1081  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: $WAVES Buying/Selling Thread on: June 19, 2016, 12:47:31 AM
Waves deposits are live on bittrex now:

Make sure to add 1W in front of Bittrex wallet address.
1082  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] WAVES. Ultimate crypto-tokens blockchain platform. on: June 19, 2016, 12:34:37 AM
I have tested it and it arrives perfectly adding the 1W before the bittrex given address, 20 confirmations are required, it seems tomorrow we will have the launchment, hope all goes right and we can see the next steps of this project

Mine just popped up in pending too successfully.  It's late so I'm going to bed.  Well done team.
1083  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] WAVES. Ultimate crypto-tokens blockchain platform. on: June 19, 2016, 12:27:04 AM
Just add the Prefix. It works, just tested

Thanks and also Twiggy.  Seems to have done the trick.  Just sent one as a test will notify if arrives.
1084  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] WAVES. Ultimate crypto-tokens blockchain platform. on: June 19, 2016, 12:18:23 AM
Interesting but my Bittrex wallet address is in the wrong format i.e. it does no begin with 1W3 so the wallet rejects it.

Edit: Seems to be same issue as amirmass

My wallet version is Chrome (appstore) 0.3.2a

Just on twitter:

1086  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FACTOM - Introducing Honesty to Record-Keeping on: June 18, 2016, 11:11:56 PM
Please give me more FACTOM no one selling to me Sad

This is gonna take the globe by storm. Places like India are so messed up. Im from India and just trying to sell your house in some village areas is such a headache. Even owning farm land out there. The cops are corrupt they forge documents and people buy off other peoples land behind their backs. Crazy unreal shit goes on in India. Believe me. This could very well be the start of the change and the end of the corruption in places like India and world wide.

Yes I've got relatives in Pakistan (as well as India) it is the same over there.  I'm not sure if Factom is necessarily the solution for this as it's not really a currency but Bitcoin would certainly be very useful.  It would certainly make it much cheaper to send money back and forth but the problem is the people who need it most don't have the knowledge to use or easily convert it to cash so they can buy stuff easily.  Obviously if everyone knew about it and shops accepted it would be a different matter.
1087  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] WAVES. Ultimate crypto-tokens blockchain platform. on: June 18, 2016, 11:03:45 PM
It scams people

Yes but it does generate opportunities for the people who own it (to scam people and make money off them).

that is why the end of ICO should be the same as the start of trading on market... then you don't have this shit.

Yeah but there is no way to ensure that places like Yobit won't start trading first - they did it anyway. I would still favour delaying further to integrate with all the major exchanges to allow proper trading but nobody will agree with it.

I was told by a priest that Yobit is run by Satan.    If you send your WAVES there your soul goes with them and you can never get it back.  When you try to withdraw you get sent instantly to hell.  It is 100% true.
1090  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Peerplays - First Ever Blockchain-Based Gaming Platform on: June 18, 2016, 10:07:45 PM
assuming peer plays taking a hit due to this DAO mess

Doubt it.  Peerplays has nothing to do with the DAO other than the proposal.  It has already raised its first rounds of crowdfunding, and development wilk continue as planned.  The drop has everything to do with the BTC rally.  Either way, i don't care.  Holding for the long haul.

Price will not be going higher until this hits a proper exchange. There are not enough buyers on freedomledger.

Yes that would be good.  Most people don't even know what Freedomledger is.
1091  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FACTOM - Introducing Honesty to Record-Keeping on: June 18, 2016, 10:06:37 PM
I have to thank all impatient weak hands who determine their actions via price capitulation instead of fundamentals, without you guys I wouldn't be able to get such a good average.  Wink

Well played.  If I had some free BTC I would have picked some up myself!

Personal text added

So you gave up on your own Exentrum scam and came here?  Did Poloniex scare you?
1093  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] WAVES. Ultimate crypto-tokens blockchain platform. on: June 18, 2016, 09:51:06 PM
There is a quantum difference between crying and asking the devs to get their shit together. Warn Yobit. Don't let near WAVES near Yobit in the first place. But since we got stuck with a Russian dev whose Ruble is worth less than a water bottle we have all this collusion and corruption..

Going by your definition of the word crying if someone sold me an apple for 200$ instead of 2$ by accident at the supermarket, and I confronted them asking them to get their shit together, I would be bawling? You fucking retard.

Quantum =  the smallest possible discrete unit of any physical property.
1094  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] WAVES. Ultimate crypto-tokens blockchain platform. on: June 18, 2016, 09:47:51 PM
This is bullshit. People are depositing and trading on yobit, catching WAVES at 40k sats and we just have to sit back and watch? Get your shit together team, it looks like you're working for the dark side.

This is no IOU bullshit, people literally scooped up thousands of WAVES on the dump which people who invested in the ICO CANNOT FUCKING PARTICIPATE IN WITHOUT ATTEMPTING TO TRUST A SHADY EXCHANGE.

Fucking amateurs.

it sucks but if u dont want to trust yobit then don't deposit there, simple or if u do, do it with a small amount to test the waters crying to the devs to get their shit together isn't gonna make it hit bittrex sooner im sure if anything all this crying has just delayed release because they need to respond to all of it...

I suspect a lot of the delays could have been reduced if the team didn't constantly have to help out with the babies and bounty scroungers who can't even wipe their own arses without someone else helping them.

In future it will be better if people doing ICOs either get rid of bounties altogether or make them percentage bonuses which are only given to people who actually buy a minimum number of tokens in the ICO.

Also morons who can't remember their own passwords, seeds or similarly fuck up their own wallets through sheer stupidity should go to the back of the queue and not be allowed to hold up everything else.

If you are that thick and clueless you shouldn't be dealing with cryptocurrency at all.

I am really Sorry for off top, but I have very good news!!!

Official News!!!

@DAVID(CEO of IOTA)

on Tuesday we will announce our launch date, then on Wednesday the website, GUI and blog will be launched officially. Spread the word, we'll need as much testing as possible in the last 2 final weeks leading up to launch. From my discussions with the exchanges we can expect the exchanges implementing IOTA within the first week after launch

No you're not.  GTFO with your advertising SPAM.
1096  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] WAVES. Ultimate crypto-tokens blockchain platform. on: June 18, 2016, 09:36:56 PM
Why the team do not send me my Signature campaign bounty?? I'm waiting for a week now!

They don't like you!  Just joking - try getting them on slack for help.
1097  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FACTOM - Introducing Honesty to Record-Keeping on: June 18, 2016, 08:13:44 PM
It's cool; I probably I shouldn't have used the word "retarded." That always leads to drama. Sorry

Well I am a bit of a hot head too!  Let's forget it and just agree that we have different opinions on certain things:)
1098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] STRATIS | Blockchain Development Platform | ICO Starts 20th of June on: June 18, 2016, 07:22:26 PM
I don't think this is a discussion about crowdfunds, there is nothing wrong with them if done correct.

Exactly and doing them correctly means launching at the right time and in the right environment.
1099  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FACTOM - Introducing Honesty to Record-Keeping on: June 18, 2016, 07:21:11 PM
My solitary post did not constitute an egregious complaint. You're the one crying, here, because you didn't like my thoughts, which forums are designed for expressing. It upset you so much that instead of sticking with logical arguments, you chose to resort to jokes about whether or not I should be drinking when I'm lonely in order to discredit me via ad hominem attack.

Someone accused me of conspiracy first. It's fair for me to do the same in response, and unfair for you to be insulted by the retaliation. Nowhere did I state any expectations of what I'm owed; I was compensated fairly for my marketing support, and admitted it possible that I may not be significant enough to warrant much communication.

I posted that I don't have Factoids anymore because it's true. I have posted positive things about Factom so many times and so consistently that if I said nothing, it would be very reasonable to assume I still own Factoids, which would not be true. Is it wrong for me to correct that misconception? Why?

I'm sorry if I offended you.  I'm not meaning to come across as being so harsh - I'm just tired of the constant complaining on BTC talk about lack of  information.
1100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FACTOM - Introducing Honesty to Record-Keeping on: June 18, 2016, 06:42:13 PM
Economic status comes in more flavors than "rich" and "completely destitute without food," man. You think because I only have $3,000 to invest instead of $100,000, I should invest $0 because it's full stop or nothing? I have to have enough money to invest in every single meritable cryptocurrency project, or I should invest in none of them at all?

Why the fuck? No. I will invest as much as I safely can. If you have enough money to safely sit on for a few years, good for you, and enjoy it. I would still own Factoids under those conditions.

Then stop complaining about lack of information or not getting special treatment.  Being a community leader in crypto means shit - it is not a formal position. Factom owes you nothing and there is no reason for you to get special treatment or secret information - hell most of the people who work for them probably aren't entitled to that - why should you be?

Further I don't have a huge amount of funds to invest either.  You are the one making ridiculous assumptions of wealth.  I don't have huge stacks of money to throw away yet I am not complaining about making a voluntary investment in a private company out of my own choice.

Factom is a real business and they are operating like one.  You may be used to things working differently in most crypto-projects but that is because they are not real businesses.

As for your conspiracy theories why don't you tell Alex Jones about them?  If you find them that suspect sell your tokens and get out.

You can either grow up and stop complaining or move on.

Either way the people running Factom don't have time to worry about your feelings.

They are too busy building a real business with real value and I would rather they spent time doing that than spending all their time posting pointless updates to placate people who have no patience and need constant reassurance or they start crying on BTC talk.
