.... For a machine that has about 1300$ in USED parts on it, at current fair prices (not refurb prices).
Isn't REFURBED > USED
He just made my point for me.
Read below for private conversation about cards. Just wanted everything out in the open.

I am sorry about the damages during shipping. I tried to ensure that there were enough packing peanuts in the box. I don't know how much taping the static bags would have helped. All I can say in my defense is that I've recieved countless cards in the mail this way and no matter how they are packaged it is not unusual to get bent front plates and some chips of plastic gone.
Take pictures of the damage though and I'm sure we can work something out.
As far as the cards go I never tested them gaming. The one that was in the bubble wrap static bag was the display card on the rig and should be your best bet for gaming (I never saw it artifact... watched some movies with it while it was mining).
I am not trying to rip you off and if you are really dissapointed I'm sure we can work something out. I priced them such that they would get sold quickly and at a price that would reflect what little testing I had done on them (i.e. they had just been mining for months with no games played on them).
I don't know the settings you used them for gaming... You ought to try running all the cards in regular games not benchmarks and adjusting the Voltage to around 1.012 vddc and the core clock to stock: 725mhz. This is what they were run on for months on end and since they are older cards they require much less juice for the same clocks. This can help reduce artifacting.
I am posting a copy of this in the thread.
Let me know,
Andrew
Ok so I got a chance to plug them in and I was quite ..disappointed. 2 of the cards had bent mounting brackets (where you insert the screw). Nothing a pliers doesn't bend back. Also one of the cards had a small red piece of plastic break off near the crossfire connector. Both damages were cosmetic as far as I know and could have been prevented with better packing.
Also both cards with the original red fan show artifacting in games. The black fan one seems to work ok so far for games (I only tested with OCCT and furmark).

Cards went out this morning USPS.
Tracking is:
0312 1430 0000 9606 9888
The card in the bubble wrap static bag is the card used as the display card.
Thanks man,
Andrew
