Where did money go? There was not a word about it in divorce settlement and there is 0% chance that his former wife did not know for this. Internetturnpike yearly revenue was about $750.000 so it was impossible for her to oversee it.More likely she was liquidating his personal and business assets connected with Cryptsy through divorce settlement and he did the others. In the divorce papers there were many contradictions:
- he stated that he has no money income,but paid her lawyers $15.000 and $20.000 for big house tax
- his wife stated that his yearly gross revenue is ~ $100.000, he stated has no income at all
- how he can pay alimony and health care ~ $3000 or more per month when he has no money income or any valubale properties( she took both houses and everything in them,better SUV,all money on US savings accounts)
- also something very unusal and very suspicious - by divorce settlement (10.2 - Real Property part) she has obligation to sell big house within 30 days from divorce.Why,it is her house now ?
- she has same obligation of house selling for smaller house in Tourmaline Boulvd. - If she have to sale both houses for 30 days,where she will live,where kids will go in school,etc?

I've got some Netcoins, and have been staking them for awhile. There are some significant things going on for this coin: a) My last stake balance has over 23,000 confirmations. A dead chain will never see that many confirmations. This coin is alive and well. Its development might be sleeping at the current time, but there are tons of Netcoin wallets out there doing confirmations. b) The name Netcoin, and exchange symbol NET gives it worth. If at anytime the community wants to fire the devs, and relaunch the coin, the symbol and coin name itself is worth the trouble. c) Any new developer looking for a good chain to buy into while it is down before producing something, I think Netcoin would be an ideal candidate. This isn't BCX or Battlecoin. It's NET and Netcoin. Big difference!! d) I read the announce on this forum. Talking about shaggy beards, or even netcoin.io website -- look at it. It has really weird things like this in the FAQ: "How can I get NET? The easiest method of obtaining NET at the present time is by asking for some We’ll gladly get you set up if you ask (with your own wallet and Netcoins)."

Due to the lack of regulation and guarantees in this business, everyone is good until they are proven otherwise! In this case the association with Cryptsy and the people behind that failed business is far too strong for my liking so I will not be supporting or encouraging any member of our community to use it for the time being. For all I know, the dgb being sold off this site could have been stolen from some of our community members already.
We would all like to see DigiByte being exchanged and represented in China but not at any cost! However, DigiByte cannot dictate to any exchange, give or remove permission to buy and sell our coin, this is entirely up to the exchange and the people that use it.
I guess it is not entirely impossible that someone in China bought this enterprise as a good to go business before what we all know about Cryptsy now, came to light. It would be very unfortunate for them if that was the case but the onus is now on them alone to prove that this is what actually happened and disassociate themselves from crooks and this mess. I would like to see, at least, a concerted and believable attempt at doing that before I reconsider.
Project investors is Pauls company... its just a face that gets screwed so he doesn't like all companies. He's run off to china with his mistress and he has just migrated a site he has in usa to a new customer base. No smart chinese company would have someone else register and run their domain under their banner. They'd need a bloody good explanation for that one. Ask them what the company registered's name is that "bought" the exchange off cryptsy. Some searches on ownership would report likely Paul's chinese girlfriend or him direct. Thats why bitebi9 is registered by project investors and ceo paul vernon... its in his control. So how'd he manage to divorce his wife... have no income only debts... have his exchange hacked losing funds yet still afford a 1.4 million dollar beach house in this time... then wait for it sell that to his wife for $10 in transfer as divorce proceedings. His wife has no job and income and wants $6600 a month in maintenance. She wouldn't take a property onboard if it was a debt... it would be sold in settlement. Its all very well planned and bitebi9 is pauls... there is nothing they could show to prove otherwise but people are entitled to make their own mind up but should read everything. They lied for a year and a half on the hacks saying its never happened... attacked coinfire, sent c&d's everywhere and then later come forward and say they lied... i wouldn't trust them now on that history alone . |

The creators in the chat box said they are not part of cryptsy but I would be doing my own research too before sending members to the exchange. I don't know why we are not btc38 and other Chinese exchanges yet. correct... initially their staff were saying no paul sold the trade engine to someone in china and it looked identical... the emails it sent to people still had cryptsy references. Guys cryptsy security is awesome... they have never been hacked they stated this even after the hack happened 1 year earlier. Morons like JudgeDredd harped on this band wagon as well... and now that its gone south he's bullshitting about how in hangouts he was saying the contrary... so which is it judge? Couple of other thoughts...
Maybe the hackers only took alt coins... dash, doge, ltc etc and Paul himself stashed aside the BTC to keep it with the story that's why it hasn't moved and he's waiting for the blame game to show up nothing..? It explains why the alts were moved, mixed spent whatever but the btc hasn't.

Maybe the hackers intention was to bring cryptsy down with all their bs? If that was the case though and I had done it I would of sent half the bitcoin to a wallet and used half of the amount as a trans fee... wouldn't that be hilarious? People seeing a huge mining fee and cryptsy having to come forward and admit it to try and reclaim that fee?
