161  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Mga Artista Na Scam Ng Crypto Investment on: October 05, 2023, 03:35:02 PM

Later on, yun nga scam na nga  Roll Eyes

also di mo naman na kailangan problemahin kabayan as long as verified account ka sa mga exchange in which you can use P2P para wala ng chechebureche pa .
maniban nalang kung sobrang laki na ng Kita mong naipon na medyo ma question na talaga ang transactions , or little by little mo i cash out.

I think naguguluhan ka kabayan about transaction fees at taxes.

163  Economy / Gambling / Re: make some developments related gambling on: October 05, 2023, 02:20:47 PM
i would give some suggestion to make developments related  gambling up to that time

Online Gambling Online gambling continued to grow in popularity, with a wide range of casino games, sports betting, poker, and other forms of gambling available on the internet. .

Also Mobile gambling apps and websites became increasingly prevalent, allowing users to place bets and play casino games on their smartphones and tablets. The convenience of mobile gambling contributed to its expansion
countries make some positive work in this process to regulating online gambling to ensure consumer protection and generate tax revenue

Most casinos don't even optimize their website for mobile devices.

Also, I am yet to know if any casino has a dedicated app for betting but in the future, there might be a lot of them cause its inevitable that smartphones are going to be the future of everything.

But what are your suggestions, cause I don't really see any in the first post of this thread but you started off with you would give some suggestions.
Not quite sure abou what you mean on most casinos being not optimized on mobile devices. So far, I've visited tons of casino especially those that have introduced here and most of them are quite adaptive and capable on mobile devices whether it's android or apple devices.

It's really not that hard for these casinos to integrate their platform on a mobile application or even a desktop one but it's more on the availability for these application to be listed on mobile app markets such as Google Playstore or Apple Store which mostly doesn't allow gambling apps. APK for android users or third party application for Apple user would inconvenience their users just to download and install it on their devices and additional of updates which would cause more inconvenience especially if it's on an official store whilst browser capabilities could just resolved it.

Apart from additional games and bet flexibility, I don't think much could be updated with the current development that modern gambling have.
164  Economy / Gambling / Re: Quick outcome of 100 plinko bet in one second on: October 05, 2023, 11:01:38 AM
I guess if I am not wrong there is an option to skip animations for each and every game at stake. So it will help the gamblers to save time and directly see the outcome. This is not a glitch according to me. The stake team designed the platform in this manner only. But if you ask me, then I would like to see the full animation while betting, as I can’t suddenly see my balance decreasing in few seconds if it is a loss. I want to see the full process.
You're not wrong, there's an option on skipping animations however just like any other games, it really isn't fun if you skip these animations especially with these kind of games like dice and slots.
Actually, it's kinda fun doing what the OP is doing like going back and forth to both tabs where on one tab, you can instantly see the outcome while on the other tab, you can see how the play went through like torturing yourself and still hoping that you'll win even though you already know you've lost  Cry
165  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 🚨🚨🚨 ROLLBIT confiscated my money. I made an honest bet 🚨🚨🚨HELP 😢😢😢 on: October 05, 2023, 08:37:01 AM
Its a pretty safe bet that you wont be getting your account back but you might be able to get your money back. BUT this depends a lot about where you are from (legal reasons).
Send them a message that if a refund of the remaining balance is not done, you will contact the local police department and make an official complaint. If they still wont do it, then do just that, go to the police. Really is as simple as that, the ensuing legal bs is not worth the 450$ for them.
I don't think think that it's about KYC issues or where OP is located as it shown on his screenshot that it looks like OP is KYC verified but he'd violated sportsbook terms, most likely multi betting or accounts.

It's unlikely that OP will be able to have an access to his accounts anymore due to his violation, this is just a common complaint of someone who got caught having multiple accounts then saying that it's not them but they're relatives or friends. Suing or reporting won't help OP  Tongue

Enjoy muna while malaya pa tayo.  Wink

167  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake Balance Glitch on: October 04, 2023, 10:22:39 AM
If he contact any of Stake's representative here on this forum, no one will respond to him because this is not an issue that require their attention, and not even a serious one at that, if he feels or felt so concerned about the issue, best is to contact Stake's customer care through their website.
Yes it's true as we can see that it may be difficult to get a serious response from Stake representatives in this forum, the only way is to contact their support team so if the problem looks serious it will usually be transferred to the support team who might be able to explain the problem and this case, I think there are errors that perhaps we can't blame for coming from the site or from errors in the browser he's using or something like that.

Maybe by contacting the Stake support team we will be able to resolve problems like this because if this is really a serious case, the support team will definitely improve the site for the better and so far, every time I have any complaints, I have contacted the support team, they are very helpful, I have never even complained. problem to this forum.
I don't really think that this issue needs to be addressed by Stake support anymore as based from my understanding on the situation, it looks like a visual glitch and nothing more. This doesn't only happen to Stake games but on multiple platforms as well especially when there's an automatic betting going on and you leave you browser. A simple refreshing the website or verifying last bets will provide proofs.

But yeah, Stake do have a pretty good and responsive support team if you have questions and issues on your account.

Unfortunately for me, since wala naman akong holdings ay malamang wala din profit. 😅

170  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bakit Parang Hindi Nag Rereflect Ang Mga Data Ng local exchange Sa Actual Users on: October 01, 2023, 10:21:20 PM

171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Answer this Question on Credits Left on a Slot Machine by Someone Else on: October 01, 2023, 09:03:33 PM
There is a general rule in land based casinos that a gambler shouldn't take credits left on a slot machine by someone else. Basically, from what I understand, if there is still credit showing on a slot machine. Don't cash out or add to your money you put into the machine. Right? The question is if you find a cash out voucher resting on the machine itself or on the seat, can you legally use it?

You could use it if no one came back for it after an hour or so, although you will have to stay that long for what could be something so trivial of an amount. I say an hour because there are times wherein players still come back to their machines after a smoke or coffee break, or to eat something then play again. If no one comes back, just take it. Who cares about it anyway? It's as good as being lost if someone forgets it. Also, casinos wouldn't really hold you at gunpoint should you come and get those vouchers. As for the credit, it'll just be your conscience that you'll be against, so you decide whether you'll get those credits from the machines or not.
It varies depending on the credit amount left on the slot whether you'll decide to use it or not as most of the time, people will leave their slots especially regular players and advise casino staffs before leaving to avoid these from happening. Also, there are instanses where someone used these slot machines that had these credits inside and was advice to pay the amount they've played especially if the casino staffs was informed. I'm not sure about other casinos but these are what I've personally saw while gambling.

Also, it's quiet common to see some slots that has some credit left on it which isn't a lot where people can just use it.
172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ban from a Casino for Nothing Other Than Winning Too Much Money on: October 01, 2023, 08:39:41 PM
Since Dana White was gamble in land based casino, it's more easier for the operator/staff to ban the high roller or professional gambler.
If you win constantly on a online gambling site, the site may put some restrictions on your account. But as long the gambling site have enough money, you will gamble at ease. People are generally loosing than winning on online casinos and this gives the gambling site advantage. But if a player is gambling and winning in a way he can bankrupt the gambling site, the same thing will happen, just like on land based casinos.
I guess it will be much more stricter when this happens online than on an offline casino. Since we are talking about a very high roller which is a president of UFC himself which we all know have a huge bankroll to bet with. Also, if this happens to an online gambling platform, the account may have been on hold and even a hold with account withdrawal but still it varies depending on how the platform will react to certain winnings streak for these kind of high rollers.
173  Economy / Gambling / Re: Restricted on casino bonuses on: October 01, 2023, 05:11:46 PM
Casino bonus is just a temporary promo to lure new players to try their casino. Bonuses is not permanent or if ever some casino promise long term bonuses, they usually adjust the difficulty or decreased the reward to the point that user will have a hard time claiming any of them.
There are some bonuses that are temporary but there are some bonuses given permanently if you've reached or met certain prerequisites like VIP benefits which is what OP has been restricted on.

But still just like OP, we can understand the casino's point of view of restricting him from these bonuses due to how he managed his winning in combination with the bonuses given but still it's kinda unfair to continue playing if you'll be the only one being restricted from that platform while knowing other players enjoy theirs.

Just like everyone, this also the first time seeing these situations happen especially to be restricted not because of being an bonus abuser but just by being good and lucky.

174  Local / Pilipinas / Re: PhilHealth under siege: US$300,000 ransom set by Medusa ransomware group on: October 01, 2023, 03:40:16 PM
For the side of the authority, dapat managot ang mga high officials ng philhealth for these lackings, baka in the end yung IT department lang ang managot.

175  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake Balance Glitch on: September 30, 2023, 11:11:06 PM
So you are on automatic betting with Plinko? Usually, it's just a display glitch, or maybe your browser just needs refreshing or something. I hope you were able to catch that on camera or screenshot it so that they would be able to check and it wouldn't repeat to other members.
This is the only thing that I can think of, that happened to OP. Looks like he's on automatic betting while doing something and didn't realize that he lose some bets but since he is on another tab or other application on his desktop or phone, the screen froze while the bets are still on-going. The same thing happened to me on multiple platforms when automatic betting.

If I'm correct, OP can just verify the bets made and he'll realize why it says insufficient balance or funds and a simple refresh can fix the balance shown. If not, OP should definitely contact support asap to fix the issue.
176  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino repeated live payout results on: September 30, 2023, 10:18:40 PM
If this raised a concern with you especially with Slots game then you might be much more curious when you see dice gambling platforms where high rollers winning streak with much higher bet or winnings than this.

This is pretty much common on RNG games on casino as you can minimize you multiplier to make sure that you'll have a higher chance of winning each bets. If you're that curious or suspicious on the bet, some platforms offer you to see and verify the bets shown but some won't and it varies on the player if they'll allow the public to verify their bets.
177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [WARNING] Crypto casino scam on teh move again. on: September 30, 2023, 08:05:30 PM
How ignorant will you have to be to get scammed like this?

You would be surprised on how gullible some people on the internet can be, either because their lack of experience or because they allow greed to take over their common sense. In their minds, it makes sense some stranger on the internet wanted to allow one to profit for free.

And I agree, scammers did not seem to get more intelligent or use new tricks to trick their victims, it would seem that this ecosystem is full of people who do not understand completely the concept of self-custody and the fact satoshis cannot be recovered as some bank transfer can be, both the gambling industry and the crypto community is not for those who do not understand noone is to be fully trusted with money, specially if met in a random Telegram chat, for Gods sake.  Roll Eyes Sad
It's actually common sense to notice these kind of scams however there still a lot of people who fell for it even on those scam attempts that are really simple.

Sometimes, these scams are just to safe to think about such as them asking for your account credentials and even depositing on your account whilst you have an access with the funds until you realize that they've change your password on your gambling account and other social or email with the same credentials.

I even tried to entertain them before and was able to gain access on their funds that they've deposited and put the funds on hold.

However, one of the most intricate gambling and trading scam I've been almost a victim was when they've made a group chat and informed everyone about what will happen. Some members will directly message you to make sure you'll be on board until you realize that most of the members on that group was just part of the whole scam.
178  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Violence and anger could be a sign of gambling addiction in youths on: September 30, 2023, 05:51:07 PM
I'm not invalidating your story that what these people experienced or have become, actually, I do sympathize with you knowing that people you know and your relatives have struggled with these situation. However, I do think that they're problem isn't about gambling addiction but rather something else such as family or personal problem, trauma, or even a possibility of usage of illegal substance. Whereas, gambling only made these underlying problem worst.

I've personally known people who are like these but aren't even gambling where they'll be too aggressive or easily be irritated by anything and some even stole money or items such as appliances, jewelries, devices or even anything they find that they can make money off whether it's from someone they know or not just to buy illegal substance.

As for your question, it varies depending on each individual situation on how they can easily avoid gambling however lecturing them is one way start it off.

Not sure about dito dahil nung nag-open ako ng account parang ganun yung nangyari.

180  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you seen gambling advertisements on TV? Opinion. on: September 29, 2023, 02:09:27 PM
I don’t see anything wrong with an advertisement if there are no direct calls to play. If it is simply informational in nature, then it’s okay. But if the advertisement contains aggressive prizes for playing and communicating a large bonus and an easy game, this should definitely be regulated by censorship.
Is there any advertisement that doesn't invite people to buy or entice viewers unto their platform or product? Isn't that the main point of why these companies or businesses do advertisement?

There are some countries who regulates these kind of gambling advertisement while there are some who ban them. However, there are some who allow them at all. In my case, most of the gambling advertisement we've received from television are mostly offline casino where people will be tempted with all the prizes they offer especially grand prizes. They also showcase how alluring their casino is and where people will be excited to visit them.

I don't mind much about these gambling advertisement for my children since, for me, it still depends to us parents to educate them especially that these gambling things mostly starts on their environment such as schools and other children they'll interact with and not on a casino.
