1081  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Question about crypto profit on: November 20, 2020, 08:05:42 PM
I don't get it, why would people would invest in BTC now? current price is $16K but people still invest in it.

It is major cryptocurrency and holds too much volume that even if a millionaire wants to settle their deal on it the next day after purchasing a million $ worth btc, they will get many OTC deals available.

Quote
even if it reaches imaginary price of $32K people would get just +100% of what they've risked while you can invest in altcoins and MAYBE get easily 10x-100x on your risked amount...

For btc, reaching $1 once was also an imaginary price. Now you see where it is? You have higher chances of coming out in profits if you invest in btc and so is not the same in terms of altcoins. If you are greedy, you will become greedier and then it will dump, you will lose suddenly but btc will not do that again, and even if it will do, you can check history that btc has always returned back to its ATH and created newer highs.

What coin do you think will 100x within a year? <3

Nothing comes for free. Pay the price, get the name of the coin.  Grin
1082  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between BTC/USDT and BTC/USD on: November 20, 2020, 07:41:42 PM
Thanks for your reply.

Why do you think that some brokers does not have BTC/USD? For example, Binance. They have BTC/USDT and BTC/USDC but not BTC/USD.

Take USDT to be seen as a shadow for USD, it works like USD as it is pegged to it and will always cost equivalent to USD. Some brokers do not take the fiat payments directly and choose USDT over USD to keep themselves out of the fiat based regulations they might face if they allow fiat deposits whereas USDT is a token with 1:1 ratio to USD (fiat).
1083  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Miner's fees on: November 20, 2020, 06:58:27 PM
Fees already rose and dumped down and there will be ups and downs in it till Bitcoin remains a buzz in the market. I do not think that if the fees rise during this bull run, it will affect its price as there is so much positivity I can feel in my nerves about btc that the bulls are not going to leave btc before taking it into a 5 figure category.
1084  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Free betting tips by Janinjo on: November 20, 2020, 11:46:30 AM
That's always the case in most case. And the thing is they usually perform well when dropping free picks but when they notice a lot of interest in their picks, this gets into their head and wang to monetize it. I'm not saying it's bad to monetize bet picks but it usually doesn't make them analyse games like they do when they give free picks.
I just hope OP won't give be like this.

I hope their run continues to be a winning run and in appreciation for the same, if they ask for a price for some bets ahead after they show some winning stats, we can purchase them. But as you have explained, even I have seen the most successful tipsters turning many subscribers' bankrolls red by initially committing that the game is fixed and they are giving us an insider bet, but that turns out to be a loss and you know, there are gamblers who gamble 100% of their bankroll without thinking.
1085  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An Indian boy committed suicide after losing money by Betting in IPL on: November 20, 2020, 08:14:30 AM
<<>>

I think there are enough helplines available to be spoken with, but someone who just made up his mind that nobody will understand his emotions and problems will not communicate with anybody and take this step. They should understand that gambling is not a game for weak people, and if they lose something that was not intended to be lost, they should consult some people available on phone calls to get the burden on their minds be calmed down a bit. This is a lesson for everyone not to take debts to recover your money because you can make money on your own for yourself, but losing other's money adds up much more tension on your mind and can even give you sleepless nights.
1086  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Price increase = scam increase - BE CAREFUL, friends on: November 19, 2020, 09:17:09 PM
FOMO kills the potential wins and also destroys a user's brain and controls it and when a 'newbie' or a 'noob' enters crypto, they only look for quick money because of the bad representation being served through the introducing people who tell them that "crypto is a gold mine, and you only need to jump in and find it". If things are done in a systematic way, it is sure that noobs can make money but falling for traps like 'withdraw somebody's btc, selling btc to or buying btc from an unknown user, etc.' should get stopped in near future.
1087  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An Indian boy committed suicide after losing money by Betting in IPL on: November 19, 2020, 08:49:18 PM
He might have talked to his friends about the loss and tried to repay them bit by bit instead of committing suicide. The main cause seems to be the lack of communication that the boy may had with his friends or parents. Many friends of mine lost in IPL but they did not take this step as it is life and shit hits fan sometimes, does not mean we should give up but try to change it in our way.
1088  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Free betting tips by Janinjo on: November 19, 2020, 08:34:51 PM
It depends how you look on it...For bigger odds I'll play less units. For smaller more secure odds I'll play more units. For this first bet I choose a modest stake. We'll see how it goes.

Here is my bet:
https://prnt.sc/vmcgl1

Thank you for sharing your bet.
Can you confirm how much $ is worth a unit in your bets?
Can you add and suggest bet sizes too on each bet you will place?
And it is not a guarantee that when the odds are lower, you will get an assured win because sometimes I have also lost on bets in which the odds were 1.1 at the start and the team lost with 0:2 (I placed a bet on home team win moneyline).

Hi OP I am curious to see your previous experience on game betting... Can you share your previous bets?
Or did you have any statistics to share? It's always better share some proofs about bets since most of users want see abilities of a tipster...

I am not disheartening OP but it is also true that a new tipster may not want to show their lost bets, so they will only share their winning slips.
1089  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Free betting tips by Janinjo on: November 19, 2020, 05:53:14 PM
So, isn't the more units means more chances of losing big as well if the game turns out bad? Are you going to share the picks only? Or some of your own betslips? Good luck to you on this journey but my suggestion is to share some betslips too because followers only follow those tipsters nowadays who bet on their predictions themselves and win them.
1090  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another billionaire just invested in bitcoin on: November 18, 2020, 11:18:40 PM
It is not the halving alone, Coronavirus have played a leading role in making people globally understand the importance of btc and they are now rushing to secure their future by investing in it. I don't know how he will manage to get so many bitcoins so easily. Even if he does, say if just 10% of the global billionaires invest just 1% of their total portfolio, thought where will the price be? Say if Bill Gates opens up his heart's gates and release those fiat bills to enter btc markets, there will be a tsunami of money and the bull run will be too much different than now.
1091  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any insurance service for gamblers to retain heavy losses....??? on: November 18, 2020, 10:59:21 PM
I have been thinking of an insurance service for gamblers, in which they were supposed to pay regular premiums. And while placing bets can get back at least a small amount back if the lost amount is a huge one. Myself too haven't come across such services. What you people think of an insurance for gambling.

Well, if you are expecting an insurance for gamblers to get some remuneration over their losses, then gamblers should also get legal loans via bank to gamble. We think to change the world in a day but that does not happen. If these casinos start paying back some money on losses, it will not work out because every other gambler will think that if this guy got the insurance money, why can't we? In spite of that, casinos can set up an investment pot for each account level and ask the gamblers to fund it with some money 'like we get a salary cut and it goes to provident fund'. Casino can promise to add some % to that fund and give it back to the gamblers as and when the insurance conditions are fulfilled after a loss. Conditions can be set by casinos because they don't give anything for free, honestly (except a few do during their promo).
1092  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🏆⚽ Adkinsbet.com | Sports | In-Play | ESports | Racebook | Virtual Sports | ⚽🏆 on: November 18, 2020, 08:14:39 PM
I referred my friend to Adkinsbet and, as he is not on this forum, I confirm on his behalf that he got his payment after quadrupling the free 1 mBTC that Adkinsbet credited. There was a slight delay in the withdrawal processing according to him and it was not instant. He tried to connect to you via customer support but it asked him to send them an email. Is your customer support live 24/7?
1093  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China’s Miners Struggle to Pay Power Bills, Regulators Clamp Down on OTC Desks on: November 18, 2020, 07:52:13 PM
So, if OTC is being cancelled in their country, does that mean they will not be able to transfer their btc outside their country in an otc deal and get their fiat? They can use many available fiat transfer models to receive Yuan in their account, the big deal though is the conversion rate of 2.5% (forex fee) and they may get less due to being helpless here. Why doesn't China stop the use of btc there totally if they do not want their citizens to get involved? Why are they imposing their own rules on miners? Where is freedom, then?  Angry
1094  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen for Amazon to accept Bitcoin? on: November 17, 2020, 10:04:02 PM
If Amazon does what PayPal did, then it will make no difference.
But if Amazon integrates a payment system which can be used to deposit real btc there, it will be a game changing decision from Amazon and will be a gift to the Bitcoin community and can only work if hefty discounts are given by Amazon on purchases through crypto. Since the market sentiments are already too much bullish and we are rolling on btc, this news will add some extra condiments to the flavor the markets are already giving us.
1095  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🏆⚽ Adkinsbet.com | Sports | In-Play | ESports | Racebook | Virtual Sports | ⚽🏆 on: November 17, 2020, 09:23:08 PM
I had this problem too. After a few minutes I did have that 1 mbtc on my account when I refreshed my page.
Maybe have a little more patience for a few minutes?

I know they were going to get added automatically, but as they didn't, I thought it is a bug and needs to be made aware of. That is the reason I made that comment, but after seeing your comment, I know now that it is not a bug and does not need any manual approval. I was a bit impatient yeah and I checked my account right now, it shows that I am credited with 1 mBTC.
Thank you for the advice.

And thank you for the bonus @adkinsbet.

I created and account and tested out your website on the deposit tab it looks like it keeps changing every time I click deposit. I was wondering what if we used one of the old addresses from before would it be credited to my account?

Yes, they should be credited if those old addresses stick to your wallet only. I have seen this in so many gambling websites that after revisiting the deposit tab, you will see a different address.
1096  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🏆⚽ Adkinsbet.com | Sports | In-Play | ESports | Racebook | Virtual Sports | ⚽🏆 on: November 17, 2020, 08:41:42 PM
I just joined there but didn't get that free 1 mBTC, so all the 50 slots have been taken in just 15 minutes? Wow.  Tongue

I did not like the site interface tbh as it is widespread and not perfectly categorized. Can you please make it better for the mobile version? Are you going to throw an Android version of this one soon?

By the way, if you wanna shower some generosity on me and want my username, it is the same one - 2double0.  Grin

Are some countries restricted? If yes, please give the link where I can get the details as I have some friends in a country where gambling is not allowed.
1097  Economy / Reputation / Re: I am not cheating sir , please check it on: November 13, 2020, 11:25:24 PM
Well that 3 is just a hypothetical figure haha See Gleb is sort of famous around and I do trust him so that's not a problem.

Practical or impractical, hypothetical or real, but the fact says that when you can already represent your emotions, feelings, sentiments about anything and learn, gain knowledge about btc and altcoins and some technical factors, all under one account, why is there a need for another one? Why to cheat bounties? They should get a negative rating if they cheat a signature campaign by enrolling their alt or alts in the same campaign, if they cheat a bounty by enrolling all of their alts to take a big share out of that bounty, if their intention seems like scamming people by other account if one didn't work, or if it did already and then neg reputed.
1098  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🏆 Betnomi.com - Crypto Centric 🏀Sportsbook and 🎲Casino - 🔥Biggest Jackpots on: November 13, 2020, 10:53:58 PM
Please betnomi, this is my personal request to allow and initiate instant deposits because due to the fees, it is not possible to get fast confirmations and so, we need to wait till 2 confirmations and the excitement ends. I like the way where I deposit the btc and it shows up quick. You can block withdrawals till the deposit gets 2 confirmations.
1099  Other / Archival / Re: Pay for Your Passport with Bitcoin on: November 13, 2020, 10:20:57 PM
Admiring news, shows that something good is happening every day to let btc keep its rally on as it is getting a new reason daily to carry on. Using btc to pay for our passport means btc is now getting involved in the centralized systems and this is very good, they will know about the legend of btc now and inspire unaware people to know more about it and use it. More and more adoption every day, I am glad.
1100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Yet another Defi platform got hacked again on: November 13, 2020, 09:58:21 PM
When we heard news regarding bzx hack, their community dumped it quite hard the moment the news was released. But I am quite surprised to see that akropolis is stable yet after this news, looking like a trap and traders should stay away from their 'beehive'. It is not acknowledgeable when they call it Decentralized Finance but trust auditors who work as central authorities to do their job.
