1281  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: March 01, 2023, 03:39:07 AM
maybe this account will hate online gambling now as he faces this BS problem but also hope that he will not look to all sites as like this one.
The user lost on the 1xbit so he may learn his/her lesson in 2 ways.
1. Positively: Learned that s/he has been scammed so, s/he will deposit/play on the site that has a good reputation on the forum.
2. Negatively (though actually, it is positive too):  Learned that s/he has been scammed so, s/he will not deposit/play on any unknown site of him/her.
or will never play again in Online casino?  Grin we cannot deny that  fact specially those newbie player that had just first experienced online casino and ending like this? surely it will marked casino like this to be scamming and will never put their money again.
and not until the day of something can completely close scam casino? event like this will happen again and again.
That's also possible especially if the amount involved is huge, it's traumatizing for someone who value his money then ending up in scam casino. It's an experience that will trigger to never try playing online because of the worries that it might happen again.

Though, of course if we use our common sense and careful on choosing where platforms to gamble, then we can't have the same fate again. As I've said before, it's just happening for gamblers who are lazy and not exerting an effort to do their research. Because if that's the type of gambler you are then it is likely that you'll end up depositing your money to a casino with a bad reputation.
1282  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is Neither Good or Bad on: March 01, 2023, 12:50:53 AM
The act of Gambling in itself is neutral. It is not to be blame for the harm that has befallen the individual but rather the individual's inability to control their emotions, finances, and time.
I agree with this statement. It's because many gamblers unable to control themselves when playing, the effect of gambling in their lives are not good.

That's why many people are thinking gambling is a bad influence and can ruin your life if you engage yourself in this activity. But the truth is, the action of every individual when they gamble is the one to blame on why they end up in that situation (either good or bad). So it's not gambling, it's in the gambler's hand on how they want gambling affect their lives.
1283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are investors so sceptical about Altcoins? on: February 28, 2023, 09:38:45 AM
Are they asking because they know there are special skills in altcoin analyses or some people are good at picking g g the right coin to invest in?
Many altcoins are existing without real use case and if you're not familiar with these coins you might really end up investing in shitcoin. That's why many investors are asking for opinions/suggestions because they want to be certain on the coins that they will going to invest in.

Moreover alts are more risky than Bitcoin since the latter is established already. However the possibility to gain huge in alts are high if you spot a hidden gem, the reason why many of us are diversifying our portfolio. Thus it is necessary that you dig deeper in order to invest in alts that are worthy to hold.
1284  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 🖤 - #1 VIP Crypto Casino on: February 28, 2023, 05:29:11 AM

(I think this time I have exactly zero chances to win with my 20,593.74 EUR and 23,275.19 EUR predictions. Some of them with 22,000 - 22,500 are going to win. But we'll see. Bitcoin is unpredictable. Smiley )
The price fluctuations can change the winning box anytime but considering the time period left of 1 day only to get the results and no big news around the corner which can move the prices heavily they can be in this range only. But still best wishes to all participants so let's see who has the bitcoin charm this month.
It's really hard to predict the price accurately. That's why I prefer to post my prediction the last day of deadline. Even so the outcome is still far from what I predicted.

But this time, somehow my prediction (22k+) is closer than before. Grin

I just hope the price will increase a bit so I can stand a chance. So yes goodluck to everyone.
1285  Economy / Gambling / Re: My list of good crypto casinos on: February 28, 2023, 01:32:11 AM
-One thing for sure is that an ANN thread is a good way to expose scam casinos or casinos with low reputations,  and if a newbie will take time to research and check various channels for information about a casino there will be no way there will not notice the activities of those casinos.
Exactly, but almost all victims are lazy sloths who don't want to spend extra time researching sites which is why they end up getting scammed and whine like crazy later on. It hardly takes a couple of minutes thanks to Google, Bitcointalk etc.

The fact is that most of those who are making complaints against some gambling platforms are mostly newbies and that is to say that they have no presence here in the forum until they become victims of those scam gambling and jump in here trying to get their balance back but at a time there don't know that scam is not moderated by the forum.

-Newbies should pay more attention to information and inquiries to ascertain whether or not to true a casino before depositing those sites.

This will continue to happen for newbies who are lazy to do their research before playing on the specific site. They will only realize their mistake of depositing and playing once they encountered a problem already especially when it comes to withdrawal.

Anyway, op's list of casinos are not well known for most gamblers here in the forum, it's not advisable to play in the casino that you're not familiar with. Moreover there are plenty of platforms with ANN thread here where many gamblers are playing and can share their known experiences. It's more accurate than giving a list of casinos.
1286  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: February 27, 2023, 08:24:27 AM

This is what happened on most of the gambler being bust but in your case you got lucky on your final bet. I believe I have this kind of experienced too. I always bet very careful at beginning using small amount and when lose streak hits me hard then I always all in despite I just lose approximately 30% of my bankroll. This is how the typical human behave towards continuous lose. We are being pressured to place huge bets just to recover quickly without thinking how much we are betting.

We only feel the fear right after the all-in bet. I believe this is what happened to you. The chills when you think what will gonna happened to you in case your last bet lose is crazy.

Indeed, you can have control and if everything is going ok or good, than you will not really tilt and accept if you have like a small loss. It is mainly when you have a real bad streak that you want to win it back and start tilting. It still happens to me from time to time but as my bankroll is always low on all the sites, the amount I can loose is easier to accept. I still get mad at myself when it happens though.

Yolo is something that continue to happen even you know to yourself that you needed to control and avoid doing that all-in,
but in some cases when excitement and aggresiveness take place.

You will find yourself taking that big risk trying your best luck to support you, in hope that after betting
everything the outcome will favor you, crossing your finger and moving forward if things will not take place.

I can relate to this. When i'm in losing streak, often I risk all my funds in a single bet and thinking if I lose so be it, but if I win then I can recover my losses.

The results are often bad but the good thing about it is I can accept the outcome without guilt and regrets. It's because my funds are not huge and it's really meant for my gambling time.

The sad part is I need to wait on my payday (in my day job) in order to have a budget for my leisure again.
1287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does this help you win when you're gambling? on: February 27, 2023, 05:14:56 AM
Well, it's a good mindset to play withough having an expectation to win and you're just doing it for fun, because you won't pressure yourself to profit. If you're too hopeful to win, it can lead to problems like unable to control yourself by chasing your losses and spending a money that you can't live without.

I'm also playing my favorite gambling game after a tiring day from work and if I have money meant for leisure, this is to entertain myself. It's more satisfying to win if you're less expecting it compared to gamblers who treat gambling as a way to gain huge in snap. Thus, it's important to set your mind to have a limit and gamble without expecting anything.
1288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I gave investment advice to my grandfather. on: February 27, 2023, 03:55:21 AM
My grandfather has some wealth. Now my grandfather will invest all his wealth in Bitcoin. I told my grandfather not to invest all your wealth in Bitcoin. I suggested to my grandfather that Bitcoin not only has the potential for profit, but also the potential for loss. So you invest some wealth in Bitcoin. You don't have to sit on the street if your investment suffers.

My only question to all, was I able to give my grandfather the right advice??
Yes because it's not wise to put all your eggs in one basket. As I've said before, regardless how good the investment and profitable it seems, still, it is not wise to go all in since we don't know what lies ahead that can affect our investment negatively. The reason why diversifying is better to minimize the risk of losing all your money in just one investment that you thought can give you huge gains.

Anyway, how knowledgeable your grandfather about Bitcoin and who introduced it to him? Because he seems confident that Bitcoin has a good future (certainly we're all hoping for that). But we don't have crystal ball to see what's going to happen as time goes by.

Cute ung mga spoof-style designs, pero watch out lang. Alanganing may mangyaring masama pero better safe than sorry!

https://cryptosec.info/wrench-attack/
I agree.

1290  Economy / Gambling / Re: Consider open live casino (street gambling games) on: February 26, 2023, 08:11:02 AM
There are types of local games which we can't find in any casino house. That's the reason why there are still streets gambling where gamblers are happy and enjoying types of old school gambling where entertainment is still attached. Some are aiming to double their money in a quick process, while others are aiming to earn more.
That's true. In some places here where gambling on the street or in public is not prohibited, I've seen public transportation (tricycle, pedicab) drivers playing card games and cara y cruz (it's a coin game). For them it's a pastime while waiting for passengers.

No doubt, if those games are also available from the casino house, gamblers will not take that big risk in playing outside. They might consider playing inside the house instead, but there are also some that will continue to play outside as per their own enjoyment.
It's really convenient and safer to play in online casinos. But I think there are still gamblers who prefer to play on the street (because of their job also which I mentioned above) since they find it more entertaining and the experience is different compared to playing alone using your gadget.
1291  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Figueroa vs Magsayo WBC Interim Featherweight Title (March 4) on: February 26, 2023, 07:10:57 AM
Figueroa's trainer might got another way how to utilize the skill that he have because they both know that they cannot follow everything that Vargas has done to Magsayo when they first clashed with each other. They will just pick a thing or two from that fight that they think that could help Figueroa's skills to enhance his chances towards Magsayo. Let's just expect about it already as Vargas is not the same with Figueroa, so it's given that they will have a different kind of approach.
Both camp probably watched how these boxers fight and see if what they can do to improve their skills for their own advantage. It's possible that Figueroa's trainer might use how Vargas beat and dominate Magsayo knowing the weakness of the latter is already exposed.

On the other side, Magsayo needs to improve his stamina and timing on when to give an accurate punch. He needs a strategy to take down Figueroa, otherwise he can't bounce back from the previous loss.
1292  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 🖤 - #1 VIP Crypto Casino on: February 26, 2023, 05:28:09 AM
by the way, i understand what you mean here.  bitcasino is a gambling site that has been around for a long time and also has a good reputation, even though there are many new gambling sites that carry out promotions and events, that doesn't make loyal Bitcasino players move there.  all online gambling platforms have their respective markets and reach, but the level of customer satisfaction and trust for each online gambling site is different.
That's right. What every customer feels from an online gambling site will be different because they get different experiences. But Bitcasino.io has provided the best service, which keeps its customers at Bitcasino.io and continues to use it as a place to play gambling. Apart from that, we see that Bitcasino has done a lot of promos and events that attract the interest of gamblers, both small and big, so they want to try to join the promo.
It's normal to try something new especially if the bonuses/promotions of these new casinos are pretty good. However even many new casinos are launching it doesn't mean gamblers already left the casino where they used to play. As for me, i'm also tempted to try a new one but I always come back to the casinos where I feel more satisfied.

In addition, the specific casino is special for me if I had an experience of winning (regardless of the amount) because it's more entertaining and Bitcasino is one of these sites that gave me a better experience in my gambling activity.
1293  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambler Loses 1.4 million USD in a bet with lower than 1.01 odds! on: February 26, 2023, 03:59:37 AM
Also, the fact that the man is willing to bet that kind of amount for huge odds, he might have already success in doing that and the winning rate is pretty high.
That's possible. Maybe this strategy is effective for him before the unfortunate thing happened. But if this person is really well-off then I think this incident is not a great loss for him since he can risk such amount without hesitation for small profit.

Based also on the said match, it's really already a sure win but the other team did some great surprises at the end. It's a big upset that happened.
It just shows that no matter how certain you are in the result, there's no 100% guarantee and the reason why it is called gambling, right?
1294  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue - WBC and WBO 122 lbs bout - May on: February 26, 2023, 01:28:59 AM
@danherbias07  - It was the Olympics though that Roy Jones was robbed of the gold medal, so it can't be compare and that was a long time ago. But in any case I agree that Fulton needs to go to Japan and handle his business with the Monster.

That's the only way he can really gain the respect of being a champion, but beating Inoue in his home town. Going to be a big task for him, at least he is willing to take that and not avoiding him.
Is it official that this fight will happen in Inoue's hometown and is there a set date already?

This will be by far a tough fight for Fulton facing Inoue and might be his first loss. Fulton is also a good boxer known as defensive but is his strength and power enough to beat the monster? I don't think so. Nevertheless I admire him for his guts to face Inoue.
1295  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My $300 bet won $417,000 on: February 26, 2023, 12:49:57 AM
Congratulations for the win, though it happened two years ago but still it's a moment worth to remember because you earned huge. What site are you playing now if you don't mind?

This is one of the reasons why sportbetting is so much better than any other casino games. With proper and enough knowledge of the game and teams behind every game, its more predictable and a win can be easily foreseen too.
A huge congrats to you btw
That's true. If we don't want to win solely based on luck like in casino games then try sportsbetting because as you've said high knowledge on the sports you'll bet on is your advantage to win.

1298  Economy / Economics / Re: Are people really having the wrong concept of savings? on: February 24, 2023, 03:39:33 AM
We save for different reasons, for the education of our kids, in times we already have health issues (since we're not forever healthy) or for retirement. In short we're saving to be prepared for the future but it doesn't mean you can't spend it at the current time, because we have different reasoning if we opted to save for long term or to use if there's an emergency.

But as long as it serves its purpose on why we save in the first place, then you don't have to question if you follow the concept of saving. What matter is you have something to rely on during rainy days.
1299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what is your reason for gifting bitcoin on: February 24, 2023, 02:51:25 AM
If $300 worth of bitcoin is given to someone who doesn't have a job and have been looking for opportunity to invest in bitcoin.  Will it be possible for the person to focus on this investment without selling at the moment because of the present financial situation.
Given the situation that this someone has no job, I don't think he can refrain from selling because of his financial status. Without any resources to earn money aside from Bitcoin you gave for investment then it would be hard to focus. Moreover since he got his Bitcoin as gift and not from his own hard work, it's a reason for someone to sell it easily.

Or bitcoin should only be given to those who can truly invest and yield profits.  Can you gift bitcoin to random people who may not make profit from it.
Well, this depends on the sender.  If you like to share your Bitcoin then it's up to you because you can give it to anyone as your way to help someone or spread awareness regardless of what they're going to do with the Bitcoin you gave as gift.
1300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is currently the best crypto to invest in? on: February 23, 2023, 05:10:12 AM
I have been a crypto enthusiast for some time now, thou I have lacked consistentency, but over the years I have seen people who have carved out good lives for themselves with crypto, either by direct or indirect investment.,as a result I wish to invest in crypto with cash, but with minimal knowledge,so I seek the help of this house in advise on which crypto to invest in currently as someone who is just getting to learn about crypto currency.
Just focus on Bitcoin and ETH, which is the safest crypto to invest with. Don't get tempted by those high rewards projects because this will be the reason for your failure and losses. And most of all, you have to change your mindset and give yourself more time to study the market performance. However, if you are just holding for long-term, then it was not necessary to do it but of course, you need to monitor your investment and its price as well. It is gonna be fine investing these two leading coins than others.
Thank you  for the advice,I am currently doing more research on it,your contribution was helpful.
Bitcoin is the primary coin while ETH is next to it so if you invest in these coins then you made a right choice. But as others have pointed out already, don't just blindly invest or rely in our suggestions because it's not wise to enter in any investment opportunity without knowledge about it. So always do your diligent research to avoid committing mistakes.
