able to stop Jones was DC imo).
Why? Because of the drugs involved in their second fight? Even though Jones kind of cheated, I wouldn't consider that as a win for DC also.

I think DC was the only one who had real chances of beating Jones. Ok, except Reyes, dont know much about this guy. But if to compare DC and Reyes records, DC won more elite fighters than Reyes. Would be nice to see DC vs Reyes, to find out who is right, but to bad DC is aiming to make a third fight agains Miocic and that is going to be his last fight in career.
Oh really, how sad to know Sad but I hope he will change his decision and decide to fight Bones for the very last time. I also think he is the closest fighter to defeat Jon (aside from Reyes) because we all see how he able to land punches on him despite of height disadvantage. Hello! He able to knocked out a bigger man like Miocic so it's not impossible for him to do the same thing against him Grin. He only need a very accurate timing to enter against that "eye poking" stance and land a devastating shot lol.

Another one I'm rooting for is Gustaffsson. He is tall but I'm worrying that he is not the same as before. I still remember how Bones crushed him in their rematch and I think same thing will happen in their next face off (I find him slower now IMO).

1084  Economy / Economics / Re: What will be the affect of Valentine day on Bitcoin Price on: February 15, 2020, 09:14:33 AM
I agree on some of the comments here, if you noticed that bitcoin pumps every Valentine's Day then most probably it was only a pure coincidence. There's no relationship at all between the two things. Well, I'm not saying that occasions does not affect prices in the market since since Christmas really do Smiley but I can't really see valid reasons why btc go up due to a small event yesterday lol.
1085  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: After losing did you feel you must return the soonest to win back your losses? on: February 14, 2020, 11:58:49 PM
That is normal I think, for sure every gambler feels the same way. But coming back over and over again after losing every single time is not healthy anymore. Your pride now eats you since you are manifesting that you can't accept defeat. It will only make your situation worse because impulsive actions like that will not bring you good things. As a gambler, learn to rest when you are having an unlucky day Cheesy. Be patient!
1086  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If google has its own crypto currency? on: February 14, 2020, 12:39:44 PM
Hi, I have a question if Google will have its own digital currency?it will beast bitcoin or not?
Indeed, Google is one of the biggest companies in today's generation. No doubt about it! However, I don't think even his name could ever beat bitcoin. First, bitcoin was a pioneer in its field; its dominance in the market is incomparable thus I think even a super hype new coin like Google will make in the future (if ever) will not work out. Second, if FB's Libra which is also came from a big company, don't succeed then we chances for Google to succeed may be questionable too Grin.
1087  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 14, 2020, 09:55:28 AM
Congrats, the Celtics managed to win this in 2nd OT, they've able to outscored the Clippers in the second overtime. Tatum, Smart and Hayward combined minutes and scoring statistic was  good. This eastern contender is showing that they've really have the competitive assets.
That double OT was really entertaining. They are 2 of my favorite teams this year's conference and I'm amazed to see that Celtics still got the power despite of losing Irving. I knew it, there is really a curse of Irving lol Grin. Hmm, if they were able to beat one of the top contenders in the West (can even beat Lakera), does it mean this is a sign that they can be the East's representative for the finals? Well, my bad, it's early to predict and I almost forgot that Bucks was there. I am sure Giannis won't that happen so easily Cheesy.
1088  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why most of ALTCOINS are dead or worthless? on: February 14, 2020, 07:39:50 AM
1. Lack of real use cases
2. Lack of seriousness of the teams
3. Ignoring the advise from members e.g telling team not to list on bad exchanges they know nothing off and refuse to follow advice
4. Some teams aren't just professionals as they claimed to be
Let me add another thing,

5. They are just literally made for pumping and dumping.

Some altcoins suddenly seems so dead after the moment they become enlisted in a particular exchange. It's like that after months of hyping for the price to soar high and make it become well known, whales and bounty hunters will dump their coins and never buy again. It's sad to know but this is what I noticed in the new ICOs nowadays. So here's my advice, much safer if you will now stop looking for the next "promising" coin. Just stick with bitcoin or if you really love alts then at least choose the good old ones to avoid greater risks of losing money Smiley.
1089  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the strangest Fiat currency you have seen? on: February 14, 2020, 04:55:36 AM
For me this is the funniest currency I've ever seen Grin. Though it was only drawn on the paper money and not the actual design, it still makes me amazed and smile at the same time. Only the gamers can relate to this, *sigh it feels good to reminisce the old days Cheesy.

1090  Economy / Economics / Re: Can a Stock Market Crash affect Bitcoin? on: February 13, 2020, 11:49:35 PM
How many people do you think are ready to take such risks to save the value of their assets?

only few of course. If big whales of stock market can't survive the crisis they are facing in their world then what more here in the crypto world where everything is in greater risk, so imagine what even more for small time investors only. Crypto is not for the weak hearted because here it can be "all or nothung" that's why I understand until now the adoption of it is still slow. Nonetheless, I'm hoping that our community will grow further soon despite of its disadvantages Smiley.
1091  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Anyone still earning with bounties? on: February 13, 2020, 03:32:17 PM
I don't know either because I am not a bounty hunter since the first day I registered here lol Grin. But kidding aside, I think it is no longer worth to so such thing if I based only to my long term friend's testimony who used to stay here years ago. Hmm, as far as I remember he stopped already last 2018 and I asked him why. He told me that his main reason is that many projects are now ending up as a scam and he also mentioned that this forum got so much members already thus very hard to join unlike before.

Well, if you are still interested then why don't you try the bounty campaign of Bestchange. Just go on the Services Section and find its thread to know details (How ironic that I have no concrete idea about this, my bad).
1092  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Dominance Going Down? on: February 13, 2020, 11:59:00 AM
I never saw that btc fall down in every aspect I checked. When it comes to adoption, I believe that btc still got the most numerous adoptions thouugh it is in a slow pace but at least it continue to grow. Then when it comes to price, btc is still at the top; yeah I know that the current trend of btc at this moment is going dowm but c'mon it's normal so there's nothing to worry about. On that being said, I can see that btc is still dominating the cryptosphere and it ever will Smiley.
1093  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA All Star MVP betting odds. on: February 13, 2020, 07:34:52 AM
Just finished watching the Lakers vs Nuggets game and Lakers win the game.

What's special I saw is the combo of James and Davis, in this game Lebron scored 32 points and 14 assist while Davis got 33 points, if these two will bring a win for their team comes this all star, we can expect that Lebron will be the MVP. what do do you think ?
Hmm, we don't know because anyone from their lineup could steal the spotlight. Predicting the prospective MVP in the West is very hard to determine (unlike to the East) because all of them are really great. Aside from the King, AD might also get the award. The last conference final MVP — Kawhi Leonard, and Harden had also the characteristics to get it. And lastly, you can't easily exclude Doncic among the list despite of being young because his mentality and skills are very outstanding too. *Sigh For sure some of us are now having a hard time on picking. But IMHO, disregarding the skills since it was given to them already, I think Lebron will defeat them all. That's the perks of being the captain lol Grin.
1094  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA All Star MVP betting odds. on: February 12, 2020, 04:35:22 PM
Voting for Lebron due to Kobe's death, might be possible for him to get this opportunities to pay tribute to the man's legacy.  He can still grab this opportunities and prove his supremacy, my personal opinion though. Good luck to those who will going to bet for this event.
At the end of the day, he should still prove that he is the King and not only because he is currently on the Lakers (where Kobe rise as a superstar). Because if he got the award just only because of his tribute knowing that there's someone out there who deserce better, others might not still appreciate him.

Anyway, in my oponion, the Greek Freak will receive the MVP Award. I mean for me he is the greatest superstar in the East thus will surely have more plenty of time for to show his skills than the others. More exposure, more points and more points means greater chance to get that award. I hope you seey logic Cheesy.
1095  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: TIPS FOR NEWBIE GAMBLERS ! on: February 12, 2020, 03:08:00 PM
~snip~
Gambling is made for fun but the player abuse their capacity to hold on their patience ..
^ Definitely right, just saying this and no offense but I find it stupid when people are getting serious in gambling. At the point where he stated that you should invest your money in gambling, I laughed hard.
Actually, you can take gambling as a serious matter if you are really willing but just remember that it will not necessarily lift up your lives. For example, you can play dice with all might; you can make predictions, do some probability skills and add your gut feelings etc — that's an act of being serious in the game. However, even how hard you try you can't assure winnings in every roll so learn to avoid too mich expectations in this world. Don't take it seriously in a sense that you should avoid giving all the thing you've got in life. There's soo many safer means of investment there. Gambling is more of a matter of luck, a 50-50 scenario in short Cheesy.
1096  Economy / Services / Re: BestChange Bounty and Signature Campaign on: February 12, 2020, 02:07:41 PM
I already received the payment for this week. Thanks for the on-time payment manager Smiley.
Please be advised that from now on, we WILL NOT COUNT the posts in Signature/Bounty sections for our signature campaign. The original rules have been updated.
No worries at all, actually that rule should be included prior to the start Grin.
1097  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Leave gambling, if it destroys you. on: February 12, 2020, 10:17:59 AM
Medical experts are considering addiction as a disease. In which case, it needs professional treatment.
Indeed, actually I knew someone here inthe nearby who is really addicted to cockfighting. I sometimes heard their quarrel with his wife about his addiction, he often promised that he will stop once and for all and yet he still continue lol. His addiction is worse up to extent that his budget for his family are now greatly reduced. Well, I heard that sometimes he won but in most cases he lost lol. This thing alarms me because such vice ruins his life (and entertaining as well, I'm just like listening to a telenovela every time they're having a quarrel Grin). Kidding aside, this cases definitely need strong medical attention, if a rehabilitation program is necessary then he must do it.
1098  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Lomachenko vs. Teofimo Lopez Lightweight Unification fight on: February 11, 2020, 03:42:33 PM
Well... perhaps I went a bit overboard. I agree that Lomachenko can't be compared to boxers such as Pacquiao and Klitschko.
Now those are the real legendaries Cheesy. I just feel bad for Klitschko because I can feel that he is now near on the sunset of his career Sad.
The message that I wanted to convey is that Lopez should show some respect to Lomachenko. He is much more experienced than him, and he has more achievements to his name. And no one is going to misinterpret the respect shown towards the rival as a sign of weakness.
Well we can do nothing with regards to that aspect mate, this thing depends to themselves. It's up to whether they like to treat their opponents properly or not, we can't please them to behave like a child. I guess what we can do is to trust how karma works Smiley for sure they will realize their bad deeds in the end. Maybe a single, two or three losses won't change them but for sure in the end of time, they will.
1099  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Lomachenko vs. Teofimo Lopez Lightweight Unification fight on: February 11, 2020, 02:09:12 PM
OK.. I understand that the fight needs promotion and perhaps that's the reason why Teofimo Lopez went on with his verbal tirade against Loma. But it doesn't leave a good taste, especially if the attack is directed at a legendary player.
Legendary? Don't be hasty dude Grin. Don't get me wrong, Lomachenko is one of the best in his division but saying that he's a legendary already is too much. He still young and there's a lot of of things he must achieve first before getting proclaimed as one of the greatest Smiley.
And I have seen similar incidents in the past as well. And every single time, I have seen the individual who begins this verbal attack losing the fight (not just in boxing, but with MMA as well).
Yeah! Sometimes the humble fighters win in the end simply because the focus is there. Their presence of mind in the fight are intact (unless they're ill-tempered) unlike to those players who keep on taunting their opponents. But let's admit, getting cocky sometimes works but not all the time of course (e.g. Mayorga and McGregor) Grin.
1100  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Lomachenko vs. Teofimo Lopez Lightweight Unification fight on: February 11, 2020, 10:23:05 AM
Motormouth Teofimo Lopez is trying to provoke Loma as much as he can. Yesterday he verbally abused Loma, and claimed that his rival may have to retire soon (Lomachenko is 31 years old). BTW, is there any news on the actual dates for this fight? It was originally scheduled for April, but now it is known that there will be another 1-2 months delay. I am hoping that we'll be able to watch the fight within the next 5 months.
This part of promotions  really needs to create noises to gathers more viewers and fans. It's a good way of promoting the fight since there's no actual date yet, with more social medias exposures and more thrash talks to lingered around, this might bring more money for both fighters and promoters. It's been a culture since the venue of public news is very provoking and being followed by fans.
Indeed, so get used to it mate. In every sports, usuallywhere duel like this occurs, this kind of sh*t is can't be gone (in UFC you can find it as a consistent part of every main event fights — battle of egos). I'm just shocked that Teofimo can also do such dirty thing, but well that's understandable because he is the underdog between one of them thus more hungry for pride and glory. I wish him all the best, I just hope he can do his signature backflip after the fight lol Grin.
