Those are beautiful but I already had my eye on another Agreed about Patek Phillippe, I am aiming for a smaller case. Oooooh! What are you looking at? For classic wristwatches nothing will beat a 1950's Hamilton Ventura or Pacer for incredible style. The Van Horn is very nice and traditional, and these are smaller than the new watches so they fit better on my wrist.

Hello WO’s happy 7/7. I am considering buying a watch from the site prestigetime using a (small) part of my stash. Wondering if any of y’all have experience with purchasing a watch with the corn? Obviously hate to part with any at this juncture, but do like supporting that BTC economy As a bit of a watch nut myself I would recommend the Breguet line. Beautiful watches, very nicely built, well worth it. If you have a bit of money to spend I'd recommend something that can correlate with sidereal time. For 142k this would be a pretty nice deal: https://www.prestigetime.com/item/Breguet/Perpetual-Calendar-Equation-of-Time/3477ba%7E1e%7E986.htmlIf you're looking for a good knock-around watch you can't go wrong with one of their power reserve models. https://www.prestigetime.com/item/Breguet/Classique-Power-Reserve/7137ba%7E11%7E9v6.htmlPersonally I wouldn't go much lower than that on a new watch. You get into junker categories below 20k. Patek Phillippe makes a very nice watch (and some of their older repeaters are amazing) but the new models are a bit too large on the wrist for my taste. I would say pop out to Bellagio and have a chat with the nice people at Breguet. Well worth it.

It doesn't even take four children. One will often do. Even if it isn't mine.
Get a mistress ASAP. Keeps you young. Can be expensive at times, but hey that's what bitcoin is for.

Ahh yes, our little Guy Fawkes (Guy Faux?) ripoff.
That annual ritual when we celebrate our freedom by torturing our traumatized veterans and trusting pets for a solid week.
So, who are they burning in effigy on the fifth of November?

I personally use 90-95% isopropyl alcohol in a spray bottle. Cleans things up and I don't have to worry about issues with damaging any conformal coating.

Yaay! Over $10,000!
Feel the exhilaration! Feel the EXCITEMENT!

Ah fractional reserve bitcoin clones. That will be cool, but don't worry, only an AUTHORIZED GOVERNMENT REPRESENTATIVE will be able to debase your crypto holdings.....
Wonder how that algorithm will work.

Does anyone want to have a local copy of this thread? I could compress all pages into a downloadable file, so you can search the raw HTML for old posts.
How big would that be? Put it in the BSV blockchain, they have gigabyte blocks. The only other thing there are weather stuff. The thought of putting shitcoin posts into a shitcoin blockchain has an amazing amount of personal appeal. Hm.

Simpler answer: Just export your private keys or seed code out of the shit wallet software and import it into a real wallet, then bump up the transaction fee. Problem solved.

I can't believe people are depressed. 10k-11k is just fine for the moment.

Meantime I just ditched a job offer with 60k more money simply because they wanted me to pee in a cup. Fuck that. I have bitcoins, I'm not putting up with that shit.

Well guess the jackwads at that ATM saved me MONEY! Glad I didn't sell $100 this morning. Now on to something else....

Meantime is Bitfinex gone forever? Would be the ultimate cool exit scam. :-)

Well that sucks. I went to pull $100 from an ATM and they want my name. For an <2k transaction no, their Opsec isn't good enough for that.
Interesting thought: Hack one of these ATM companies, see who has a lot of bitcoin in their wallets, then go from there. No, they have my cell and getting a name from that requires an extra step.
Oi.
