1121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Bitcoin core - some questions on: October 22, 2019, 04:31:08 PM
1) For maximum security and anonimity, I'm gonna use just one address for each transaction. So keeping every single private key may be a bit problem for me, actually no need of it, methinks. Please correct me if I'm wrong. So creating new address for every transaction can cause a problem for me? Any kind of problem I mean, just as an example, it can be longer sync time, or something like that.
No problems, just a larger wallet.dat.

2) I was an XMR guy actually. But recently sold for some reasons and planned to buy some btcs. Well, when I use XMR wallet (CLI/GUI), they give me private key of the wallet and so I can open my wallet with any other type of wallet such as Android/iOS ones or any lightweight one. I just need a private key of that wallet. But Bitcoin Core, itself, gives us only wallet.dat. So how can I reach my wallet on any other device? Or just as an example, I'm in hurry and I need to open my wallet on my android phone. How can I open it? I have used different addresses for each transactions. So basically I have 100 bits in my x address, 200 bits in my y address, 300 bits in my z addres... go on... So should I write down private key of every single address that I have?
There is no direct way to use that file on a mobile phone, if anywhere. You need your individual private keys or your master private key.

3) I keep copying wallet.dat file to safe USB device after each transaction. Is that the only thing that I have to do?
That is completely necessary. You need to encrypt it on the following events:
1) Wallet.dat creation.
2) Wallet.dat encryption.
3) Keypool renewal.

Include altcoin-hopium. He or she is convinced that the altcoin he/she HODLs is "the one" that would give him/her returns so high, and a life-time of money. For that to become a reality, Bitcoin must die.
Ironically, if the only proven, and secure cryptocurrency dies, i.e. Bitcoin, then so will their shitcoins.
1123  Economy / Reputation / Re: HitBTC Newbie Flag on: October 22, 2019, 07:47:16 AM
@DiamondCardz by idiotic policies I refer to the policies related to: Trust ratings, flags, and scam accusations. You are free to damage any business and entity with false accusations ad-nauseum (proven by QS & co.). Therefore, without a third party that has insight into the customer-exchange disputes, you can always assume that the customer is at fault unless there is objective evidence (no, screenshots don't fall under this category and no funds being locked is not evidence of malpractice) claiming otherwise.
1124  Economy / Speculation / Re: department NOCOINERY and trolls on: October 21, 2019, 05:41:29 PM
You have forgotten two bear species:

The altcoin bear. He is convinced that some shitcoin he recently bought will DESTROY BITCOIN!!! and that Bitcoin's recent slight decline is a symptom of a change in leadership.
- Lack of IQ.
- Lack of education (stop studying garbage majors).
- Confirmation bias.
- Cognitive bias.

The above 4 explains 99.X% altcoin supporters as almost all of them are, objectively/technically/empirically, utter and complete shit.
1125  Economy / Reputation / Re: HitBTC Newbie Flag on: October 21, 2019, 05:35:25 PM
There are sufficient amount of threads to red-flag every single major exchange, and this is due to theymoses idiotic policies. I contest this flag.
1126  Economy / Speculation / Re: Calling top at $16500 (Even Newer!: $2483 bottom 19 Feb 2021 MtGox said so!) on: October 21, 2019, 05:30:20 PM
If Amiga was worth 1 billion Luada would try to push it as the greatest thing ever and everyone absolutely must have amiga because it got 8 bits.
Do your consistent push with your red-flags, I now strongly believe that anyone is at high risk of losing money when dealing/interacting with you or just by reading your post. Therefore, I have handled accordingly. Welcome to the ignore list as well. I will also submit your shitcoin Museum as a fraudulent website and backlink it to the proper references. Enjoy your stay.

Time to get back to the thread and for others to ignore these malicious trolls. If they only had anything worth living for in their life, then they might not be such pests. The price is doing fine.
1127  Economy / Speculation / Re: Calling top at $16500 (Even Newer!: $2483 bottom 19 Feb 2021 MtGox said so!) on: October 21, 2019, 03:36:08 PM
They make things interesting and challenge our biases.
So wasting time against paid-propaganda and trolls of all kinds is what you want to do for a living? They are toxic to the environment and only serve to expose our resources. Defending against FUD is x-fold more expensive than spreading it. They don't challenge anything. People like you will hopefully realize this and start ignoring them; use your time wisely, you don't have a lot left.

In this post, I catalog the different bear species in this forum.
Good thread.

A victory of the bears means a victory of fiat currency over bitcoin. I dont expect bitcoin to be adopted by the masses, but I dont like the idea of bitcoin becoming a copycat of the stock market.
Bitcoin has already beaten fiat in every conceivable way. I have to correct your statement to: Bitcoin can't be adopted by the masses at this time. It's not a matter of will/won't, it's a matter of can/can't for now. The technology is not there yet.
1128  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: Bitcoin SV (BSV) - fake team member and plagiarized white paper on: October 21, 2019, 03:33:12 PM
Theymos, you may close this troll's topic. BSV has win in this discussion
Click here "oppose" to support Bitcoin SV:

I have added support for the flag. You now need to royally fuck off, as I am the one and only true Satoshi.

How did you come to that conclusion?
Are you seriously thinking his position isn't intentionally malicious or are you just responding because of your sig. campaign? Let's not waste brain-power on paid/unpaid monkeys.
1130  Economy / Speculation / Re: Calling top at $16500 (Even Newer!: $2483 bottom 19 Feb 2021 MtGox said so!) on: October 20, 2019, 08:22:19 PM
i'm sensing overconfidence. Wink
sgbett is in bed with BSV scammers, and listening to him will for sure lead to financial loss as he has malicious intent. This is course assumes that he won't get 'random-lucky', for which the possibility always exists.
1131  Other / Archival / Re: [SCAM Alert] BitMovio plagiarized whitepaper. Beware. on: October 20, 2019, 06:59:40 AM
This is not plagiarism in any way. You need to lock this accusation as it is misleading; failing to do so would prove malicious intent.
1132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: October 19, 2019, 06:47:50 PM
Actual trading of Bitcoincash between a real seller and a real different buyer is no more than ten thousand bucks each day on average the whole year.
You have to be out of your god damn mind to trade this piece of garbage. It's very likely that >90% of Bscam volume is fake (that being a generous low estimate).
1133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BCN] Bytecoin. Secure, private, untraceable since 2012 on: October 19, 2019, 10:42:16 AM
It's time for this scam to be delisted from CMC and die.
1134  Other / Meta / Re: 10th anniversary of the bitcointalk.org forum (signature) on: October 19, 2019, 08:50:25 AM
cryptoaddictchie: Did you try using the signature that isn't suited for your rank, i.e. the second one? That may be the problem.
1135  Other / Meta / Re: 10th anniversary of the bitcointalk.org forum (signature) on: October 19, 2019, 08:43:08 AM
You have:
Quote
Bitcointal.org

You need another K.
1136  Other / Meta / Re: 10th anniversary art contest on: October 19, 2019, 07:29:41 AM
Lots of this is online-tool garbage; there's only a couple of good images. Good contest though.

+1 suchmoon, -0.1 for using my name without permission. Tongue

Contact the wallet provider? Bitcoin Technical Support has nothing to do with this.
1138  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: Bitcoin SV (BSV) - fake team member and plagiarized white paper on: October 18, 2019, 03:24:26 PM
This thread has become boring because of too much evidence.
1139  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 18, 2019, 05:43:05 AM
Man, GRIN just keeps sliding. I always pegged the coin to be valued around $0.50-$1.00, and seems like it's heading in that direction.
It's a worthless shitcoin, a fun experiment at it. Would have worked as a sidechain, were the devs not greedy.  Wink

The fight continues.
1140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WARNING DeepOnion is a SCAM, proof inside! on: October 17, 2019, 03:41:20 PM
Is this an attack on you? I heard that there is such a thing! You have not registered for the deeponion forum. There is a name in the forum, Lauda is the same as you.
Anyone using this name anywhere other than me is de facto and attack on me. Smiley I would never register on the deepshit forum, don't sweat it.
