1221  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: John McAfee and his promises. on: January 22, 2019, 01:35:31 PM
He is a professional scammer. Don't believe on him because they are many of him just like that statement that bitcoin will go to that price and i remembered what he said that invest his telegram group that have a green signal coins that lead to a scam.
Really? I can't see him to that kind of ways he acted man, I know it was just a rumors behind social Media. We can't judge directly that he's like that. All I believed and observed about him was his motivations towards all crypto lovers. For my understanding he was feeding us more positive views in life of crypto, so definitely all of that was his opinions.

Well back then what he's saying was a little bit more legitimate and believable for me. Then they started pumping shitcoins that are able to pay for a boost in twitter. Though i also believe he's really into promoting crypto in general hence making bold but absurd statements like eating his tool if btc doesn't get to 1m.
1222  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: failure to gain profit on: January 22, 2019, 01:31:14 PM
The crypto market is currently very unstable. I am easily affected, in panic selling conditions like now I sometimes sell bitcoin at a price lower than the purchase price. The result is a fatal loss.

So far, I have only relied on news information obtained from forums and social media and a little understanding of the foundation of price charts and market movements to make investment decisions in Bitcoin.

Then what is the way so that I can make a big profit ...?

How to effectively avoid unnecessary losses ...?

You only need to fix your strategy and never repeat the same mistakes, about panic/ sad/ angry that's natural. Many people lost their faith and change their rules because red market but that's not good step. Just follow your setting indicator and cut loss when reach stop loss/ take profit point. Faith about our skill and strategy is really important, just finish one strategy and never change it before end.

Yeah most exchanges have features that can help you minimize major losses like stop loss. It's always better to be aware of how to use them. And don't be afraid to lose. It's natural and you'll learn a lot more from the money that got burned. In the long run all things that you've experienced would add up to make you a better trader.
1223  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My luck is very bad for crypto trading 😞 on: January 22, 2019, 01:28:07 PM
There is no luck involved in trading. Only using a waterproof strategy, a good bankroll management plan and some balls of steal.
I agree with you that luck cant make you profitable if you have not appropriate knowledge, skill and experience of trading. Without proper knowledge if you trade there is about 99.5% chance to be loser.
Of course, luck does not take an important role here. knowledge and skills are the most important aspects of trading.
without these two things, what you will produce is a loss. market analysis and so on cannot be done only by luck
- I don't think so, luck still has an important role here but it can not compare with our knowledge, skills and experiences because luck is always an unexpected factor, we can not know the exact time it appears, while skills and knowledge are always the elements that exist forever beside us, and exactly as you say, if we don't have these two things, our loss rate is very high. In short, if a person who lost one or two times in trading, they may blame luck but if they lose too many times in trading, they should review their knowledge and experience, they can not continue to say that their luck is not good

Right. Luck can play a big part in pretty much anything so you can't count that out in trading. Sometimes even the most efficient and experienced trader fall prey to unforseen events where they can make bad decisions. It's not as important as experience though.
1224  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: To be a successful trader need help of a successful trader! on: January 22, 2019, 01:19:02 PM
Certainly, the successful trader is who learns, thereafter applies what he has learned and sees a new truth in every mistake when he applies. The most important factor is ''perseverance'' and ''not running away in every mistake''. Just try to learn more than you know even if you do not have money for trading.
That is when you do learning on yourself, what question in this thread is what you can take from successful traders so that you can be better as a trader. the help of successfulful traders is good for your skills, they will give you a lot of good experience and strategies, be friends with them Smiley

Yeah it's a lot easier if you have guidance from someone who's actually done it right. It makes the process of learning quicker as well. Of course we can learn by ourselves and be efficient, and a lot of people made their success by themselves, but it's always better to get help.
1225  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bear markets survival on: January 22, 2019, 01:15:34 PM
How are you guys Surviving in this Bear markets

If you are still trading , what are the strategies you are using.

How are you guys managing risks .

Well bear markets are a good season to shop for cheap coin. IF you can manage to hold them for some time. If you're going to shop fot cheap coins to day trade, then i don't think it's advisable. There's little profit to be made from a bear market.
1226  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Holding coins on: January 22, 2019, 01:09:38 PM
Coins should always be considered in a safe storage, there are lot of wallets and platform that could be used to hold coins, both of this  has good side and bad. Where will you choose to store or hold your coins, in a close source wallet (exchanges) or an open source wallet like electrum and Hodler wallet?

for recently, I only saved the assets of bitcoin and altcoin on exchangers, although not in large numbers but often it made me worry because just relying on security alone is not enough. If for example I want to save it in a personal wallet, if I suddenly want to sell it, it will also be quite difficult for me
you already decided your choice.and i think this is the best for you.save our asset in exchanges wallet made it easy when our coins price suddenly jump.so we didnt miss the opportunity to sell in high.

Well if you don't have that large assets stored, it's u likely that hackers and scammers would target your account so you're ptobably safe from personal attacks. The problem is if the exchange itself gets attacked and hacked. Hopefully the exchange is secured in a lot of ways.
1227  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to handle tough times in cryptocurrency? on: January 22, 2019, 01:07:09 PM
Bitcoin fell from the date of writing this post three times, in this case, we can only wait for a new maximum!
I really hope you are right on that seeing that the market is showing no better sign of improvement as much strict laws gets in place from so many countries on the crypto and there is price auto-correction to

Well it's already obvious to everybody that crypto, bitcoin mainly, is not in a very good state. The last time it was in the same kind of movement was when it steadied itself around 6k for more than a month. Not it's stagnating around 3.5k. I just hope it doesn't make any drastic dumps this time.
1228  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Forex Trading is Profitable? on: January 22, 2019, 01:04:34 PM
It would seem so since a lot of people have been making good money out of it. Though as with most things about businesses, you're required certain preparations, skill and experience to be efficient in forex trading. Many people thank forex for their wealth.
1229  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is stoploss worth it ? on: January 22, 2019, 01:02:22 PM
Well for me it definitely is. Especially if you don't have that much to spare. It's part of managing the risks i take which is already quite high enough with trading and holding. It can be your safety net to avoid excessive losses.
1230  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Avoid trading unless you are sure of what you do on: January 22, 2019, 01:00:07 PM
Usually, if the market is in the downtrend, I will watch closely to find which coins that can increase in the next days and sometimes, I can get a clue by watching the chart, the order history and the position of buying and selling. But in the other time, I was only watching without making any buy order because I need to be sure if I want to buy the coin. So I need more time to analyze the coin to decide.

Well obviously dude you know what you're doing. It's just that there are people who see trading as a simple buy low sell high venture. That's true in a way but it's a lot more than that. Like you, one would have to know the fundametals and not just blindly selecting random coins while they seem to be down. People lose money that way.
1231  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I LOST OVER 10 BTC IN GAMBLING IN 2018 on: January 21, 2019, 06:04:51 PM
i want to know did you make profit in gambling or lost and i know 99% people lost their money in gambling Gambling is only for fun not a way to make money what you think Gamblers Wink Always Gamble what you afford to Lose Don't Give up LOL

With 10 bitcoins you could buy a house in my city, not a big one but a house... Is hard to end with profit in gambling and this is mainly for the fact about: 'We don't know when to stop', if we are in profit we are feeling lucky and that pushes us to bet more. So, to end with profit we have to play it really smart. No one say it would be easy but is possible.
Is it very difficult to control yourself in gambling? make a plan that is ripe for gambling, like stopping when profits are 10% or more.
of course if you want to follow the plan then your losses won't be too big and you can also save your profits?

Lol. 10btc at it's current value can alreadt get you further in life. The horror if you think about what btc's value may be once it makes a move upwards. If it breaks it's current ath at almost 20k, imagine how much your lost 10btc would be worth. Quitr depressing eh?
1232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you been able to resist? on: January 21, 2019, 06:01:40 PM
I honestly not a gambling addict so the way i resist is to not being an addict in the first place. Once youve thrown away yourself on the pit , getting out is almost impossible. Its easy to say but once and addict is invited, he will never resist it. Always have a control in you now before it left you.

Well that's a very good point. Prevention is always better than cure as they say. Though some people can say no simply because they have that much control over themselves and their emotions. I think i can resist if faced with that circumstance.
1233  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The longer you play poker the better you become ? on: January 21, 2019, 05:58:41 PM
What do you think can be a consistent winning player on this game? is this game of skills or luck?
the longer you play more skills you get?
poker is more of luck to me and skills should not even be measured in gambling as those that claim to be a good gamblers are also loosing.  I could remember that we have one way and most time loosing way and a few winning way if you are too lucky.

I don't think that poker only depends on luck factor because when someone wants to play poker, he needs to have the skill to play and without understanding how to play, he doesn't have a chance to win, and he will lose in many times. So maybe if he knows a poker game, but he only gets lose of his money, at least he can get more experience which will give another knowledge for him in the future.

If you know how to play and if you do actually play, then you'll know as well that luck doesn't really play that big of a part in poker. It's about reading your opponents and not letting them read you. And experience definitely is a bigger factor than luck since an experienced poker player can beat you even if you have the better hand.
1234  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquaio vs. Adrien Broner on: January 21, 2019, 05:45:49 PM
Funny quotes after the fight:

Adrien Broner

"I beat him!"  Grin

Manny Pacquiao

"I want to thank Mayweather Promotions"
A man who can’t accept defeat. It is very clear that Pacquiao won the fight, and that’s a real fighter, who accept defeat before and now gaining the momentum again. A truly living legend, and i hope for a more fight to Pacquiao, the rematch between Pacman and Mayweather are highly recommended by everyone, let’s see who’s next in line.
Just like a politicians words after losing the voting ,i am Cheated and i am the real winner of the election

Same as. Broner because he cant even believe that a 40 year old fighting legend will defeat a much younger and has also a good record

But lets move on guys and besides this still a cause for celebration lol

I don't think he really believes it though. I mean, he'd have to be a fool to force that argument seeing the stats in the compubox. Threw too few punches to begin with. He can't win like that with good volume punchers, what more for a great volume puncher like pacquiao.
1235  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New casino vs old and trusted one on: January 21, 2019, 05:40:38 PM
We know many quite old and trusted casinos like Primedice, Safedice, Crypto-games etc. And yet I see there are many new casinos appearing like Bonanza or BtcDragon. Do new ones have a chance of becoming popular nowadays? And what can bring populatiry to a new casino? I think new casinos attract investors, because there is a low bankroll there which strengthens such casinos. What else can help? Do you think a signature campaign makes big difference, for example?
The time you posted this thread theres alot of gambling sites born and now become popular though the chance being involved or put in scam accusations are pretty much indeed

But i still trust the old ones like crypto-games.net and 777 coins and ofcourse bitvest casino

Yeah it's inevitable that a lot of gambling sites would spring out considering this industry's popularity and though old reliables will still have massive supoort, people will always try new ones every now and then. And then word of mouth would likely get the new casinos their own following.
1236  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: January 21, 2019, 05:31:13 PM
I don't think harden plays well. In any case, yes he play good offense but to be able to rank above LeBron, he should also have to play defense.
It's your assessment that Harden don't plays well. There are players that are very effective to only one forte and just like Harden he's a very effective offense player but yes he's not into defense.

Lebron without doubt a very versatile player but let's just stop comparing these two players. They have their own strength and greatness as said Lebron is the modern king but he still losses, right? with their individual performances they always play good.

I agree. The comparisons are not appropriate. Scoring wise, harden seems content in taking up most of the scoring burden for his team regardless of what situation. He's there to score and he has the license to shoot and create for himself. And i think the rockets are cool with that role of his.
1237  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let's kick some bear ass on January 30th! on: January 21, 2019, 05:13:21 PM
This is not needed to make bitcoin skyrocket ,even if everyone did what you wanted it won't have big impact ,bitcoin is not a small coin that needs pumping ,with time bitcoin always finds its feet at the right time

You are right, and bitcoin only need the right time to increase back as before. And when that time has come, it is no need to wait for a long time to see the price increase and even it will break more level of the price. We still have 9 days later to see if it's happening or not but I would be happy if that does not happen to bitcoin, but it's happening with the altcoin so I can try to recover my altcoin losses.

One thing i've come to realize here is that the more you expect, the more the market would go the other way. It happens quite often. So for me, i'm not looking forward to any specific dates. I'm holding my btcs and i plan to hold for a long time.
1238  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Hacker stole my funds from blockchain on: January 21, 2019, 05:10:33 PM
well sorry about your loss. this happens on a regular basis. i guess we just need to be more careful with whatever we do online before these hackers do something terrible to us. just be ectremely careful with your information

It is very difficult to safe guard our self from the hackers these days. The hackers are always looking for new ways to hack our coins and wallet. These days there are so may virus which may stole private key from your system (As it happen in the case of OP).
Also i have known virus which will change your destination address to the hacker defined address, when you try to send money from one wallet to another.

Well i guess there's really no fool-proof way to be safe from hackers since they evolve and get better in time as well. Still, it's better to know that you've done the best security measures for your money. It's the most you can do anyways.
1239  Economy / Speculation / Re: "Buy the dip" is only a strategy for losers on: January 21, 2019, 05:01:18 PM
So basically the OP had never heard of Bitcoin before 2017 and his entire argument is dependent on the current temporary bear market.

Buy the dip has always worked for Bitcoin. If you ain't buying the dip you're missing out on making a lot of money.
Seems like OP is not happy about this bearish market which makes him whine because he can't spend it yet instead of buying. The year 2017 was the time of bullish market and yet after a new year in 2018 the market went down back to where we are right now, it goes deeper and deeper until it meets the bottom.

Lol. I wonder when's the best time then? Follow the buy high sell low principle? Something that a lot of newbie traders have been heeding all throughout 2018 😛
1240  Economy / Speculation / Re: Q4 prediction for Bitcoin? Time to buy now? on: January 21, 2019, 04:58:03 PM
Now we can start doing predictions for Q4 of 2019  Grin

Lol. Waaay too early and the predictions you'll get would probably be just random personal hopes of people who either want bitcoin to go to the moon or drop dead. Even the end of the 1st quarter would be hard to predict.
