1463  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Where to purchase bitcoin to avoid being a victim of fraud on: September 03, 2023, 09:43:02 PM
Before making my suggestion,  I believe platforms that allow you to buy coins without KYC usually have a higher markup  on such transactions and if you dont mind you can go with this option otherwise for a market price transaction  you try going with KYC'd platforms if you dont minf these processes...
Otherwise you can try your luck with the forums cryptocurrency exchange board and see if your mode of payment is accepted, if not try the next suggestion  below..

If you arent ready for the kind of transaction above try checking online if you can buy some bitcoin locally which can sometimes be cheaper and you get to use local modes of payment to secure your coins,  and remember to check on other peoples reviews of these services before committing to buy. If your aren't comfortable with local crypto merchants, your only possible options are to go with KYC platforms such as reputable centralized exchanges, peer2peer platforms which offer competitive rates to your liking.

Btw just a heads up, most platforms with the best rates are more likely going to require you to undergo the process of KYC, so if you don't mind this,  then this is your option...otherwise try non KYC exchanges as suggested here.
1464  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⭐⚽⭐ Sportsbet's Bitcointalk Sports Fanatics League (BSFL) – 7000+$ rewards ⭐⚽⭐ on: September 03, 2023, 04:34:53 PM
What I did with this question was opening flashscore then I click on the players' list that they got there. Put in few top names on some teams that have scored decent number of points. Also I type in random keyword likes 'best player in basketball world cup' and such, there I got it my 5 players name that I put in as the answer for that question

Did something similar,  but unfortunately this was a two phase task, first you are required to have 2-5 of the best FIBA worldcup countries then second phase using your best countries picked..you needed to find their best players which was another workload, but if anyone did the first part correctly then probability of getting 3/5 is possible.

Pretty sure that I might not get point from this question but Im pretty curious though
Personally I want to see how those google suggested suggested names perform here  Tongue

That might not be the best way to answer this question because only the players from teams that qualified for the second round are counting.
Oh oh might have not understood it, but fingers crossed   Cry

Just when Manchester United looked like they had Arsenal were we needed them to be after that Rashford's goal, they allowed the Gunners back into the game instantly..like wtf ,and now United are back to been underdogs 😅 and Arsenal playing more dangerous than ever.
At this point the best they can do now is not lose...maybe the script is to have Hojlund our Swiss (Danish)army knife come on later on and win it for United in style.

So anyone has the update for the basketball question?
That was one hell of a complicated question if you weren't copying names suggested on the Google doc Roll Eyes
1466  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will the transfers to the Saudi league become a problem for European football? on: September 03, 2023, 02:20:12 PM
I feel it'll become a big problem in future... I was just thinking of this some time ago until i got into this post... The Arabians are tryna wheel the attention and fame of the whole European football to themselves - But they all thought between themselves that it's not possible without inducing fascinating offers to European licensed footballers - now, the effects is oozing rapidly...
Sandra 🧑‍🦰
And if you ask me with all the crazy offers they have been throwing around at players is definitely working in their favor!
And with all the oil money they have, they have shown the world that with money you can do anything possible and the Saudi Arabian league will forever become a football destination for many player's especially when they know that salaries are above average when compared to what's available in Europe...expect more big names to be flocking here!

Not every player will be swayed by the fat pockets of the Saudis, Mbappe proved it when he turned down the lucrative deal from Al Hilal because he wants to be in europe.
Maybe this offer came from the wrong team, had it been a team that was going to reunite him with his football idol CR7, he most likely would have left!!!

BTW europe has a lot of talents so no matter the numbers of players that are leaving there's still going to more players to retake their spots,
I don't think so !!
Take for example the strikers that have gone this side, Benzema,  Mane, CR7, Mitrović ,Neymar etc do we have strikers that can match up to these guys in europe atm, I doubt it. The approach the Saudis have taken is to target the big names of football to make a name for themselves.

also Financial Fair Play (FFP) might step in to control the transfer activities of the Saudi Arabian clubs.
Does Financial Fair Play (FFP) really go as far as the Saudi league, I doubt it!
1467  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Why do members switch campaigns always? on: September 03, 2023, 12:22:26 PM
My question is why do members move from one campaign to another? I will not mention names of some that I have seen move from campaign to campaign every time there is opening so no one feels am attacking him.
Usually it goes down to trying to get a better pay rate when the opportunity presents itself and just for the record it's not against the rules  Roll Eyes !

But back in the day, some managers would not entertain  such users as it meant more work for the campaign manager in recruiting new members whenever an opening is made available..and to avoid such campaign jumpers a soft ban was made to discourage this habit Tongue

What makes members move everytime? I need your contribution on this to make me understand it better.
It can be any of the following reasons:

  • freedom of which boards one's post will count
  • better pay per post obviously
  • bonus system for best poster
  • likelihood for a campaign to stick around for a long time etc
1468  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your Life After 10 years in Bitcoin... on: September 03, 2023, 11:46:01 AM
From the beginning of bitcoin history I know that many people become rich instantly when they hold their bitcoins and sold at the highest price last 2017.
Thought history says few managed to hodl for such a long time ,and  if they did they needed to have access to their wallets if their private keys werent forgotten and buried , but for the few that bought a decent amount of coins and had their pvt keys these were declared instant crypto millionaire's a title many of us want to bare.

After the price of bitcoin fluctuated and dropped where many investors got scared and started to panic to sell their bitcoin even if they went bankrupt. But we cannot hide that bitcoin has changed many lives.
Bitcoin has always been this unpredictable asset that many want but are afraid to have, and back in the day volatility was a big deal that couldn't be ignored,  but today prices are more stable such that those traits of panic selling or buying arent as common as back in the day, today btc is used more of a currency than a store of value.

Now bitcoin is preparing to reach another ATH. Are you still there and holding your bitcoins? What happened to your life after 10 years in bitcoin? Is there any changes?
Tbh am not holding btc wholeheartedly as I use it as a currency especially that everything I do usually has a gateway for me to use my crypto for payments.

As of the 10 years reflection, well let's just say I have see the ugly side of a flourishing market crash and I have seen an asset that everyone said could not succeed and made it as the front page headline world over and still going strong to this day...and in the 10 years been able to make some good $$$ here and there but you know what they say, money is never enough and we need more so waiting on the ATH.
1469  Economy / Services / Re: [DISCUSSION] SINBAD.IO [Mix Your BTC Quickly] Signature Campaign | Up-to $150/w on: September 03, 2023, 10:12:30 AM
Considering other campaigns with the new rates have already taken off, I think it will be best to keep uniform rates to avoid signature participants jumping from one signature to another chasing for a better incentives everytime there's an opening !

To make this work a tier system can be used as follows:
  • 3k merit Users >>>>>$5.00 per post for 40 posts max [$200] or $5.00 per post for 50 posts max [$250]
  • legendary/Hero >>>>$3.00 per post for 40 posts max [$120] or $3.00 per post for 50 posts max [$150]

Then other ranks you decide on rate $2.0, $1.5...

If not the above, perhaps use old rates of Sinbad and increase the max number of paid posts to 40 and scrap off the Greenzone and replace it with the 3k club...
1470  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2023-08-26] Forbes: Leak Reveals Elon Musk, X And Wall Street Could Be About... on: September 03, 2023, 06:52:25 AM
Hold on, how will this transformation of X (twitter) a social media platform move to become a PayPal kind of platform?? Aren't these two built for different purposes??

Btw, with bitcoin being pushed under the umbrella of regulation...is it possible to have Elon Musk cautioned for his market manipulation to save our markets as these wild swings he causes on the crypto market cause alot of fear and panic and few are ready for this.

1471  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [banned mixer] 🦁 Fantasy Premier League Pool ⚽ Discussion Thread on: September 02, 2023, 09:21:13 PM
I no longer remember my team; these young, unproven players will keep us out of the CL for far longer than I expected. Disgraceful performance.

Abramovich's Chelsea was more exciting to watch tbh, especially that 2021 CL-winning squad. Shame they're almost all gone now.
Ever since Roman Abramovichs name was detached from this brand thanks to the Russia-Ukraine war, this team has never been the same !! At this point it gets me to think current owners are all about the money or they totally have no love for football one bit !! Pretty much Something  similar with what happened to Leicester after previous owner passed and successor came with a different vision which saw the foxes performance tank and got booted out of the Premier league...and hope the Blues don't go down this road Huh

It wasn't a good gw for me. If Jackson turned Sterling's pass into a goal in the last minutes everything would have been fixed. I don't think he is good at finishing at all.
Sorry to say but players like Jackson are a scam!
Fixtures like this one he should have brought his A to get people talking about his striker abilities not what we have watched in the last 3 game weeks...btw why does he remind me of Weghorst lol...seems like strikers today are not an easy find...
1472  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [banned mixer] 🦁 Fantasy Premier League Pool ⚽ Discussion Thread on: September 02, 2023, 03:41:44 PM
What's going on with this gameweek, no cleansheets so far and at this rate if defenders don't get an assist or goal its looking like 2 points to be scored by each defender...

Possible Cleansheets
Westham
Manchester city
Tottenham
Chelsea
Liverpool

Jackson didn't just miss that tap in wtf!!

Guys I think my triple captain is paying off  Shocked
Let me guess, you had Erling Haaland as your triple captain  Roll Eyes
Edit
Congratulations @NotATether on this gameweeks win  Cool!
1473  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [banned mixer] 🦁 Fantasy Premier League Pool ⚽ Discussion Thread on: September 02, 2023, 01:58:27 PM
Am pretty sure that most of us will have 70% of our teams graded before the end of the day knowing that we are all heavily invested in Tottenham,  Manchester City, Chelsea assets, and with the rest to come from Brighton,  Arsenal,  Manchester United to follow in the coming days...

Match of the day this is how we look like for the citizens...

There goes the Manchester city rotation, Grealish injured and set to miss this game as we get Doku as the replacement...and good to see Foden and Akanji back in action and hope they make it count..

With Champions League start and also the other european competitions like Europa League and Conference we are gonna start to see a more big rotation into the teams, and i have to be much more alert to not put player who are not ending playing.

Or also players who play less minutes than regular.
Totally agree , but if not teams like Manchester city who are constantly rotating because they can afford to do it ,  I don't think we have other teams that have the luxury to rest the big names as both competitions mean a lot to them...though the risk now is not playing 60 minutes plus and if not secured any big points in the minutes played , then maximum one will get is 1 gameweek point  Roll Eyes

Fati looks good at 6.5 IMO. Brighton has a tough schedule so I'll give it some time, but I'm surely taking him at some point.
That was quick, his already been valued and for 6.5 that's a steal for what his going to bring to the table...but for now let's see how he settles in & hope he doesn't choke when it comes to EPL performance Cool
1476  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do you think privacy is important for a beginner? on: September 02, 2023, 06:51:44 AM
When I got on to the crypto boat a few year back, I was more concerned about security than privacy as we are dealing with money and naturally you want to protect your home bank! Same scenario applied to beginners, if cryptocurrencies were introduced to someone for the first time and you told them this is as good as your local currency,  I have no doubt that they will be more interested in the security side of things than privacy!! Privacy concerns are to be expected from pro users who know the pros and cons of the technology and not from beginners.

Everyone must have believed in the importance of privacy since he preferred to use crypto in the first place. Unfortunately, however, this principle is partially or completely abandoned when dealing with all licensed service platforms specialized in crypto.
My thoughts too, and with cryptocurrencies going mainstream and the major players being centralized... I honestly think we have given up this card called "privacy" as this is beyond our control as third parties are calling the shots on this unfortunately... Privacy today is somewhat out of our control unless you are a pro user.
1477  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [JUST IN] Chinese court news said Cryptocurrencies are considered legal property on: September 01, 2023, 05:30:26 PM
This is something unexpected from the Chinese government...especially that it's been in the forefront of hindering crypto growth from making it tough for miners to holding crypto..

But reading this to say cryptocurrencies are legal property that should be protected by law is bullish news and any product that has the support of one of the biggest economies in the world is guaranteed to succeed and once word goes out about this I see price jumping up again !!

I'm not sure why people take the words of government too seriously. Later they would say Bitcoin have no intrinsic value when the community itself gives it value.
Well the government giving its position on crypto actually removes any doubt and fears of wanting to invest in this industry and any possibility of facing the law...and if you recall back in the day anything that had to do with China always affected price but now getting this is very much bullish news.

Step 1: Contract approved. Waiting for deployment
Step 2: Contract fulfilled. Waiting for funds release.
Feedback: Overall experience was smooth, liked the fact that both parties can chat as the contract is being executed and can see when the contract will expire(** if a countdown timer was possible that would be a great addition**) . Also, I would suggest a slight adjustment of the notification bell to make it bigger for it to grab the user's attention whenever something is there, otherwise great experience on the Zenland platform.

BTw incase the contract allows for it to run for several days, is it possible to have email notifications sent to an email addy whenever a deployment is made to avoid getting to the dispute stage if a user is away from their PC ??
1479  Economy / Services / Re: [DISCUSSION] SINBAD.IO [Mix Your BTC Quickly] Signature Campaign | Up-to $150/w on: August 31, 2023, 11:29:44 PM
Naturally everyone will want to get the higher incentive depending on pay rates applied, but then again for the sake of having a quality campaign the lesser post needed in a quota the better, but on the marketing side of the product more posts means more impressions and possibly higher chances to drive traffic towards the Sinbad channels and securing longevity of the campaign. And the plus side of such a campaign, places become competitive and anybody going below par if not the green zone such a spot is in trouble ** of course after a few warnings as always** just my 2cents.

And thanks for setting the new standards when it comes to signatures , hope it's not @notblox1  ⚔️ Game of Thrones ⚔️ Campaign Manager Challenge ⚔️ that caused the chain reaction  Cool

trying to get through to our 24/7 support , but for some reason live chat seems to work like a dedicated frequently asked questions section  Tongue

Is there a way to get through to support in real time ??

Are you login on the Bitcasino? I try to use live support now and it's working properly but there's no agent available now to answer my question but still it's working fine as chat.

Maybe you are not login or try to type your concern and look for chat support button when it appears.
Like you said , no agent at the moment..maybe  support is changing shifts or something .

Cheers 👍
