Hi Ralf,
Unfortunately the S17e is a bit different and is not yet supported. It's however not that different and the plan is to support it in the near future.

Hai Patrick...

I would like to suggest to update the diff and hashrate coins to be accelerated ... now the coin updates are too slow and the moment to get the best coins for mining becomes less profit

Thanks
Awesome Miner updates the coin statistics from sources like WhatToMine.com and CoinCalculators.io on a regular interval. If you use the profit switcher on a 5 minute interval, the coin statistics will also be updated at this rate. You can also force Awesome Miner to update this information more often - via the Options dialog, Statistics Provider section, "Update interval".

Please note that there can also be delays for specific coins at any of these coin statistics providers. This can however not be resolved via Awesome Miner.
i already did that but still the coin update on cointabs have delay... even i click update... so imust put manual manual global hashrate and diff every coin to get best match.... please take look at this... this happening since long time a go. I think this is need a major update in awesome

Thanks
So the value you see in the Coins tab of Awesome Miner is not matching what you see on the web site for the provider (WhatToMine.com or Coincalculators)? Can you give an example of a coin I should look at?

Please note that there can be coins that once were included by these providers, but they have dropped support for it.
1. simple coin is zero real block reward is 7.8  and awesome says is 10 coin per block....
2. in coin properties i must change calculation method to network hashrate not using diff factor, it make more close to real calculation than using what awesome using standart
    diff calculation.
The major problem is on coincalculator.io all very late to update...

For CoinCalculators.io, this coin is currently removed from their main listing, but you can include it via the Options dialog, Statistics Provider, where you can paste this CoinCalculators.io additional JSON URL:
https://www.coincalculators.io/api?name=zero
There might be some delay from CoinCalculators.io here, but it's reported as 7.8 when I'm looking right now.

WhatToMine reports with coin with Block Reward 7.8 as well.

Generally Gminer works fine when launched via Awesome Miner and I'm not able to reproduce this.
Is it only with the most recent Gminer 1.73 you run into this problem or with earlier versions as well?
I tried all the versions there were to choose from inside Awesome Miner, all of them gave the save error
The latest update of Awesome Miner fixed the issue. GMiner works fine now
Thanks for letting me know and great that it's working better now. There are however no changes in the last Awesome Miner release that could affect Gminer, so it must have started to work for some other reason.

I've also pushed Gminer 1.74 - you can access it via Update Mining Software Definitions in the menu.

Hi Patrike !

Another suggestion for for you to include in the next update if you find it usefull.
Currently I can update coin price with exchange API in BTC. But for some coins I could only exchange to DOGE/LTC/ETH/ETC/USDT/USDC.
Could it be possible to add something like a drop down menu in coin properties " Value in ..." and choose between populars coins like these.

I don't know if I'm clear enough, so just tell me if not and I'll try to explain it another way, with graphics Wink
I fully understand your request. It's noted but I will have to investigate if this can be supported in a good way. Thanks!
Hi Patrike !

Any news about my request ?
At least just a dynamic update of price in USD would already be great !

Thx !
Hi,

Thanks for the follow up. Although it's possible to support other exchange pairs than with BTC, there will be some design changes required in order to support this. The request is still noted, but I've not yet had a chance to get to it.

Dynamic Updates of the USD price is however easier to add support for. I will get back to you with an update on this during next week.

I cannot run GMiner from inside AwesomeMiner, the GMiner quits with an error "Anti-hacking system detected modification of the miner memory. If you using an antivirus, add miner to antivirus exceptions". Adding the gminer folder to antivirus exceptions does not help. Completely disabling the antivirus does not help. Also if I go to the gminer folder that awesomeminer uses to download and run the latest version of GMiner (C:\Users\George\AppData\Local\AwesomeMiner\gminer_1_73_windows64_2) and start gminer manually, GMiner runs fine, without any errors. How can I make it work from inside AwesomeMiner?
Generally Gminer works fine when launched via Awesome Miner and I'm not able to reproduce this.

Is it only with the most recent Gminer 1.73 you run into this problem or with earlier versions as well?

Gminer do have their own anti-hacking system that might be sensitive to when the mining software is launched from other applications under some certain conditions. The details of how this check is performed inside Gminer is only known by the Gminer developers - so there are unfortunately no solution I can do from an Awesome Miner point of view to resolve this. It must be investigated by the Gminer team.

Does anyone else here run into these Gminer issues?

Just updated NVIDiA drivers to the latest 411.12 DCH version. (RTX2080TI, WIN 10 pro, Build 1903) and now if AM switch my rig to other algo, settings from GPU clocking profile or GPU overclocking setting from miner object for fun speed will not be applied. Fun always will be set to "autofun" mode. Other clocking settings applied without problem.  Later i can set manually fun speed.
In my previous setup with NVIDIA 431.60 DCH drivers this problem never exist.
In general, the DCH drivers are not as compatible and well working as the standard nVidia drivers. There are also some mining software not as well on the DCH drivers.

With the latest nVidia standard Game Ready drivers, the fan settings works fine on at least RTX-2080 when I'm testing.
Any way how i can install "standart" driver on computer? How to trick windows or nvidia installer? If i try to install standart driver, i get error from nvidia installation program.
I've successfully used this concept to get rid of the DCH drivers:

Can you add new setting: "Delay before applying overclocking to GPU" in sec.
reason: Some mining software like NBminer, very slow starting mining threads and if in this initialization time overclocking will be applied, often mining process stucks.

Regards
The overclocking should be applied before starting the mining software. It's possible to put a pause after applying and before starting the mining software. See Options dialog, Miner settings section, Pause after applying clocking settings.

I have problem to set Awesome Miner Agent to run on system startup (remote host)
Win10 pro, Build 1903 activated. Fresh install, all Windows update done. No Awesome Miner installed or was installed on this host.
all settings in Agent set to start with windows start, InteliBreeze Service run automatic
i have manualy added shortcut to shell:startup, in Windows task manager is see that Agent is setted and not disabled.
Why Agent dont want start with windows?Huh?
Manualy i can start and all works fine!!!
Can you please try to right click on the Remote Agent icon and select Options. First uncheck the Autostart checkbox and save the changes - then go back to enable it again. Is this process working?

Another subject. There are times, when the overclocking does not work correctly, the GPU's return to the default value and in all cases. It causes the GPUs to be set to 100% PL, maximum temperature, etc ...

Is there any way to change the default values? Thus, when overclocking is not applied correctly, we can always set a maximum value in the default values. That is, set the maximum temperature to default, maximum Power Limit ...

Thanks a lot
I think these are the GPU driver default you end up with. There are unfortunately no feature in Awesome Miner to adjust those. I suppose Awesome Miner would have to monitor the current clocking in some way to handle this. Maybe a rule trigger to detect the power limit or similar properties?
1098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Awesome Miner] - Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor up to 200000 miners on: November 07, 2019, 02:20:10 PM
And how i can now delete this .zip file if i have not priveleges? Windows show me message that the zip file is opened in AwesomeMiner. Huh??
This problem on all my miners which have downloaded the latest GMiner1.72 archive.

SOLVED: This problem was due not completed download of archive. To many people at the same time downloading GMiner1.72
Maybe you can add new status to miner process "Downloading" like Starting, Mining, Stoped...

Awesome Miner is already trying to detect if the ZIP-file is corrupt / incomplete and force a new download, but this might also been an issue of a very slow download. Thanks for the feedback.
1099  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Awesome Miner] - Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor up to 200000 miners on: November 06, 2019, 03:55:26 PM
If you have let's say 60x1080ti cards from 10 different manufacturers. You are able to overclock some a bit more than the others. Even within the same model and manufacturers, some cards simply have more silicon or are better made. Thus, if you have cards from multiple manufacturers or different models on the same rig, there's absolutely no way that you can use different overclock settings for each of them.

If you use clocking profile groups, you can NEVER specify a single card, considering that the matching rule options are way too wide. By setting a rule, you are bound to use the settings for cards that you do not want the settings to be used for. Using PCI Id SubDevice as a matching rule would sort this out.
In the Clocking Group Properties you can select other mapping rules than the default "GPU name". When using "GPU name" you are correct that it will be applied to all the GPU's matching the name so it isn't possible to use if you have two identical models where you want to apply different clocking settings.

Please note that the "Matching rule" property can be changed from "GPU Name" to "GPU ID" or "GPU PCI Bus ID" to specify specific GPU's. Is this the setting you were looking for?

I also do not understand the necessity of using overclocking profiles. Sure, it's a nice feature to have, but why there simply isn't an option to just overclock the rig, each card however you want, save it, check an option to apply everytime the miner starts and be done with it.

Instead you have to overclock it, save profile and then apply profile in different menu. This way it takes much more time, complicates everything and after a few months you are stuck with hundreds of overclocking profiles and it's simply a mess. And even that profile doesn't apply to the entire rig, merely to 1 card.
It's quite common to have more than a single overclocking configuration per mining rig, as algorithms like Ethereum may benefit from other clocking settings than other algorithms for example. This is the reason why the profit switcher can be configured to apply a specific clocking profile depending on the mining algorithm.

If you want to apply the configured overclocking when a miner is starting, you can right click on the miner, go to the GPU clocking profile section and select a GPU clocking profile to be applied.

I do however agree your point that it should be easier to simply save whatever clocking you have - either to a miner or a profile - without having to manually setup the clocking profiles like today. I've had similar feedback about saving to a profile in the past. I will investigate how to improve this - thanks for all feedback!
