1241  Economy / Lending / Re: Offering BTC loans [no collateral] on: August 02, 2014, 10:33:47 AM
Looking for a 10 BTC loan  ,will pay back 20 BTC over 1 year, just got in to the mining scene so looking to expand my oppotunties to make more BTC

Ask yourself, is your account worth 10 btc for me to just hand this amount to you? And with 10 btc, I can buy my own mining hardware with zero risk of getting scammed.

thats understandable but i am willing to pay double the amount back

You really don't get it do you? It doesn't matter if you promise a repayment of 100btc. No amount of interest will matter when you run off. So have you asked yourself if you'll throw away your account for 10btc?

Throw away my bitcointalk account?, like i said if can increase my hashing power, theres no problems making the repayments back of 20 BTC, you have my word...

Yeah so you still haven't answered the question. Would you throw away your current account for 10 btc?

If 10btc can increase your hashing power, it can also increase my hashing power, so I'll get the 20btc risk-free if I mined myself, and at the end I still keep the hardware. Why should I loan to you again?

Is the only reassurance you can give me is "you have my word" Roll Eyes ? Btw, all the posts regarding this will be deleted later on. I'll keep this string of convo though.

requesting .01 for up to 5 days but probably sooner to buy another coin.
Sorry, denied. You say it's to buy altcoins, but your recent posting activity says otherwise.

I would like to know if you can lend me another 0.1BTC and payable for 7 days only with 10% rate.
Denied. You already have a concurrent loan with me, and I don't stack loans. I'm not going to consider giving you another one until you pay back the current one.
1243  Economy / Lending / Re: Offering BTC loans [no collateral] on: August 02, 2014, 09:49:15 AM
Now the problematic ones  Undecided

shkiser could not repay the 0.24 btc loan yet, we worked it out in PM for a repayment due on August 5.

bl4kjaguar could not repay the full 4.2 btc loan, however he has repaid a partial 2 btc. Worked it out on LBC/PM: the remaining 2.2 btc owned is considered another loan, 5% interest (2.31 btc) due on August 7.

For anyone else thinking about a future request or pending repayment, I do NOT want you to think it's ok to break the terms and pay late whenever you want to. But at least they are responding and trying to work it out instead of just running off since they couldn't meet the terms.

And now I think it's safe to say these guys are scammers since they've logged since repayment due date, and have made no effort to contact me or repay. The scumbags that are ruining it for everyone else:

x5ploit - scammed 0.04 btc
#yolo -scammed 0.01 btc

1245  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: LOOKING to buy bitcoin. Need help Please on: August 02, 2014, 07:45:49 AM
@ BurtW - OP might not see all searches that you see because a lot of sellers post ads that don't allow newbies to purchase. Personally, all my sell ads on LBC are set this way too because they are a major headache to deal with. They either don't know how LBC works or can't follow directions, and somehow always mark "paid" without sending payment and locking up btc in escrow for days.
1246  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTB] PS4 shipped to me from amazon for for 20% off on: August 02, 2014, 06:11:54 AM
I'm a little unclear on these terms also. If I understand it correctly, you're asking someone to buy a PS4 from amazon to have shipped directly to your friend, and he will give the payment in btc + 20%? If that's the case, I can do this.
1247  Economy / Lending / Re: seeking 1000 USD loan, interest increased to 15%! close pending on: August 02, 2014, 06:08:34 AM
arklan, as per PM, I agreed to do full amount for you but it seems a few people are pitching in. Once everyone else sends their portion, I'll finish off the remaining amount for you. Of if you prefer I send you the rest now, I'll be able to do that also.

Giving you an option for a .15 loan, .17 repayment within next Friday (one week). Good 13% interest.

I already denied you the first time, and again this time. Once denied, I'm not taking request again for whatever reason.

Loan of 5 to 8 BTC.

Denied. Also, money sent through paypal is a worthless collateral, and you know that. Not even sure why you offered it.

1255  Economy / Speculation / Re: $500,000 per Bitcoin, baby. The math behind it. on: August 01, 2014, 07:41:55 PM
Can Bitcoin hit 10% growth of population?

Credit cards did and they reject 90% of the world.

Bitcoin rejects no one.

So Bitcoin will go in trade where Visa/Mastercard refuse to go.

Yes but however, bitcoin is still for the privileged. A large chunk of the world population is in poverty, barely enough food to survive. They don't even have computers/internet. Technically speaking, bitcoin does not reject anyone, however not everyone will be able to access it. Cash is still king for these people.

How do you have time to buy this if you don't even have time to tell your dropshipper to send out your orders that are already paid?

Still waiting on Techshare. Once his clears, I'll setup an escrow and place an order.  Smiley

I am waiting on TecShare as well.

I might buy 2 if they are confirmed legit.
Still waiting for him to actually ship... I have been waiting a week.

It has been a week for me too, haven't gotten shipping confirmation or even a reply to PM.

It's getting a bit more suspicious. Now I'm not saying the one guy that received it is a shill account, but it's possibility that really is the OP who ordered a GoPro for himself. I hope no one else sent him half the payment upfront until he proves these are being shipped.
1258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Youtube is CENSORING Bitcoin educational video for no obvious reason! [SCAM?] on: August 01, 2014, 07:21:03 PM
OP, did they ever give a reason why it was suspended? This doesn't make sense, because there are several channels that are dedicated to bitcoin topic.
1259  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I got my mother to buy 15 bitcoins over the past year. Have you done similar? on: August 01, 2014, 07:17:08 PM
Got a buddy to buy in at around $650, more at ~$800, then more all the way down to $430. Got another buddy to build a scrypt mining rig, and his mom, who is old and had nothing to do with her time, became a crypto mania. My women is now really into the latest bitcoin news as well. Oh and just helped her sister buy ~$6k worth of btc as well  Wink
1260  Economy / Lending / Re: Bitcoin for a week of trading, ROI guaranteed on: August 01, 2014, 06:24:22 PM
ROI guaranteed
Guaranteed means there is zero risks involved. When you're trading, odds could be in your favor, but never guaranteed. Statements like this make you sound like full of shit. If profits from your trading is guaranteed, then you'd be rich by now.

I have 0.03 BTC but need 0.1 more for successful trading.
Why can't you make due with the 0.03? You can trade perfectly fine with 0.03, your profits are just lower because initial trading amount is lower. If you NEED 0.1 to trade, then why not make that 1.0 btc?

and this loan will literally save my life.
So then you'll literally be dead if you don't get the loan?

special algorithms for price prediction within some mostly accurate AI networks.
Lets revisit your thread title. Terms like "price prediction" and "mostly accurate" contradicts your ROI guarantee. When is a prediction ever a guarantee? And it's mostly accurate, meaning not all the time, correct?

I have a 40 square meter apartment in one country that recently became a part of the EU, worth around $50.000, an HP 8710p laptop, LG E440 smartphone and similar things.
Can you explain how it's possible to give an apartment as collateral? I'd be stupid for someone to assume you don't have an extra key.

And I'm a female, not a guy.
Can you tell me how your gender has anything to do with the loan?
