i suggested a possible solution to the alt issue abusing a giveaway via pm to stunna
I think that its more important to accommodate new players than to prevent abusing from alts. So i would even suggest to remove that rule for new players to have 0.0001 btc wagered to be able to chat. Yes its pretty easy to get that much wagered with faucet but some of the new players don't even realize there is faucet , i also when i came to pd for the first time didnt know there is a free faucet till i got that information on chat. Chat should be place where new players can ask questions and get some help to get started with playing dice and also bitcoin. Yes it would mean more spamming and more abuse for giveaways on the chat and also make more work for mods but legitimate new players that might be new to bitcoin will have connivance of getting help from the community. Just my 2 satoshi's . |

I don't know if its done delibrately or not but the HH happens at such a time when most of the active users are offline, thus leading to PD gaining publicity and hype without loosing money. Tell Edward to bring his playboy friends and make some party , we will all come  . yes. i dont care about a giveaway as long as i get to meet edward the models help make the experience more enjoyable Wtf? Who cares about Edward he doesn't have to come . Now on a serious note , its hard to do a giveaway that is not possible to abuse . Loading of primedice site stop working in chrome.. I need to clear cookies always when I visit the primedice then working again.. Please fix the bug and don't forget my bounty.
Its not only you. This issue was reported yesterday. Currently same issue with Chrome, unless its Ingocnito mode. I have no Problem using it with chrome, maybe im lucky then I get it to. It works when u are in incognito mode and just login . |

It happens when Stunna or Ed is online idk why do u get the idea that there is not much people online this one happened in quite the peek hour. As for muting im always for warning before mute. U need to show rules first coz some of new players have no idea what is against the rules. I told new mods that they always need to show rules and a warning to read them before they mute. That needs to be done with no exception . |

It is not that the support is so passive but rather that they lack in the number of people to handle the supports section. While you are sending them an email for support request, at the same time there may be several people sending the same request as well . From what I read that only Stunna and Edward handle the support section and they are getting tons of request each day, your email could be missed out P.S : atleast you could be sure that your deposits will eventually be there though since this is PrimeDice  and better not to show up your TX ID since some people may use it to claim that they account is theirs They surely have enough profit to hire people for support. Anyone have an idea why they don't hire more people? We discussed that couple of pages earlier . Its not that simple as just go ahead and hire somebody new to do it. |

I have had my coins deposited into an "old" deposit address I did not know they changed addresses. I have e-mailed support multiple multiple times to get my 1 BTC back. This has to be the worst support I have ever seen from a site that brags about how many wagers have been made on their site.
FIX YOUR SUPPORT AND GET ME BACK MY COIN!

You wont be banned without reason. Its either you tried to do a hack or something that is really agaisnt the rules Yeah I was banned without reason. I logged in, waited for deposit then when deposit showed tried to tip someone and it showed i was banned then If your account is not involved in anything illegal then try to wait for their support's response Otherwise send an email again with signed message from your sending address to prove your ownership of the account then again, PD is known for its slow support response.. if the admins dont get back to you soon enough making a second account and trying to get a hold of the mods in chat might work too. Had a mod contact them days ago.. no response They are always busy about the site and ofcourse their personal life. Please give some patience and you will recieve a reply from them soon Be Patient? They locked my account with no explanation and refuse to allow me to cash out and are ignoring emails Primedice is getting thousands of emails everyday about accounts problem such as hacked and like your case. Do you honestly believe they can give instant support? Pd support has always taken ages to reply, if at all. And No im not expecting instant support. Im expecting to not have my account withdraw's banned without reason and im expecting to get a response as to why within a timely manner. This is not a timely manner. They pretty much stole my btc at this point I offered u a solution to ur problem days ago. And i told u whats the most likely reason why u got banned. If your issue is bitcoins on that balance being stuck it could be solved days ago. If your issue is that account not being able to bet , well that name is kinda not acceptable anyways so u should move to another one. Don't post saying that pd wont help u with ur issue when that is not true , u had a solution to that problem and u didn't accept it . That offer still stands btw, if u want that to be solved fast just let me know. because you want to pay me with money out of your pocket, not gonna make you do that man its not your fault Doesn't matter its just faster than to wait for account unbanned. When does trust rating become green ? I had +1 for a long time and it was gray and couple days ago i became hero member and now its green ? How does that work ?
I think the two things are not related and if I remember correctly a positive trust from a defaultTrust user (one trust) will become green after 10 months, but I can be wrong in my words. Hm yeah actually it seems that at the same time i got activity for hero and enough time passed for green rating . Tnx. |
