I've tried the 8a minining bios for the gigabyte Z270P-d3, but after the installation the bios does not recognize the SATA hdd anymore, so I could only boot an usb live version of ubuntu ...very strange.
That’s odd did you get it solved or just stuck with usb for a hard drive? |

how many have you gotten working together stable on one rig?
To get them VEGAs stable you need to do some scripting. My VEGAs run at full speed for a few hours then suddenly they just stop. No errors or hang, they just simply stop mining using Cast XMR or XMR-STAK. Either use the "JJ restart script" you can find on reddit/google or write your own script. I initially tried the devcon.exe and and JJ restart script but found it doesn't work for me. I just wrote a script that reboots my computer every hour. 2 lines of code did it and my VEGA rig is now running stable. The 2 lines of code were: Sleep(360000)
Shutdown("restart")
That goes back to unreasonable amount of time spent to make a broken shit product work..... Cancer. Glad I decided NOT to buy that garbage. Anyone ever make progress on these here besides geekmark |

Also I decided to sell my antminer a3, if anyone else wants to share their siamining address with just one antminer a3 and if it's OC'd or not and if so what specs would be glad to make that the go to for monitoring daily antminer a3 profitability So,,,Vosk.... What did you do? Toss it on Ebay and hope that your buyer doesn't have any issues with it after you voided the warranty by overclocking. Or did you sell it to one of you Subscribers? unsure if you're interested in my miner or me personally but I sold it to someone who has full knowledge that it's been overclocked and picked it up locally. appreciate your interest but I'm taken |
