1121  Economy / Economics / Re: why the state does not print a lot of money? on: May 23, 2018, 07:26:17 PM
why the state does not print a lot of money? than debt to other countries. is not it easier to make money than debt and ultimately burdens the state?

whether if printing money will have an impact on the money itself? or will it impact the value of the money in the eyes of the world?
It is like asking why not create more bitcoin, the answer would be supply, if an asset has no limit than it would be totally useless, the high demand and the low supply is what gives money its value, and having more money means less demand, the less demand the lower the value of that currency would become that is why the federal reserve is independent from the government which makes sure that there is enough supply of money to keep the economy going.
1122  Other / Off-topic / Re: How wars can affect Bitcoin? on: May 23, 2018, 07:01:40 PM
While commenting on one of threads over here. A really interesting thought popped into my mind. What will happen when there will be coming a huge war?
Even a World War III? Will Bitcoin pump or dump? What role will Bitcoin play? We all know the economy and the currencies are very vulnerable in wars.
I would like to hear some interesting thoughts, even maybe some full detailed articles? Anything would be very welcomed.
If World war three breaks off who would think about bitcoin at that point, people would be ruining for their lives and trying to find shelter and safe place to hide, i would say that if world war three breaks off in a specific place like middle east for example it won't affect the bitcoin price as much as it would if it breaks in USA or Europe, because it only affects the people using bitcoin in that area, the percentage of people using bitcoin in middle east is very low and it won't affect the price of the bitcoin, and the percentage of people using bitcoin for example in Asia are high so it would would affect the price, you see where i am going with this.
1123  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING ADDICTION: when it begin, and how to stop. Let me help you on: May 23, 2018, 01:22:34 PM
The problem within addictive people is that it is really hard to change an actual routine. As I said before, quiting gambling is like moving on after your girlfriend ditches you. It is not easy, but if you get used to the new routine, you will be able to forget about her completely. The only thing you have to do is convince yourself that you will never go back to that life (Gambling), because if you do, you will suffer and it will be hard to move on.

99% of the gamblers know the results but still they want that 1% who got lucky. out of 100 only 1 person will change and that too if he got  holded  strongly by his family and friends. Their are so many threads related to this topic and still no one have even came and told that they changed their life after reading this all post.

Gamblers addiction is not curable. The end is either they will become bankrupt or die. This is the bitter truth of the gambling addiction.
I don't think that anyone who had gambling addiction and was able to overcome it from this forum or outside it will want to be reminded with it, he won't come back to a gambling discussion where people talk about wining and casinos, to overcome gambling addiction one needs to cut off anything that has to do with it and surround himself with distraction to not feel the urge to go back to it again, and i would like to think that many people have done that, and i don't need them to show up here and talk about it.
1124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How will the Crypto market end in 2018? on: May 23, 2018, 12:53:07 PM
How will the Crypto market end in 2018? According to experts, the market is expected to explode in 2018. But I still find them gloomy today. How are your predictions?  Huh Huh Huh
That is the thing here the crypto market is hard to predict and we are still at the first half of the year, and everything can go either of tow ways, prices could jump up high and quick and they could continue to fall, having a bad start does not mean that it will stay that way, just remember that bitcoin went from 6k to 20k in 3 months, so always stay positive and hope for the best.
1125  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto currency in five years! on: May 22, 2018, 09:21:23 PM
Legendary investor Tim Draper is confident that in five years all will use crypto currency. According to Draper, the technological shift that we can observe now will be more significant than the transition from the Stone Age to the Bronze Age. Answering the question about how he sees the current situation in comparison with the period when he invested in the technologies of web 1.0 and 2.0, he replied that web technologies and transformed the concept of information, while blocking has the potential to transform almost all industries, including government services.
Well bitcoin and cryptocurrency might still be in their early age and might something new that people are not familiar with but that is the case with every new technology that comes out, the cryptocurrency has a high potential to change the way we send and revive transactions between each other, and surely it revolutionizes the concept of money, but the biggest obstacle that faces today is governments which are not comfortable with idea of it replacing fiat, but the technology it uses might overcome it, as more and more investors and big people declare their interest in it concept, and defiantly in five years or maybe less the situation of the cryptomarket will change.
1126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Benefits of gambling? Yes - it exists! on: May 22, 2018, 09:03:30 PM
Today evening, I was spending some free time by surfing various websites. Suddenly a website caught my attention which talks about the benefits of gambling. I was surprised because negative thoughts about gambling is so common, but positive thoughts are rare to find. So I went ahead and read the entire article. The article actually talks about the positive sides of gambling which I believe everyone should know and it made a lot of sense to me!

The article lists 7 points as the benefits of gambling:
1. Gambling Stimulates Local Economies
2. Gambling Is a Form of Entertainment
3. Gambling Can Take Place in a Safe Environment
4. You Could Win
5. Gambling Contributes to Government Budgets
6. Gambling Creates New Forms of Revenue
7. Gambling is a Form of Game Play

The article is actually a tight slap on the popular belief that "gambling is harmful to the society". So I encourage everyone on this forum to read the article and understand it, especially the non-gamblers! Gambling is not a fools-heaven, it's just another business and an opportunity to the gamblers! Hope this article would clear your mind!

Article Link: https://www.benefitsof.org/what-are-the-benefits-of-gambling/
I find that gambling contributing to the government's budget and stimulating the local economy a bit controversial, because it might be true that not all people are corrupted and some of them are legit, but lets face it the ones that are not are the ones that have the big money the ones that go into a casino and spend 10k or 20k like it was nothing, and someone spending that much money defiantly didn't get it from hard work, probably that is dirty money and they use casinos to do some money laundering which is not contributing to the economy.
1127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A good ICO is also a Scam. on: May 21, 2018, 08:45:45 PM
I began to notice that there are ICO projects that are quite good, but even they are a kind of Scam. I'll explain why I think so. First, people invest in this project at the most favorable (low) prices by buying tokens of this project, at least we are always convinced of this. But when it comes to the exit of the token to the Exchange - the price drops sharply and falls even below the original cost for one token. In some cases, it may fall 10 to 15 times. For example, the recent ICO project KickCity. The price of their token should be equal to 0.10$. Now the price for ONE KCY token is approximately$ 0.005, that is, the price fell when entering the exchange 15 times and this is not the only case. Investing in ICO ceases to be a profitable business.
What do you think about it?
First what defines a good ICO, you should ask yourself that question before accusing it of being a scam, it is with no doubt that ICO has a lot of scam in it but that is the price of it becoming so popular in the last few months, people are trying to ride the wave and trick people who have no idea how to invest in these types of projects, i can ensure that a good ICO with good project a good team behind it will have a fairly good price at exchange.
1128  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to trading without capital on: May 21, 2018, 07:17:35 PM
is it possible to trading without capital?
Without capital here means without money that come out from your pocket as capital.
If possible, i want to learn from very small thing in trading, yes without money on my pocket or my bank account.
The only possible way that you can do trading without capital is someone lending you the money to do so, but since you said that you want to learn means that you are a beginner means there is a high chance that you won't be able to make profit from the get go, so who will give you their money to just waste it, if your goal is purely educational then there are many sites which offer virtual currency on their sites to trade in order to learn its ropes before using real money.
1129  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can change economic? on: May 21, 2018, 03:56:51 PM
We have seen Bitcoin and people's economic changes in the country. Do you know how Bitcoin is changing the economy? Do people believe that economic changes are possible by Bitcoin? And what will be the impact of Bitcoin economics in the future?

I don't think that bitcoin will directly affect the economy overall, instead it might affect the economy of an individual, we of all people here know the advantages that bitcoin has brought us financial and how our lives improved by using it, not all people know about it but certainly if governments decide one day to use bitcoin as a currency that people can trade with than certainly the economy might see some improvements.
1130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My country banned bitcoin. What I can do ? on: May 20, 2018, 08:41:35 PM
I love bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. I feel more comfortable doing so and will do whatever that I can to support it. Now tell me how can I work with Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies? Although it is illegal in my country.

Apologies if this is not the right place to discuss.
Thanks in advance.
You should first of all know the reason why your country banned bitcoin in the fist place, and avoid doing that, in my opinion i don't think that any government or anyone is able to prevent people from using bitcoin, because it is decentralized that is the whole point of using it, that it can't be controlled, even if they block some bitcoin sites people could still use VPN to bypass that, so it should be useless to try and ban it.
1131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling Versus Traditional Gambling on: May 20, 2018, 01:44:16 PM
What are the differences between online and traditional gambling ? Which you like the most and why ? In my opinion both the types of gambling have got their own advantages and disadvantages. You can try both for some time and then choose one based on your convenience.
Obviously there are a lot of differences between online and traditional gambling, one of which is being able to gamble at any time anywhere as long as you have money and internet access, where in traditional gambling you have to travel and find a casino and in some cases have a minimum amount of money to be able to enter, that is one of the advantages of online gambling, but what you are missing out here is that human interaction, when you are string at home and gambling online it is between you and the computer where in real casinos you are able to meet new friends and make new acquaintances which you lay never know what will you get from them, it is all about preferences and convinces, everyone finds his comfort in a way.
1132  Economy / Speculation / Re: Market is slowly degrading on: May 17, 2018, 09:14:35 PM
Dont panic at first. stay still .. wait for the right moment. try other stuff , then be back on the increasing market value of the your assets.. Market place is not so stable on some point, just have enough knowledge in your game. find a fast moving game plan so your coins, will not be stagnated.
The whole market is all about staying cool and not being affected by anything, if you see the price going down people saying bad stuff about the market and whether they should cut thier losses and leave, you have to stick to your decisions otherwise you won't make it far into this type of business, because it is all about paitinece, just like people held bitcoin for a while and supported and were able to get rich.
1133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It is time to own EOS now! on: May 17, 2018, 08:36:26 PM
The EOS.IO software is designed to offer decentralized applications to actually operate in the real world while also being user-friendly.

Throughout much of April, the EOS token has seen price jumps that have taken its market cap beyond that of Litecoin in the top 10 cryptocurrencies.

It is the right time to own as many EOS now. Come to buy some on BitMart, a brand new global crypto exchange, just listing EOS these days, the price of EOS on it is relatively lower than many other exchanges. Plus, they don't charge any trading fees! Yes, 0% trading fees!

EOS/BTC and EOS/ETH trading pairs are available on BitMart Exchange. You can start depositing and trading EOS now. Don’t forget to take advantage of our 0% trading fees, offer ends June 1st!

EOS solves one of the many problems that etehreum has and that is the number of transactions that are processed per second, with ethereum becoming more more popular transactions would take longer time to process because it only has 15 TPS while EOS claims to have 1 million TPS, if that is the case than EOS would probably go far and become really popular in the future, so it is defiantly worth cheeking it out.
1134  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is worth buying coins under $1? on: May 17, 2018, 07:52:18 PM
What's your opinion on buying new emerging coins that are not yet on top and cost less than 1 dollar?
How do you decide whether they have potential to grow or not?
If it is ICO coins that you are talking about than, i would defiantly invest in them, i would just go and look at their project and see if it is good to invest in and whether it will go far or not, and i would read some reviews and forums to know what people think of it and if it is popular than i would definitely invest in it and hope for the best, because they are easy to manage and they bring a lot of profit.
1135  Economy / Economics / Re: The Future of Cryptocurrency on: May 17, 2018, 07:16:33 PM
I don't think future of cryptocurrencies is bright and many factor and reason support my think. Many economist also predict that cryptocurrencies will have bad future. Many government ban it for different reasons. Bitcoin directly affect an country economy growth by affect that country own currency rate in international market. And bitcoin user doesn't pay tax to their government and this thing affect their financial growth. Bitcoin is also associated with many criminal activity because of its uninterrupted and untraceable money transaction facility like this many other bad thing associated with Bitcoin which put its future in dark.  Smiley
Well this is might be the case right now and what you think of it or what people think of it as of now but in a couple of years it might change, because remember cryptouccrency is still a new idea that hasn't been developed quite yet, and developments are constantly being made, bitcoin and the current currencies might not be the ones that will be used by governments in the future, but they are defiantly something to learn from.
1136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook makes its own coin, will it be selling in the market? on: May 17, 2018, 06:00:09 PM
While prohibiting cryptocurrency ads or digital currency circulating on the platform, does not mean Facebook is really anti with bitcoin and the like.

Facebook reportedly preparing to make its own virtual currency, although not yet known when the official was announced.
https://tekno.kompas.com/read/2018/05/14/11440097/facebook-bakal-buat-mata-uang-digital-sendiri
What the Facebook cryptocurrency aims to do, is to allow users to make transactions between each other within the platform, so if you have something to sell or want to buy something you could easily do it through Facebook, i personally would not use it because it will allow room for scammer and people who would up the price of the products, this would only seem good for digital products only,
1137  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How has past few months affected your gambling? on: May 17, 2018, 05:35:26 PM
Since I don't gamble using my coins it does not affect me wether it increase or in dip. I used my fiat money to gamble and I am more enjoying it in actual with my friends or neighbors compare to gamble in gambling site or online. I want to save my bitcoin rather than spending it to play gambling.
Gambling with fiat money may seem good to you, but others don't share the same opinion, gambling with bitcoin enables the instant deposit and withdraw of money and fast transactions which can never be done with fiat, and with bitcoin you don't need any verification or any thing which makes things way easier, but in terms of stability fiat is better, because as we saw back in December where transactions where stuck and fees got high which made working with bitcoin and gambling especially really hard, some online casinos have shut down because of the high fees.
1138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to spend my crypto, where do I go? on: May 17, 2018, 05:17:02 PM
So far its pretty hard to spend crypto on a daily basis.
There are some services out there which allow me to pay my bills with it, but the fees are high and takes away the usefulness if I have to pay fees.
Zeex is a new ICO which seems pretty cool, you can buy gift cards for various retailers with crypto directly.
Check it out at zeex.me

I think that is what cryptocurrency lacks the most right now, and that is investments in ways where people can spend their crypto on the daily stuff, like greengrocers restaurants transportation and restaurants, currently there options we have all involve third parties which take more fees and more time than we would pay with fiat, but with ICOs launching now and then we see some great projects with great ideas that aim to implement crypto into the domains that i have mentioned earlier, and hopefully with time we would actually be able to spend our crypto like we normally do with fiat.
1139  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Right now should I wait to buy ? on: May 17, 2018, 03:24:16 PM
Reading this source, I understand that prices are likely to go below 8k. Do you agree with those analysis?

 https://www.coindesk.com/bear-revival-bitcoin-risks-fall-below-8k-after-3-5-week-low/amp/
No one actually has any idea what is going to happen next to the price, all what people go around the internet and say about the price going up or doing down are just speculation based on nothing but educated guesses, so don't take their word like it is what is going to happen, i personally would recommend you to wait a bit more because the price is at a state where it could go a bit even more, but as soon as you see it going up just buy, so you need to keep on eye on it.
1140  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin plays a vital role in the economy on: May 17, 2018, 12:36:22 PM
Bitcoin opens many doors of new markets, which would affect the economy of a country, the reason why there are some countries who don't like bitcoin because cryptocurrency controlled by no one and because they don't get taxes. But if governments open there eyes and use bitcoin in its positive ways as possible you would be shocked that the third world countries who opens their gates on bitcoin will become one of the best countries we have ever seen.
I agree on the fact that they can use it for their advantage, but use its technology not the actual currency it self, because as you said its controlled by none which makes it difficult for them to control it and know where transactions are coming from and where they are going, which could cause some heavy money laundering, i am not against it but if bitcoin is the key to solving some economical issues and bring improvements, than there needs to be a way for transactions to be monitored.
