willing to do 2000 in amazon codes. how much btc for this amount?
Not with your account status. Amazon gift cards are too easily reversible. PM sent with multiple offers.
I suspect all my offers are too low, but figured I'd check and see, just in case.
Replied.

^ Post your full terms, as well as collateral you mentioned.

Bit-dime sent for duration of 2 weeks.
Knowing that he could not pay me back for a couple weeks now, you still decide to send to him a loan? This makes almost no sense.
|
|
|
are you open to a trade?
Yeah still open check your pm. I can also do cash deposits at bank. In case of cash deposits it will be in the increments of 1 bitcoin per deposit/release.
chase bank does not support cash deposits. all other banks do.
Got your PM, but the payment you offered paypal, dwolla, and google wallet, which are all reversible. I can't accept those for your level of trust. Cash deposit is fine, but I'm not accepting a low rate of $550/btc. On LBC, I'm currently selling cash deposit easily at $650/btc. Could you do me 1BTC @ Bitstamp rate via PP?
I'll have no problem accepting PP from you, but not at that rate, sorry. PP is my least preferred.

As per OP's request, I'm openly stating that we're in the middle of a transaction for this card.

Oh gawd, now this thread will be spammed to death. Can we have this thread locked and all posts on this page deleted? I'd rather have this thread preserved as a historical relic than see it get tainted with a bunch of new guys putting their gum on the wall.
|
|
|
Now you done all your stuff so better lock this thread good luck
Isn't it obvious that we're done, and why is luck needed? I don't understand why you would even bother posting something like this. But after looking at your post history, it makes sense that all your posts are utterly useless, meant only to buff up your sig campaign. Thanks, one more person to add to ignore list.

I was wondering if its legal to sell bitcoins for cash in person using localbitcoins? I think it would be if I declared all income on my taxes. I wouldn't be a money transmitter as I would be receiving or giving the cash directly/in person. What are your thoughts on this?
Sure your not a money transmitter, unless you make a big business of doing it. Otherwise its just exchanges and barters. What amount in fiat is considered money transmitter? I know there is not an exact threshold number, but a range would be fine.

Thank you Christoph! So... which alt account are you posting from? A newbie account that can write detailed explanation on something technical. As long as you don't use the Satoshi-Client or another non-deterministic client to spend the coins on these addresses you don't need to back the keys up again. The other client's wallet IS in fact a backup, you can spend funds from the imported keys as well as from the "original client".
The Armory wallet backup does NOT contain keys imported later, but writing down each imported key and safely storing the paper is sufficient as a backup. Keeping the wallet on another storage where the key was imported from is also a backup.
I understand that Armory's wallet does not back up the imported keys. If I installed Armory then imported all keys private keys from Bitcoin-Qt wallet, but now I want to install Armory on a second computer and load the same Armory wallet from the backup; is there a way to not have to re-import all the non-Armory keys if I still want the other address from Qt that was already on the first Armory install? I guess just copying and pasting the whole folder would be the best option of I want a duplicate copy on another computer?

I could buy you something for $50 and send it to your address, if that would make you feel safer.
Sorry, not willing to expose my address for such small transaction, and to someone with a new forum account. What you can do is just send me the card numbers, after I spend them, I'll send you btc. Please PM me for further details, I don't want to clutter up the thread with back and forth msgs.

What does this have to do with bitcoin? That's what the alt coin sections is for.

I wonder how much his account is worth if sold on this forum.

I got a full $50 Visa Gift Card, I can't mail it, but I can give you all the data you need.
I'd like 0.08 Bitcoin for the card.
And what if you write down the number and use it online later on? If you're willing to wait until after I spend the card, then I can accept this as payment. Will you sell me 0.7 BTC paypal? Let me know Thanks Yes, under the condition that you prove the funds are from the items sold on ebay, and both ebay and paypal accounts are yours. Send me a PM about this. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=726814.msg8245330#msg8245330

Would you consider a Hublot Rose Gold Big Bang men's watch as decent enough collateral?
Yes, this would be a valid collateral. Although, I'm not enough of a watch expert to verify the authenticity of this watch, so if you can find a trustworthy escrow that is a watch guru and is willing to accept the item, then we can start working out the terms. edit: The likelyhood of a reputable escrow that knows a lot about high end watches might be slim. If you're willing to ship the watch and wait until I take it to a watch shop for them to verify it, then if everything checks out ok, I'll send you the btc based on agreed terms.

To lock the topic, go to the first post, edit, at the very bottom there is an option to checkmark for locking thread.
If you have the fiat and want to buy btc, I can sell to you. PM me the amount you'd like.

Surely if someone is so keen on the idea of Bitcoin fiat shouldn't even be mentioned.
That's just silly. Majority of the world still operates in terms of fiat. Until the day where you can pay nearly everything (rent, food, bills, and other misc cost) with btc, the world will still be pegged to fiat until there is a global monetary collapse. If you bought your car for 100 btc, then price btc price crashes to $7/btc, but you get an offer for that car for 105btc, are you going to take the offer and consider it as profit?
