1141  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: June 20, 2022, 05:43:57 PM

Even though some good things are happening for the cricket players around the world I think Australia should start validating their own players a little more. I don't know why they will not give players a good enough salary. The players are getting a lot of money from IPL and also other franchise cricket and that's why I think they are not saying anything. If they did not have that luxury I think there could have been some problems regarding this situation.
Cricket in India and Australia were completely different. Cricket is the national game of Australia, for the same we can't expect things to be same as India. In India they celebrate cricket and they celebrate the cricketers. In Australia they're common as you and me. So, making business out of India is an easier thing than the same being done in Australia. This is the reason why IPL is a big success and pay big for the players.
1142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins Crossed 20k USD!! Don’t lose hope now. on: June 20, 2022, 03:51:40 PM
The price of bitcoin have been recovering slowly. The price that was around $17k have reached close to $21k. This doesn't look like the transition from bear market to bull market. Users who lost hope on the recovery can understand the reality of the market. With bitcoin investment fear accompanies relative to the market moves. If one have got patience then it is possible to overcome the fear over the market.
1143  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tips on How to Manage Gambling Addiction an Open Discussion. on: June 20, 2022, 08:34:15 AM
Remind Yourself that Gamblers Change
It was a thing of the pass that gambler don't change.  Many people speculate that once a person is addicted to gambling, they will forever a gambling addict.  But this thing has been proven wrong.  Many gambling addicts who gone through medical treatments are able to recover and avoid gambling all in all.
I was once an addict and I was very addicted to gambling to the extent I even can go hungry because of gambling, but it got to a point, lessons from being an addict taught me to change for my life not be remain devastated and not meaningful, addicts life are not meaningful at all until they change.

But what people do say which is very right is that, for example, you have a friend, he is an addict, you told him not to gamble and told him also how he is losing that gain and how his life has become, but you still see him gambling. You can see other people telling you that gambling addicts do not just changed, that it is difficult to change.

I have never heard that addicts can not change, but I do hear that it is a difficult process and it will take time.
As said, it is a difficult task that takes time as well as requires self willingness. Because, a gambler can change his life on self realisation and not on someone's suggetion. Above user is a clear example. A friend can suggest, but it won't come to an end unless he himself realise the effects of gambling over him.

Myself too an addict, and I'm trying to keep myself in control. I used to stay away from gambling for a month's time, and later I won't be able to continue it. I gamble and and loss. This is routine with me, and I'm happy that I never think of ending my life. Often come across news about youngsters ending their lives after losing big on gambling. The amount lost by me in gambling is higher than the youngsters who've ended their lives.
1144  Economy / Gambling / Re: risk of kyc on crypto casinos ? on: June 20, 2022, 06:51:45 AM
OP in specific have requested about the KYC on Stake. With Stake you get access to play without KYC to certain limits. When the amount is high the player will be requested to submit KYC. On the other side, the first level of KYC is the personal details, the second level is the proof of identity submission, the third level is the proof of address verification, and the last level is the details regarding the funds used for gambling. So, until and unless there arises an issue on the fund being used you won't be asked for KYC.
1145  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Japanese man gambled away a huge Covid-19 relief funds mistakenly sent to him on: June 19, 2022, 11:57:31 PM
This person shouldn't have done this, because he himself knew well it is not his money. He hasn't won any jackpot or something like that. All are people's money, we don't know how many families are suffering just because they hadn't received the funds on time. Anyhow this has happened, now it is time for the banking authority to just make way for all the beneficiaries to receive the funds.
1146  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is coming back on: June 18, 2022, 11:44:29 PM
Everything looks to be on the cyclic move. We don't know when this can return back on bullish track. Came across a thread in which it is mentioned about the price crash happening before 1.5 years before the scheduled halving. Now it is the same time period and for that reason price can increase slowly. The cyclic pattern putforth have got coincidence with the real-time movement in the market.

Based on technical parameters too, the market is found to have a negative move. So, this is the time for investment keeping focus the future growth.
1147  Economy / Gambling / Re: hello Players!! on: June 18, 2022, 11:37:29 PM
The gambling industry have grown big and to make a gambling site is a big task. Because, the competence have increased and to give the best experience isn't an easy thing. Even a small lag will make a big discussion about the platform. In particular this is the trend with the online gambling platforms with cryptocurrency acceptance.

Maybe OP can take time and make it even better. As in the previous post, promotion is required for the success. Even before that we need to have the working platform that attracts the users.
1148  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin price is falling? on: June 18, 2022, 10:49:12 PM
Panic sells and huge manipulation by Whales are the main reasons for the price to be at bottom now. New traders and those who have bought Bitcoin much costlier, tend to sell now for either a small profit or to get out before they loose much. Whales do play a main role now in current long correction. There might be other reason but yes before the value goes up, better to buy more coins if possible.
Whales game is part of the market manipulation. Beyond that there'll be other factors that make the market experience the decline. In my understanding Whales try to shatter and profit, next thing the cryptocurrency market have been into coexistence with the traditional market. This makes the real world impact over the cryptomarket, because in the past the cryptocurrency market looks independent as there is no external impact.
1149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba Inu Could Reach $5 By 2050 !!!??? on: June 18, 2022, 10:44:29 PM
Shiba Inu Could Reach $5 By 2050, Predicts Analytics Firm

Forecast and analytics platform Telegaon which uses AI-powered technical analysis, similar to Gov Capital and Wallet Investor has painted a rosy picture for long-term holders of Shiba Inu. The analytics firm has predicted that Shiba Inu could reach $5 by the year 2050. Telegaon has predicted that Shiba Inu will reach a minimum of $5.42 and a maximum price of $9.61 in 2050. The firm claims that SHIB’s average trading price in 2050 could be around $7.89.

For SHIB to reach $5, the token needs to spike 26,000,000% from its current price. SHIB has spiked 42,000,000% from its inception in August 2020 up until today.

According to Telegaon, SHIB could breach the $1 milestone by 2040 and touch a minimum price of $1.13. Their prediction also states that SHIB’s maximum price could reach $4.15 in 2040 and its average trading price could be around $2.76.

I could be gone by then I don't know how good they are in their market analysis but we don't know the market make up on that time, in the past ten years the market has undergone drastic changes, new hype and new innovation are being introduced every year, I myself never thought that Litecoin will be out in the top 5 and Dogecoin will get a massive pump, we don't even know what's going to happen in the next five years, what more 28 years from now.
Yes, it is very long prediction. Even the upcoming years market isn't predictable. By this time we won't be able to make precise calculation. Over the past ten years the market experienced different forms of growth as well as changes due to the increase in the usage and innovation. The hypes could trigger any market to take a lead as manipulation is part of the cryptomarket. If Shiba is to reach $5, then my son will turn to be a millionaire by then. Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
1150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Sentiment Poll for June on: June 18, 2022, 10:39:11 PM
The market of ethereum have declined down to $900 in the last 24hrs. However there is bounce reaching close to $1000. This is the market fluctuation as it is in mutual move with the bitcoin market. On the other side there are projects that are developed over the ethereum blockchain standing strong with not much of downward movement. So, it looks like the bounce back will happen within the next few months reaching around $1500. Until then the movements will be within specific limits.
1151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Problem, Is it Possible to be a Thing of the Past? on: June 18, 2022, 05:57:30 AM
The self exclusion thing is going to help someone a little, but I doubt it is going to do much. As long as they self exclude themselves with their balance locked, it would be helpful. But other than that, it makes no sense. They could self exclude themselves. Two days latter, they will want to play again, they will take their funds somewhere else. Or maybe create another account in the casino and start playing. Who is stopping them from doing those things?
Yeah, I have read some casinos they're have week self excluded system. I don't know the reason behind this, but if the user didn't using VPN to create another account, then it's seems the casino were allow him to play again, though I don't know the specific rules how long the self exclude will last. Not to mention they can play in another casino lol, it's really easy.

The one who stopping from those thing is the gambler itself with the help of professional.
The self exclusion service isn't available with every gambling platform. With Stake the self exclusion can be done contacting the support team. The team will exclude from gambling. Later when required the person himself can contact the team and continue gambling. In all aspects of gambling risk is there and it is our responsibility to have self control. Taking a break when one feels to be more addictive or into loss is a good thing.
1152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: June 18, 2022, 02:53:09 AM
It looks as if the match is over for Bangladesh. With 8 wickets in hand, they are trailing by 112 runs. They simply can't deal with the raw pace from West Indian pacers such as Kemar Roach and Alzarri Joseph. The debutant Gudakesh Motie did't got a chance to bowl, because the Bangladesh batsmen lasted for less than 33 overs in the first innings. The weakness with Bangladesh is very obvious and we have discussed about it many times in the past. But the BCB is not interested at all. Unless they stop creating dust bowls at home, the players are not going to perform well while paying abroad.
Also it looks like the team is concentrating on one format of cricket. In most of the ODI played in the last few months it has performed better. When it comes to test matches there is good performance at times and have given the worst on the straight next match. I don't know why this is happening, such kind of play was earlier seen with West Indies.
1153  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin Going To Fall Below The Previous 20k ATH possible? on: June 18, 2022, 12:47:09 AM
After an ath, the previous ATH hasn't broken till date. This time the chances are quite high. The price of bitcoin have fallen from the value around $68k reaching $20k. This has happened out of different reasons. The Ath was reached during the month of November, 2021. Now we're just seven months away and we've been close to the previous ATH after hard resistance at specific price points of $43k and $28k. Same as that it can happen around $20k before further drop.
1154  Economy / Economics / Re: COVID had widened the gap between world's richest and poorest on: June 17, 2022, 11:58:16 PM
In fact, any crisis widens the gap between the poor and the rich. COVID is one of the options, nothing more. Question about covid - tell me, how is the situation with covid in your country? What is the question. At the end of last year, and in January of this year, we in Ukraine had another "outbreak" of a new strain. Again, the whole country was vaccinated, someone refused, someone got sick, someone died. In a word - everything is like everyone else. But at the end of February, there was another round of Russian aggression, bombing and shelling of cities, many people in bomb shelters, hospitals, malnourished, stress, bad conditions ... In theory, ideal conditions for spread. But you know what? And they forgot about the virus! No mass diseases, no high deaths from COVID, no overcrowded hospitals... How is the situation in your countries with COVID?
Turns out to be fake? No its not because people almost on certain countries are vaccinated and on times like this where people are really that close to exposure then high chance of infection but we arent

seeing this one but instead its like there's nothing happening but to consider that each people now are really that on habit on wearing face mask which turns out to be default or casual thing.

In pandemic like this then much sure that there are rich fellas who do gain benefit on certain area but lets not generalize because there are ones who had been badly impacted.

Not ready to say that Covid is a fake, because. I got sick myself, and I definitely don’t want a second time ... Covid, at least the first “versions”, gave very serious complications to those who were in the ward with me, and 2 people could not survive the disease Sad
It simply surprises me that in the current situation, in relation to my country, where in cities subject to terrorist attacks, extremely "convenient" conditions are created for infection with Covid - it has almost disappeared! Either this stress strengthens and puts the immune system into enhanced mode, or ...
PS In Ukraine, the wearing of masks was officially abolished, although to be honest, they were massively stopped wearing around March 2022...
Covid-19 have made a big blow in everyone's life. In specific it delayed the regular growth of the traditional market. Businesses that started to progress slowly were completely disturbed. During this time period more potential investors turned millionaire through the services provided online. In specific education through online. In most of the families that depends on particular person for the betterment of the life got affected and many lost their lives. This affected the families to turn poor. This has widened the gap between rich and poor.
1155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador loses more than half the value of its reserves in bitcoins on: June 17, 2022, 11:42:48 PM
Quote
El Salvador's Bitcoin reserve has lost half its value. Due to the price drop that the main cryptocurrency has had.
Have they already sold out their coin which that can determine their loss?

It might have a loss maybe millions of dollars supposedly but I think that didn't occur just because they still holding their Bitcoin and didn't yet sell to exchange.  El Salvador has received a lot of criticism now but I think they have a wise decision of having a strong fate on Bitcoin, they never sell what they have bought last year, in the end when Bitcoin will bounce back, they will laugh at those who criticized.

Even though Dania Gonzalez, Deputy of the Republic of El Salvador reveal and said, "Now, it is time to buy more".
They haven't sold any of the bitcoin from the reserve, so it isn't a loss for them. Probably the government have got 2301BTC which could've been increased through the process of buying low and selling high. There is a dedicated team within the country allocated with the task of work related to bitcoin. In the short period of time El Salvador have experienced criticism, but it is strong enough to make plans and have got the ability to overcome the situation believing in the growth of bitcoin.
1156  Economy / Speculation / Re: $13,000 is quite possible this week on: June 16, 2022, 11:25:10 PM
In my opinion, $13K is quite possible this week for Bitcoin. But whales are confuse for dumping more because they know Bitcoin has more value and it is undervalue around $13k. So more dumping means draining their bags so quickly. People are really hungry for Bitcoin in new inflationary era.
You really think it's that easy to break through the historical support and resistance levels?

How many weeks did it take to break through the $30K-$28K region?

It's also said that Bitcoin has never broken below an all-time high of the previous cycles. Now, there is always a first time for anything, but don't expect bitcoin to break through the historical level ($20K)on a first attempt. As you can see, right now it's holding.

$13K looks far away right now, but it's not impossible to reach but certainly not this week.
Yes, understanding how the market behaved breaking down to the price of $28k will make you understand $13k isn't anything near. Most of the users are in panic and the same can be used as a way by the whales, but a drop to such a bottom reaching below the previous ATH of the 2017-18 market seems to take time.

Rather than the reality of the market, majority of the user minds were filled with bearish market move. This can possibly create a negative market impact than moving on the positive side.
1157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Phil Mickelson Opens Up About Losing MILLIONS From Gambling on: June 16, 2022, 10:57:04 PM
One more worst example that we can use as a real example of gambling made him sink and lose a lot of money and undergo therapy sessions to get rid of his addiction. The more we chase our losses in gambling, the more we will actually lose money and if we don't wake up quickly from what we are doing, we could end up with him and it could even get worse. There are indeed some people who can win a lot of money from gambling, but that is rare and can be counted on the fingers and those are the people who are really lucky in gambling. We should not try to follow them because our luck will not be like theirs.
This is what we say fate, because what he lost is a big money. With this a big number of people can have a very good life through their entire life. For him this is his hard earned money, out of some plans he went for making it big. The risk he took didn't give him success and made him loss. He was in the act of chasing his loss with bigger bets which is the reason why he have lost such a big money. Anyhow atleast by now he could make his life successful stopping to chase the losses.
1158  Economy / Gambling / Re: Places where you can bet 50 BTC on 50/50 odds? on: June 16, 2022, 10:48:22 PM
Mostly gambling is all about the half percentage of winning it depends on the player how long they want to consume those funds and win if you play with a large amount of 50 BTC i guess some of the platform limit their maximum bet because 50 btc is too much and might cause for them to make a suspicious with your account activity and request a KYC.
^ Once you deposited this huge amount it is possible that your account will freeze once you are suspected that having fraudulent activity?
Definitely right, that is a huge amount and I won't even try that depositing at once directly into my account because it is risky that a casino will suspect your account and ask for more KYC which is if you will not comply for sure your money will be stuck on that casino.
Nevertheless, it was given above the Bustabit and Bustadice which is an old but reputable casino.
Yes, when a big amount is being deposited surely it'll trigger the gambling house to request for the KYC. So, it is always good to make clear study of the terms and conditions before making big deposits. Whether you go for a big risk or not with 50/50 odds is secondary, primary thing is the KYC.
1159  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the golden rule of investment? on: June 16, 2022, 10:40:45 PM
The golden rule of investment on cryptocurrency can be connected with the following saying "where there's a will there's a way" which means if a person has a determination to do something surely he'll find a way and succeed. This is what cryptocurrency investment is all about, if you're determined to be successful you can. There are more ways, but you should have the patience and the learning to understand the market and the opportunity.
1160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Dogecoin become the new BTC? on: June 13, 2022, 11:59:41 PM
while doge is clearly big in name due to manipulation and until now many of the holders are disappointed because of previous events. it is indeed difficult to replace bitcoin, even ethereum I think is very difficult.

The doge name was big even before the market manipulation that caused some people to lose money. I see the main reason because before that doge was often used in several platforms, competing with trx as a transaction solution. I began to lose interest in doge since experiencing unnatural price movements, plus several parties interfered in influencing doge price movements in the market.
The market of doge is something hyped. We can't say dogecoin isn't a potential asset, it is an asset that isn't well used. Because, to sustain in the market for such a long term when more and more cryptocurrencies reach the market and gets out shows its strength.

The slow and steady growth have already provided investors the best ROI, but the hype made it more popular and took it to the next phase of growth. However there is no big movement further as the development in terms of real-time usage isn't that big. Somehow few stores have begun to accept doge and Shiba after its hype in the market.
