1121  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading in the pandemic on: October 19, 2020, 08:24:26 AM
The situation of the normal person is very tragedy and it will improve their trading when we invest some huge amount in trading. Pandemic disturbed lots of middle-class people, which they cannot able to manage their finances for feeding themselves and it is impossible for them to trade in the current situation . We are seeing very huge down trend in the market and it will not help them to make profits.
That is somewhat true because people had to liquidate their assets to manage their portfolio in share markets and some even to have enough money for living their life. But that said the market still looks solid, at least the crypto market. I don't know much technical aspects to determine how the public is trading but the price has maintained and even growing so there must be enough investment into bitcoins because after what happened in March it looked like everyone will sell their bitcoins and pandemic will end everything.

I did not trade much during pandemic but was fortunate enough to save my coins during these times and managed to hold them and I sold a few real life assets like my bike but I did not let the crisis touch my bitcoin wallet much.
1122  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🎲Tower.bet 🎲🔥 New Platform arrived 🎲Crash 🎲 HiLo 🎲 Wheel 🎲Contests 🎲 on: October 18, 2020, 10:17:34 AM
Tower.bat is a new platform but it takes a long time to develop its sites because of the lack of good internet connection you don't have to worry about the power of your own computer to play your favorite crush World games on other sites. You don't even have to buy hardware at a high price just open the browser select a game press the play button and the game will start playing on your pc in no time. For which there will be no need to download or install any giant file.
That's how all the online casinos work man, I am not entirely sure what you wanted to say there. Regardless, I really like the overall experience and really feel like a growing casino with time but one thing that I would like to see is more games to be added because there are only few games and those are good no doubt but then it feels bored playing those same game again and again.

Please try to add some slots providers maybe like other casinos have done it. I like the races and the amounts involved and everything else really but yeah you need to add more games somehow and specially slots if possible.
1123  Economy / Gambling / Re: SkirmishBet: provably-fair turn-based strategy 😳😳😳 Multiplayer soon on: October 17, 2020, 06:17:08 PM
I tried to access the website but it gives me the error - 502 Bad Gateway

The worst thing one can experience on visiting a new casino is getting such errors because very honestly speaking it is hard to play at a casino that goes offline like this without any notice, I cannot find any notice at least here in the forum.

I would definitely try the website once it is up and running so keeping an eye on and a little suggestion for you, when there are downtime expected please make a notice or post in this forum about it so users who have balance won't panic. I am visiting first time so I am not concerned much but someone who has balance would really panic.
1124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why FOMO isn't as bad as people make it seem. on: October 17, 2020, 04:30:52 PM
I could not relate the OP with the topic at all but let me give my honest opinion about FOMO and how it can be good and disastrous for people.

A new token comes into the market and you invest because of the FOMO (fear of missing out)

1- The token actually had a solid plan and you make the decision of your life and make millions

2- The hype was fake which is usually the case and you lose all the money you invested.

I was once a victim of FOMO and I bought a big amount of Coinstarter token because that time it seemed like it will be huge and they had a solid plan and enough marketing to trap investors. But after investing I had sleepless nights because the token never got up to even 80% of expected value and I had to sell them at a big loss.
1125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you determine if an altcoin is worth investing in? on: October 17, 2020, 03:54:18 PM
There are many criteria to be able to evaluate a project, but when deciding to invest in an ICO I think should pay attention to the development team of the project. It is the development team that determines the success of the project, they are also the ones who give the advertising tactics and project roadmap.
Also the past experience of the team's core members as they need to have some experience before they can execute those big plans. I have seen many tokens like Flux token (flux.fund if I remember it correct) was one project which felt like really good but it died without any development because the team was too inexperienced to handle such a project and the owners despite having a good plan and I felt like they had the right intentions too but they never were able to execute maybe solely because of their inexperience.

I like projects where an experience team is working if even they are lazy they at least have experience behind them which will automatically enable success once they all come together.
1126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government can seize company reserve Bitcoin? on: October 17, 2020, 09:28:17 AM
Governments do seize Bitcoin from people, maybe when they commit some crimes or if the cryptocurrency is illegal in that country. I have read stories of government seizing cryptocurrency that belongs to people, and they do that by taking their private keys from them.

Every company that is functioning under regulation of any government already knows what’s right and wrong. They already know that not following the order as was given to them can result to some punishment, so they will try their best to avoid it. If government can seize Bitcoin that belongs to individuals, maybe they can do the same with institutions. But as I said at first, that can only be when it’s illegal in the country.
1127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin truly moving forward? on: October 16, 2020, 01:51:08 PM
You must really be a joker. And who said that Gold investors don’t experience the same thing, how did you get to know that, have you invested in gold ever before? There are times that gold decreases in price, it doesn’t keep increasing all the time. The same thing with bitcoin, if you check the price of Bitcoin in the years past you will see that it has really gone a long way.

The problem with most of you is that you’re only here for greedy search for a means to get rich overnight, which asset have you seen that goes up steadily without experiencing some slight decrease and all that? Bitcoin has gone from less than a dollar to the current price of over $11k, even going up as far as $20k during a bull run in the past years. Investments are all about risks and if you can’t take it, then shift to the side please.
1128  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Casino & Sportsbook - Lamborghini Giveaway! 🚀 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 🎲 on: October 16, 2020, 12:47:51 PM
I had an account with stake but forget all the credentials as I haven't used stake for a while. Now, the problem I'm facing is verifying my new account. I can't access the stake.com as domain is blocked from my country. I tried from stake.games but the confirmation message contains the stake.com domain and I'm unable to verify the email confirmation.
You can use a VPN to access stake as they allow VPN if I am not wrong. Also you can use the support email to send them an email and they will surely help you out and at least allow you to withdraw your funds. I don't understand how you made an account when you can't access stake.com or maybe they blocked your country recently? You can also ask your VIP manager if you are platinum VIP and he can help out too. I can give the telegram id of one manager but I don't know if this is right or not because they are busy and might not like random messages coming to them Smiley.

I hope you are able to solve your problem if not you can also try to ask help on Eddie's stream on Saturday and he might see your message in chat when there is no rush or spam going on in the twitch chat. Here is the link he streams on every Saturday - https://www.twitch.tv/PrimeEdd
1129  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥 Pitibet.io ⭐ SPORTS BETTING | WEEKLY PROMOTIONS ⚽🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 on: October 16, 2020, 11:03:13 AM
I understand about you worry about KYC, but as I said before and I say again we dont do KYC.
Then please just remove that clause because I respect that you don't do KYC but in past various sportsbook have played around the KYC rule and hidden terms and condition to forfeit winnings from the users. It needs to be clear, if you need KYC be clear and if you don't still be clear about your rules.

I forget to say, we have 0% comissions on withdrawals. On deposit is only depends of your transaction fee.
That is a great feature because most of the sportsbook (expect SB) ask for withdrawals fees on transactions.

We only have sportsbook right now, so I like to recieve more questions about our sportsbook platform.
I haven't tried our your platform yet because of the grey KYC rules but please if you don't mind me telling if you guys allow cashouts on bets and do you offer live bets for betting? I am asking because I cannot view the markets from outside for some reason unless I register first.
1130  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it alright to invest with bitcoin at the current market price? on: October 16, 2020, 10:02:40 AM
I always invest a small amount in bitcoin, and I do it gradually when I have extra cash and I do it when the bitcoin price goes up a little and then falls back down and that's where I make my purchase.
Same here and I was among the few who bought bitcoins when everyone was losing faith in March earlier this year and I always knew that the price will get up to real value and even if it doesn't I am not investing 1 million USD that I would be too hurt at all.

I always make long-term investments indefinitely and I only make sales when the bitcoin price goes up and sell as needed, because I believe bitcoin will go up high and will double the bitcoins I have in large quantities.
For some reason I feel like you and me have a lot in common because I also sell small amount of saved coins when the price suddenly increases because after those sudden spikes the price comes down to a normal value.

As a trader since a long time what I do now is to buy when a drop occurs and sell when a spike happens so I don't trade in the literal sense but this is kind of a trade too although I always save some coins and those small amounts of saved coins (which have accumulated to be a respected amount now) will be sold if ever BTC reaches crazy values.
1131  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC - What next? on: October 15, 2020, 05:48:33 PM
I'm not saying that bitcoin has no future, I'm talking about near future (month - two). Because to be honest , I'm here not for technology. And if there chance to put money in something that will safe my money or bring more, why not?
If you are not here for the tech, you are doing it wrong. Even the price itself is tied to the tech behind it, if there was no blockchain that would have made bitcoin something lower than any game money out there, at least game money you could spend on the game itself and buy cards or whatever, with bitcoin you would have nothing.

The only reason people are so keen on buying bitcoin is the fact that it has a great blockchain technology behind it and that made it famous. Isn't there better tech out there nowadays? Of course there is but that doesn't change the fact that people first saw blockchain and how awesome it is from bitcoin and that is why they are constantly attracted to it. You do not have to love the tech behind it but you have to realize it plays a big role in it.
1132  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Blockchain Gaming Drive Cryptocurrency Adoption? on: October 15, 2020, 05:05:38 PM
~snip~
What other games in real life with coins and so forth provides is the thing that dapps missing out and that is the problem. In real games you could do what everyone else can do, be max level or have the greatest attributes, or whatever else that doesn't change the game play at all, but do you know what gets sold?

Either being able to do all of that very quickly without having to grind, so for free it takes 50 hours but if you pay 50 bucks you get it right away, or you get skins and costumes for a price as well, doesn't change a lick in the type of playing but the look will be different with a new skin.

So, if games in blockchain world stop making the games played with money and make it played with zero money but have some incentives for microtransactions, they could be good.
1133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you a high roller? on: October 15, 2020, 10:57:09 AM
I used to be a high-roller when BTC was worth $500 and I had so many BTC0.1 bets at that time, but nowadays, I'm not. And yeah, I used to bet on sports like basketball and cricket rather than going for slots because slots are extremely risky and I'm not that person who would throw away a lot of money just for the sake of entertainment in the casino's bags. Wink
To be honest when bitcoin was $500 and you made bets of 0.1 BTC you cannot still be called as high roller because high rollers change with changes in price so someone who used to bet 0.1 when BTC was $500 is a high roller now but those times maybe not because it was still $50 that time.

I am not a high roller on casino but I bet big at times on events like NBA and big tennis matches like recently we saw Djokovic vs Nadal and I wanted to bet big on Nadal but stopped myself from doing that because I wasn't able to watch a lot of matches of Djokovic and I wasn't sure how good he is doing and Nadal while was looking good but odds were like 1.6 and 2.4 respectively on Nadal and Djokovic so I felt like maybe Nadal is carrying a niggle else I won't get such odds.
1134  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mobile Legends Gambling [Part II] on: October 15, 2020, 07:29:58 AM
You are back but it seems others shifted to LOL WildRift. Cheesy

I search on your username and it's on GrandMaster rank. Is that account your primary account? Seems inactive as reset happened over a week now.

Or you have other account on much a higher tier?
But, I tried to find Wild Rift and they are still in pre-register mode which means not a lot of players can play yet because I understand some players might have got early access but a game still in pre-register mode cannot be so popular that MLBB players shift to it right away, maybe they moved to Arena of Valor as they also had the similar concept.

I love doing fights in games for money but the fact I do not have a team so I cannot really play against a proper 5 man team who are working together and I often get beaten up by random matched opponents because of my silly teammates who are also matched in random. I wish I could join a proper team and help them win and I don't even need money just playing a game seriously gives me thrill because random players are only playing for KDA.
1135  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buyin Crypto with Credit card on: October 14, 2020, 01:14:33 PM
be really carefull when buying on shady exchanges or websites with credit card, specially for crypto
I'd recommend going only to big known exchanges websites like binance, crypto.com, paxful or uphold for this kind of buy.

remember to use risk management too and don't buy more than you can afford to loose.
I would actually rather prefer buying from a local seller via Localbitcoins because I know them and if any problems occurs I can always contact them. But these websites that offer purchase with credit card are risky. Yes, Binance I can trust if they offer such services because they are a established exchange but these new websites that are coming in the market and offering such are never the best option.

Also but main reason is the fees right?  Because if no fee, wouldn't it make sense since lot of ppl get cashback with their credit cards?
Well, fees should not be a problem because buyer is able to pay the reasonable fees but the problem of charge back is real because one can claim he lost his card and there are unauthorized transactions being made with his card and hence resulting in the reversal of the transaction while the BTC sent cannot be reversed at all.
1136  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Rather learn to trade by yourself on: October 14, 2020, 12:13:30 PM
This is exactly true and what people who are just new on entering this industry must understand. Instead of entrusting your funds to other people and ask for favor to trade your money for the sake of obtaining profit, better learn the basics and the process of how trading is being done for we do not know how people's mind works most specially when it comes to involvement of money which certainly even your most trusted person can fools or betray you. So to avoid such happenings to come along the process, better make yourself knowledgeable about certain things that you must learn about trading.  Ensure that you are continuously making yourself learning as time goes by so that you will always be updated that you do not certainly need to ask any favor from any person to trade your money for you can already do it on your own.
I agree with some part but if one can profit better than me than why shall I bother trading myself? I mean if I am not experience enough and there is a guy who can bring better profits with his method and has some good ways of doing it, then shall I bother putting my hands in it? Yes for learning I can always make a demo account and start learning but just because I want to learn trading does not men I should miss a good investment opportunity.

Look the richest people are those who invest as well as learn like you can see Jeff Bezos who has his own company and must have all the knowledge but even he invests when he see a better opportunity. It is like if a guy plays better soccer than me then I just pay him to play for my team instead of learning soccer myself.
1137  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Leave crypto trading in lost condition is not an option. on: October 14, 2020, 10:41:53 AM
I believe it is an option if you are a short term daily trader but it is definitely not an option if you are a long term trader. Long term traders should not look at bitcoin prices, you are going to end up with not so much profits if you keep buying and selling all the time, that will make you a short term trader, the reason why long term traders do not really look at the price or at least that is why they should not look at is the fact that short term movements do not matter to long term goals.

Bitcoin price has moved to a lot of lows and a lot of highs recently right? Since march we have seen it move down and up once again, and last year as well in 2019 it moved up and down a lot. If bought at 1st January of 2019 you would have made over 3x profit right now, that is why long term is great and you should not sell.
Yeah, this is kind of a difference between whether you are a investor or trader because an investor would never be too worried with the temporary swings because they believe in the product not the process and they know the value will always be positive in long term.

But, as a trader we have to keep funds liquid and cannot get stuck with a few coins for long time as keeping coins for too long is in itself a loss and especially if you are trading with altcoins because Bitcoins will rise again for sure we all know but alts have a tendency that once drop they might become completely dust.

As a small margin trader I never keep the coins for too long more so because I do leverage trading and I have to pay a small fees to Binance on the money I borrow from Binance.
1138  Economy / Economics / Re: FOLLOW THIS RULES TO BECOME RICH on: October 14, 2020, 09:35:57 AM
23Rules to become rich?! Grin Are you sure , you will become rich after doing all of this? Did you try this already? Then, what is the outcome? I just want to know so that I will follow you. I need more proof before doing this tips.
Don't mind but this is really a bad way of thinking because this is like negative thinking where instead of finding positives we are trying to pull down the person in front down and make him feel like an idiot. I am not sure if the OP is rich or not but what tips he has shared some have good information and while I am sure one who follows those tips will never be 100% rich or successful but extracting important points and implementing in our life is the correct way of looking at it.

I am not rich nor very successful but I learn every day as I meet people and read various articles, post and watch videos. There is something good within  all of us and the remaining good which makes us best lies among others, what we need to do is to find what we lack and learn that from others. One who does this becomes the best version of themselves.
1139  Economy / Economics / Re: Pandemic: good for the bitcoin market or bad? on: October 14, 2020, 08:54:19 AM
In some ways it was good for bitcoins because people started using more digital payments and when we talk about digital payments somewhere the crypto factor always comes in the talk. I am not saying that suddenly people started paying their rent with bitcoins but there is more awareness now about bitcoins than before and more investors have come through like a company recently invested around $50m in bitcoins.

The negative impact though on bitcoins because of the pandemic was that a lot of people liquidated their digital assets to maintain liquidity in their stocks market and some even to survive and that is the reason we saw a crater kind of drop a couple months ago in March when people thought Bitcoins would die but that was only because a massive number of investors liquidated their assets.
1140  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Blockchain Gaming Drive Cryptocurrency Adoption? on: October 14, 2020, 08:06:34 AM
I do not think we should put blockchain coding into games, it will not drive crypto adoption because most gamers at the very least have a knowledge about cryptocurrency. Gambling works perfectly fine, it will be of great benefit if we use it to create esports betting sites that supports cryptocurrency. Most tournament esports only have cosmetics as a way to bet in the game.
You are wrong because to use an application one does not have to learn the language or the technology being used behind it. For example I am using whatsapp on my mobile but I know nothing about how it works and what code is used behind it. You do not have to relate cryptocurrency with blockchain gaming either because the basic aim of blockchain technology is to provide a fair and verifiable environment.

I believe if some games can be developed such that we can play them and the in-app purchases are being made compulsory to go through cryptocurrencies then we can surely see a huge growth in crypto prices and overall adoption too.

I like the idea but I wonder if we have developers who are able to do it and if able then are they really interested in doing it.
